Easy to keep track of clients with Ninja
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice that I get notifications whenever people install new software, so it makes it easy to tell when and where something has gone wrong. As a business, we basically use Ninja 24/7 so we're always up to date on server outages and failing hard drives. Overall, it's an incredibly useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only minor gripe with Ninja so far is how it handles updates. Sometimes a user will have a failed update where Ninja is unable to fully push it through, resulting in me remoting into a client's machine just to simply open Windows Update and select "Check for Updates". It would be nice to have a "Force Apply" option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja basically allows me to check updates of entire businesses, remote into their computers when needed, work on the backend of their computers, and even check to see what servers are down. We literally couldn't work without them.
NinjaOne software and team is a pleasure to work with
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with numerous IT vendors for remote monitoring and management (RMM) and general software solutions over the years. Ninja is hands down the easiest to work with. The team is responsive, and the RMM system is very straightforward to use. We have made significant progress automating the management of our clients with Ninja.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want a native integration into HALO PSA, but the notification channels work well enough. It would be nice to have the ability to combine tickets for recurring issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manageing large number endpoints consistently
Best RMM Tool we have used
What do you like best about the product?
The automations save us a ton of time on deploying new computers
What do you dislike about the product?
getting the usage just right is sometimes difficult but the dojo can usually assist quite a bit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access to all endpoints, A ticketing system, and Asset management were all pain-points prior to onboarding. These solutions have helped us save a bunch of time especially with multiple sites across north and south America as well as distributed remote users.
Ninja is a timesaver and a problem saver!
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja has been great for our department. As we have grown, so has our need for a greater scope of management of our computer systems. It is easy to have a glimpse into a great many specifications and stats on each device we have assigned to the system. It is a time saver to be able to manage and roll out updates and software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish ninja has some more asset management infrustructure to be more inclusive to our inventory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja is helping us better manage updates, better manage software and identify issues before they arise. It notifies of systems needing a reboot as well as high ram usage or disk usage being a high percentage before it becomes a bigger issue. I appreciate the better visibility into our environment.
very good service - top support

NinjaOne is a great RMM product with the flexibility to do just about anything you need
What do you like best about the product?
From my experience, NinjaOne has been relatively hands-off once you get it configured. Software deployments using conditions have been very helpful with critical software such as EDR, DNS filtering agents, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some elements of the GUI experience when it comes to navigating that aren't very intuitive but once you get used to it there are no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most critical problem that NinjaOne has solved is ensuring devices are patched and have their required software. This ensures our security is not lacking across hundreds of endpoints.
NinjaOne has been the best platform we have used in a while
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is revolutionizing how IT professionals work. Communication is always on par with support. Ninja has a sleek, compact, but informative UI that makes things easy finding anything you need to do. API is great to use and ease of integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few downsides with the MDM, as its a new product from them. Cannot auto enroll devices with Samsung's Knox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Detailed patch management message for the end user. RMM into devices to diagnose end user problems. Server patching, rebooting, and updating. Remote scripting.
NinjaOne RMM - A great all in one platform for managing and monitoring many devices
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, reliable and plenty of handy features. The account managers are also very helpful when you have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticketing side isn't as good as others. Very good RMM, but it would be good if they build up the Ticketing PSA side to be as good as some competition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
remotely monitoring and managing devices was very tough before we started to use Ninja. Now it's made very simple.
In my role as an IT support administrator, I perform reviews.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja One has significantly reduced our workload by transitioning to a modern environment, allowing us to deploy without relying on the local network. Additionally, we now have clear visibility over our devices
Makes patch management and monitoring a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of NinjaOne is the ease of patch management of our servers and workstations. This is a big upside for our IT team as we can manage this from one interface and very rarely need to logon to a machine to complete the updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of Ninja One for our IT team has been the network infrastructure management. For us it hasn't been that helpful. However, NinjaOne is always updating the product so this could become better in future versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has been helping us with our patch management. Giving us one point of contact to be able to rollout or even rollback windows updates.
