Great RMM solution! We use it as a daily tool.
What do you like best about the product?
We use the software as a tool for our MSP customers. This results in almost daily touchpoints. In principle, we are very satisfied with the dashboard, which is clearly designed. Much of it is self-explanatory or can be figured out by experimenting. However, through introductory coaching, almost every question can be quickly clarified or answered later. The patch management has been working very satisfactorily after the latest updates. We haven't used the automated scripts much yet, despite having been using them for a while, but there are plenty of possibilities and a lot can be integrated here. The reporting function is definitely useful. The integrated remote maintenance tool Splashtop is practical, even though we historically use a different solution for this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app still has room for improvement in terms of remote management of devices. However, this is not yet very relevant for us at the moment. We would like to see a broader integration of third-party libraries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninjaone helps us with centralized endpoint management, allowing the health status of endpoints to be monitored across customers.

NinjaOne is a great service that makes helping our clients quick and easy.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very straightforward to use as well as setting it up for new users. With how often I use it, being able to use it with little to no issues is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more features when actually remoted onto a client's device. There is enough to get by but I feel like there are more possible items that could be included like differentiating between when a client is using the cursor versus another user using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to remotely access client computers to perform tech support.
NinjaOne is your one stop shop for Managing assets for a single company or MSP
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use with all the tools and finding information about assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the alerting features i wish could be tailored further for example low disk space alerts we cannot modify which disk or partitions to look for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our RMM need to manage between all our clients
Reliable and Great

I like how reliable it is and all the command you've sent via the back end literally works on the spot
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be slow and it takes time to open up the app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can be very helpful during users forgot their password specially local computer we can just reset it at the back end. Also ninja keeps the bitlocker key and have been a lifesaver multiple times
My experience with NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has a clean, intuitive interface that makes remote monitoring and management straightforward—even for less technical users. The dashboard provides excellent visibility across all endpoints, and the automation features (like scripting and patch management) save a lot of time. Integration with tools like TeamViewer, Bitdefender, and backup solutions is seamless. Their customer support is also responsive and helpful, and onboarding is fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is excellent overall, but there are some limitations:
The mobile app lacks some functionality compared to the desktop version.
More advanced reporting customization would be helpful.
No native support for managing macOS updates (limited patching options for macOS).
Some integrations (like ticketing or documentation systems) could be more robust or offer more flexibility.

Review for NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the functionality it brings. The interface is easy to work with as well as the information about the devices that it pulls and shows inside the tenant. It is easy to set up end users on as well as assigning them devices to remote into.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the time it takes for NinjaOne to assist with getting a support ticket fixed on the NinjaOne side. For instance, deleting a tenant that if an end user creates on instead of getting an invitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Various forms of computer and server issues. I am able to remote in and get the issue resolved quickly without having to jump through a lot of hoops getting remoted into the computer.
NinjaOne is an RMM built by IT for IT.
What do you like best about the product?
The NinjaDojo Roadmap is an invaluable asset to the RMM. Not only are you kept abreast of future developments and their planned executions, but you can actively submit ideas and Ninja's Development Team will actually consider the request. Welcome to the future of RMM and true Customer Service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside being a relative term, only thing that comes to mind could be some of the more custom features like the Ninja CLI with Custom Fields. While not overly complicated, knowledge integration into MSP Teams may need to be saved for your Tier 3/L3 Technicians and above, which hinders it's adoption and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quite simple, Cost Effective, Ease of Use, Flexibility of Integrations. One of the issues with RMMs is SaaS. RMMs hoard partnerships, often times restricting integrations across platforms and then increase pricing so margins disappear. Ninja's RMM is tied to one ideal, make a good product that's cost effective and integrate with as many as possible.
Effectively consistant
What do you like best about the product?
In my experience, it has provided the best experience for all the data I need for a device to be located in one place. I can push programs and systems and consistently rely on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use a bit more organization, but that is not always the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a one-stop solution to admin passwords, remoting software and all the specs of a computer.
NinjaOne is the BEST RMM
What do you like best about the product?
When my team first began using NinjaOne, I was initially hesitant, since our company had relied on our previous RMM for nearly a decade. However, once we made the switch, it turned out to be one of the best transitions we've experienced. The support team made the process incredibly straightforward, so it was far from the headache I expected. The user interface is very simple, and I quickly felt comfortable navigating it. On several occasions, I wondered if NinjaOne had certain features, and each time, it was easy to find what I needed. NinjaOne offers a wide range of capabilities that really benefit our company as an MSP. I would recommend it to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Surprisingly, I currently do not have a downside to NinjaOne. Any issues that we have we reach out to support and they have been super helpful. We are currently working through an issue right now where an end user creating their own account and cannot access remote access to a computer in our tenant, but we are working through it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our primary RMM and helps us manage our endpoints efficiently. It has amazing scripts that we can run to upgrade computers to windows 11 as well.
