All in One RMM tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like how many different tasks that are usually done separately and is time consuming is easily integrated all into NinjaOne. Also being able to view the task manager of a device, remotely reboot, run powershell, view event log, view disk space, etc without having to remote in is ridiculously helpful and saves so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever you remote into a device and disconnect, it will automatically have the setting "lock remote desktop" on by default. Every single time you remote into a device, you have to go to additional settings > Session, and change it to "no action" every time before disconnecting as to not disrupt the original user. Even though it's a few seconds, it's quite annoying that you have to change the setting every single time so you don't lock out the person using the device before you remoted in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves lots of time, allows me to do my job faster.

Excellent Service

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using NinjaOne for some time now, and while the platform itself is powerful and intuitive, what truly sets it apart is the exceptional support we receive—especially from Shain Von Hahmann.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have any negatives that we see at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to quickly jump on our customers machines and resolve issues other tools have been fragmented and have poor customer support but NinjaOne, is able to juggle patching, monitoring, and remote access for us.

The platform has been very beneficial to our organization!

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of features and functionality all built into one single pane of glass without being overwhelming or hard to navigate. It has allowed us to so much more than we could with our previous solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major negatives at this time. We have had a couple of hiccups on the billing side but they are or have been resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure our devices are up to date, rebooted, running necessary scripts and so on reduces the number of end user tickets we have to work. Allows us to focus on optimizations and projects rather than maintaining devices.

Easy to use, Intuitive, and Powerful

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, easy to understand, and easy to see the information I need to do my job on a daily basis. Reporting is straightforward, and using the built-in admin tools and remote access saves time over logging into the servers directly or having to use another remote-control product. We have added several integrations since we started with NinjaOne including NinjaBackup and integrations with a couple of security products, and now deployment is simple and we can quickly see which machines need attention from one pane of glass.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! One feature that would greatly help is if a deployed agent could scan the network for other unprotected devices and then push the installation to them, but there are options for deploying to active directory, so this isn't a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure remote endpoint management without complex licensing models and long-term contacts that enable us to be flexible as an MSP and provide top notch solutions to our customers while cutting our labor efforts. Backups via NinjaOne are simple. We just turn it on rather than complete additional deployments manually as we did with our previous vendor. All issues can be resolved in the console rather than accessing the machine. It saves a ton of time jumping back and forth between screens to see what is happening with our endpoints.

Best RMM I have worked with over the past 25 years!

What do you like best about the product?
The fact they are actively developing the software and releasing new features constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the permissions were more granular to restrict certain groups of technicians from accessing devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings all of our management into a single location. We manage networking and infrastructure equipment with SNMP, Endpoint management and support, server management and support. All of our devices in a single location.

Ninja One has quickly become our go to all in one tool

  • May 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja One was super easy to deploy across our network and get up to speed on where different devices stand. The built in filters make it easy to target machines needing things like updates or hardware upgrades. The new Remote tool has been a game changer and we were able to cancel our Any Desk subscription. Onboarding end users and setting permissions for remote access was also a breeze.
Remote works great on mobile and desktop.
Built in integration with Sentinel One is also great.
The Ninja One dashboard is one of the tabs that I never close now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ninja One's iOS app (can't speak for Android) needs more work to be brought up to feature parity with the web site.
We came from Pulseway (and wouldn't go back) but the app was a plus there. Also can be difficult to create new alert templates, such as when an external IP address changes to alert us a device has moved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja One solves the problem of managing multiple servers and workstations across different sites while providing easy remote access.

Amazing RMM Software

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, ability to write our own scripts, push out custom policies, and use the software with relative ease
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the service on windows machines does not start on startup if not a pro version of windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our helpdesk we use the software for documentation, remoting into workstations, staging computers, managing networks, running powershell scripts.

Feature rich and constantly improved

  • May 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The product has all the features we need as an internal IT team, and it's constantly being updated and improved. I've used other RMM platforms in the past and I don't think any of them are as agile as Ninja seems to be. It's also very easy to use. It took no time at all to get my team onboard with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one area I'd think other platforms do better is in scripting. The automation engine is so so, and you don't have the ability to create new scripts natively. You can only import new native scripts done by Ninja, or powershell scripts you've done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our IT staff to manage our IT assets no matter where they are, from patching to pushing new applications, to direct support of end users.

Gets the job done.

What do you like best about the product?
Implementation and integration has been simple enough. It's easy to use and meets and exceeds our needs for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't yet directly integrate with my ITSM of choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal infrastructure and user endpoint OS and Software patching and maintenance for both Windows and Linux machines. The recent update brings the inclusion of Raspberry Pi (ARM devices) for Linux which allows us to add AWS ARM instances under the umbrella of N1 RMM.

What do you like best about the product?
quick and easy setup, easy deployment of agents, feature rich and remote management made easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to complain about, i do not dislike anything with the features we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
remotely accessing user devices while holding a secure policy by requiring a user acceptance/confirmation. includes a backdoor method using quick connect feature that doesnt need to have the ninja agent on it before hand.
