NinjaOne makes it easy

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations and single pane of glass management is fantastic. Their built in remote connection is a great cost effective solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have authentication saved and to have access to secure fields via the NinjaOne app as I do need that information from time to time while mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidated view across my clients. Actionable items and scripting for common issues.

What do you like best about the product?
We have a comprehensive real-time overview of all systems every day. Many pieces of information about resources, services, and installed software are immediately visible – all without direct access to the individual computers. The deployment of the agent is extremely simple and can be carried out by any user with admin rights. The installer can be conveniently created in the portal for the respective customer and location and then distributed via email or USB stick. The integration of remote maintenance tools, besides Ninja Remote, from TW, or Splashtop is very practical. The deployment (Silent Install) of programs, either via the cloud (2GB) or by script if the software is larger and resides on the server at the respective customer, is awesome. Customer support responds quickly and is competent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not every software is recognized by the customers, possibly because it is just a small app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I understood the question correctly, then I had a problem with the silent installation of software, which I then searched for, read about, and applied in the Dojo.

What do you like best about the product?
Sometimes you come across a tool that not only works – but excites. NinjaONE is exactly that. It thinks along with you, instead of getting in the way. The user interface is clear, fast, and intuitive – just as it should be. Tasks that used to take hours are now completed in minutes. You can tell: This was designed not just for IT, but by IT. Stable, sleek, incredibly efficient – NinjaONE is the RMM tool you won't want to be without. It's not just a tool. It's a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
For smaller IT departments or MSPs, the prices are non-transparent and the pricing structure could be expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja helps me with proactive device monitoring (Monitoring) above all. Patch management, remote access, automation & scripting.

The Patchmanagement is still a disaster and there is no option to ackknowledge warnings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us as an MSP by centralizing endpoint management, automating routine tasks, and providing powerful remote support tools. It saves us time, reduces manual effort, and improves our response times, which directly benefits both our team and our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne impresses with fast and competent support that is always helpful and professional when it comes to questions or problems. Particularly noteworthy is the active and helpful community that exchanges valuable tips and experiences on Discord.

The company is also open to feedback – customer requests are implemented whenever possible, which makes the collaboration very appreciative. This is evident through the easy possibility to request new features that other NinjaOne customers can also view and evaluate. This gives NinjaOne the opportunity to see what customers want.

Testing new features in beta is also extremely helpful for us customers because it allows users to be directly involved in the development process. NinjaOne also places great importance on ensuring that new features are used by customers and strives to continuously expand the product. This results in a clear representation of the IT infrastructure and reduces the need for multiple tools.

The transparent pricing allows for clear calculation of the costs for the required features, without hidden fees. The provided tools work reliably and greatly simplify complex IT processes, whether in device management or automation.

The clear dashboard also offers a clear structure and quick access to all relevant functions, making daily work significantly more efficient.

The integration of other providers works seamlessly and is not blocked by NinjaOne but rather welcomed. I use Ninja daily for my work and wouldn't want to be without it.

Overall, a highly recommended tool for MSPs and IT teams that scores with user-friendliness and continuous improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would wish that more functions were covered by the license. The modular system does have its advantages, but I still prefer a complete price depending on the number of devices or technicians.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface for RMM, endpoint management, and patch management is kept very simple. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent accessibility of support. The implementation was straightforward, and thanks to the extensive features, I use the system daily.

The ticket system is quite simply designed and certainly has potential for improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is super easy to navigate, and it takes just a few clicks to access devices, run updates, or check alerts. It saves a ton of time and makes daily IT tasks way less stressful.
It is fast, lightweight, and reliable - most of the time :).
Implementation and Integration were easy and the onboarding process went down smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I really miss is the ability to acknowledge alerts—it would make tracking and managing issues much clearer, especially in team environments.
Also, the quality of (german) customer support hasn’t been great in my experience; responses can be slow and not always as helpful as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps take the stress out of managing multiple devices by being able to monitor, update, and support everything remotely.
It solved quite some problems for us as an MSP like juggling multiple tools and keeping track of changes.
