Excellent choice for straightforward RMM

What do you like best about the product?
We found NinjaOne very easy to set up. We were able to get it up and running very quickly. The policy management mechanisms are very well thought out and allows us to easily manage nuanced requirements. The agent-server connection is very fast - commands and scripts run almost instantaneously, which has improved our productivity. The admin interface is quick and easy to navigate and it has cut down our RMM management time by about 70%.
What do you dislike about the product?
With ease-of-use comes some limitations. Some missing features are client-level software installation/update overrides, instead requiring spinning up a separate policy for clients that require a different loadout. Also, all scripting runs locally on the workstation only, there is no way to "stack" scripts and have one script call another based on script responses. Having a server-side script engine that can be optionally coupled with the agent-side one would vastly improve functionality. They have started rolling this out with conditional script functions in "conditions" but being able to use it in a scheduled script would be great as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized management of our client devices and ensuring our MSP product suite is deployed and managed on all machines.

NinjaOne Outstanding Performance/Proactive Support

  • May 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about NinjaOne is its listening capabilities and focus on assisting every client's needs. Among all the RMM/Backup/MDM options, NinjaOne consistently delivers and has the customer support to back it up. We were surprised at how easy implementations, integrations, and getting access to support were. We frequently use NinjaOne products and love how easy it is on us and our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a reason to complain yet, as they acknowledge their mistakes and offer solutions promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being flexible and staying secure are essential. As the owner of an MSP, you really depend on vendors for support and security, and NinjaOne is absolutely the best at both.

NinjaOne

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne's agent is that killer app that makes it worth it. The customization is actually useful and expansive. Feature rich but affordable for small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very limited Google Workspace integration. While Mac is supported, definitely not to the same extent as Windows. Too expensive for larger organizations with penny wise budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is providing a single solution for both patching and ticketing. For the Windows side of the house, this is a unified integration via the systray agent. With the information the agent provides, the usual lack of end user information is greatly reduced.

How did we live without NinjaOne?

  • May 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping our servers and workstations updated before we had NinjaOne was hard to keep track of and a lot of hands on with Microsoft WSUS. NinjaOne made it easy and it just automates patches so much better than with what we had before.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is nothing to dislike about NinjaOne. It does everything as advertised and more! Unless you like having no visibility into your user base's devices and what is happening on them, there really is no other solution that tops what NinjaOne offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use NinjaOne for for remote control with Ninja Remote and also remote management tools, like remote registry and remote services GUI. We also use it instead of the cumbersome Windows WSUS deployment we had installed prior to getting NinjaOne.

NinjaOne is the backbone of our MSP operations

What do you like best about the product?
Without NinjaOne, our work as an MSP would simply not be possible. Over the years, I’ve tested several other RMM platforms – some looked promising at first, but none matched the reliability, simplicity, and support I get from NinjaOne. That’s why I always came back. After nearly five years of daily use, we’ve had zero outages and no major issues. Integrations work flawlessly, and the pricing is transparent and fair. Minor display bugs have occurred occasionally, but they’ve always been fixed quickly and professionally. The account managers are truly world-class: responsive, proactive, and genuinely interested in feedback, which they carry straight to the product team. It really feels like working with a partner, not just a vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be more intuitive in some areas, and additional built-in tools like the ticketing system and asset management module still have room for improvement. The good news is that both are already on NinjaOne’s roadmap and are actively being developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows us to efficiently manage and monitor all client systems from a single platform. As a growing MSP, we need to deliver fast, reliable and proactive IT support to dozens of small and medium-sized businesses. NinjaOne solves the complexity of endpoint management, patching, alerting, and remote support – all in one place. It helps us detect issues before they affect the client, keep systems secure and updated, and respond quickly to tickets. This allows us to scale without hiring more staff and still deliver excellent service.

What’s more: NinjaOne still offers a wide range of features we haven’t fully explored yet – the potential is huge. As we continue to grow, we’re confident that NinjaOne will grow with us and support more and more of our processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use
Easy to install on devices
Easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
Backup solution needs more testing
Always seems to have problems with backups
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote IT Management:
We use NinjaOne to manage and monitor a large number of endpoints, which can be spread across multiple locations, often with little visibility or control.
NinjaOne enables us to remote monitoring and management of all devices from a central console, regardless of their location. It provides real-time visibility into system health, network status, and security alerts, enabling technicians to quickly respond to issues.
