Best ITSM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
This is hands down the best ITSM platform that I have ever used. We manage about 400 devices, mostly Windows but a few Apple. The Automations and OS and third party patch management features work perfectly to keep things updated with minimal interaction. I love that our Ticket System is integrated into the same platform, and it's not as clunky and cumbersome as the competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ticket System is still a bit lacking in my opinion, specifically on customization of Boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us manage our devices, and everything involved with that including patching, remote support, and asset management. It's also helping us manage our tickets and issues surrounding end users and their devices. It's by far my most used IT tool.
Very good RMM
What do you like best about the product?
I like the clean simple layout, the periodic upgrades. The way to install it via domain-controllers or just by sending a url. you can easy setup alerts in different channels. I like the support, u get help at any time sometimes u need to wait a bit but all problems where solved!
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing i really dislike, its more just a few features iam missing for example monitoring cpu temps cause its critical especially for server hardware, u can script around it to manage it, but feels not 100% integrated :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the ability to use custom scripts so u can manage almost everything what is possible. in the past there was a 3cx version with a virus, we needed to react fast. So we goin to ninjarmm console looking for all devices with 3cx installed and uninstalled it on 30 Computers with just 1 click!
Enterprise quality RMM and MDM platform
What do you like best about the product?
After spending a considerable amount of time trying to find a decent RMM and MDM solution on the market, NinjaOne was the only platform that was easy to operate, manage and setup, it provides invaluable information to keep your digital estate in order and free of issues. The auto patch management has proved to be a very beneficial feature, saving time and effort. The platform integrates easily within the enterprise environment and is used on a daily basis. I would also like to praise NinjaOne support as they are ready to assist with any questions or help in configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
None, I like all the features of NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has helped us attain the Cyber Essentials accreditation due to its RMM and MDM features that have proved invaluable in highlighting hardware and software risk, furthermore it is helping to mitigate any potential risk within our digital estate.
MDM has helped save hours of time time IOS update management and provides fantastic features such as device remote locking and erasing, along with location tracking.
RMM has provided a great insight into hardware issues that would have been missed and the patch management has provided confidence that the digital estate is conforming to best practice standards.

What do you like best about the product?
The web interface and mobile app are simple and straightforward to use without lacking for features. I can prepare an application for deployment in about 15-20 minutes, and patches are a no-brainer.
Remote access was a breeze to integrate, and I use it from the mobile app or my desktop on a weekly basis.
Our reps regularly check in to see how we like the product, and see if we're having any customer support issues.
With scripting and granular conditional policies, you can get pretty specific with how applications or desktop changes are deployed.

What do you dislike about the product?
App deployment could use some polish, I regularly find myself googling how to automate an MSI or EXE. and I do with there was an easier way to automate non-windows patches, or application updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint management (patch management and application deployment)
A Must-Have for IT Management
What do you like best about the product?
From the moment we started using it, the first thing that stood out was how incredibly easy it is to use. The interface is clean, intuitive, and well-organized, making it easy for both new and experienced users to jump right in without a steep learning curve.
One of the biggest strengths of NinjaOne is the impressive range of features it offers. Whether it’s remote monitoring and management, patching, scripting, backup, or ticketing, everything is built into one seamless platform. This all-in-one approach saves time, reduces complexity, and eliminates the need for juggling multiple tools.
The automation capabilities are especially powerful — we’ve been able to streamline routine tasks and ensure consistent performance across all endpoints. And the reporting tools provide clear, actionable insights that help us stay proactive and ahead of potential issues.
Support has also been excellent. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed.

What do you dislike about the product?
While our experience with NinjaOne has been positive, there are a few shortcomings. We found the ticketing system to not be as feature rich as some of its other functions. This isn't a huge issue for us since we use another ticketing system.
There have also been some challenges developing customized reports. Some of the data fields are not easily accessible in the reports and building highly customized dashboards have been challening.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use NinjaOne for IT Asset Management and Patch Management. We were using another solution before NinjaOne and we had nothing but issues with patches not installing properly. Patch rollout and installation with NinjaOne has been much easier and much more successful.
I think Ninjaone is very useful, a very important tool for our team
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of everything, great support site so you can find help for things easily and if you can't find it the support is great to. the patching is great and easy to use. software inventory that the agent does is great when I need to see what is installed on computers or where something installed.
What do you dislike about the product?
no real downsides that I can think of from using it, one thing I don't like is the agent loses connection sometime to the dashboard so I have to find another way onto the machine to be able to clean out the old agent and reinstall it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use Ninjaone for all of our patching for the computers/servers in our environment. We also use it for RMM management when we need to help users at different locations.
NinjaRMM is AMAZING!
What do you like best about the product?
Patching, device management, altering, remote assistance, ticketing are all done from one console and has streamlined much of our day to day activities.
The automations make sure updates and critical software are installed regardless of where the device is, which is a huge win for us as we recently transitioned to almost all users having a laptop.
NinjaRemote is incredibly efficient and helpful and it allowed us to save several thousand a year by ditching TeamViewer.
Initial installation was a breeze, we added it to a GPO, and quickly added all of our devices to the console for management.

What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't say that any feature I've used in Ninja I dislike. I spend most of my day in the NinjaOne console and I don't think I could live without it in my current role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several!
Allowed us to ditch our troublesome WSUS server for patching.
Allowed us to ditch TeamViewer for remote management. Ninja Remote is quick and efficient, we typically are in the users computer before we get done saying hello.

Ninja One RMM is the lead in the industry
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne RMM is a highly regarded tool known for its exceptional ease of use, featuring a clean and intuitive interface that requires minimal training. Its implementation is generally straightforward and supported by a responsive onboarding team, though larger or more complex environments may need additional configuration. We frequently get fast customer support, and the documentation is up-to-date. It plays a central role in endpoint management, patching, and remote access for my organization. It offers a robust set of core features, including automation, scripting, and monitoring. They are always developing new tools suck as MDM, backup and new endpoint features. Integration is good with our documentation tool and AV.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the current state of the software, I don't have any complaints about it.
The features I miss are the ability to backup M365 content, inventory and password vault.
