    Hospital & Health Care

NinjaOne has improved our control over computers, enabling more effective patching.

  • February 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to quickly run scripts on devices and monitor the ongoing state of our computers. The patching system for 3rd party products is also great and keeps us patched with those hard to maintain applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne does not support monitoring, configuring, or managing Windows Defender on devices. This requires us to either enroll our computers in Defender XDR or implement our own solutions. Running actions in Defender are hard to monitor; meaning if I want to run a scan, I cannot see the progress or understand if the scan is even running via a remote management system. Also checking Defender update status and errors is an issue. We use Ninja to automate running Defender scripts and alert on Windows Events related but a more built-in system would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By utilizing NinjaOne we are able to expand those who can provide support to our entire environment. Today, we have our Human Resources, Payroll, Health Information Management, and Epic Analysts teams using it. NinjaOne provides a quick and easy way to support our end users experiencing complex problems that are not related just to IT.

Bulk execution of scripts - Patch management - easy to use - easy rollout
What do you dislike about the product?

    Mental Health Care

A non-convulated but very helpful, quick and growing platform

  • February 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
UI improvements allowing you to see lots more information on dashboard as compared to before. Makes for quick glancing and less clicking.
What do you dislike about the product?
While all the new features/modules are amazing, it would be nice to see them bundled into the standard pricing because as everything becomes additional, it is no longer so cost effective as it was in its early days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is one of the most cost-effective platforms out there for the number of features and tools that is included. Add-on modules seem to be very fairly priced so you don't feel that you eventually overpay as compared to other costlier solutions in the market.

We keep small team in large part to the abilities and ease of use of this platform.

Works better than than the engineer in the corner!!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of patching hundreds of servers by a small engineering team. Ease of setup and agent roll out was seamless. Having the ability to see who logged in last, who made changes, and remote a machine via command line/PowerShell is priceless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing bad to say. Still working on using the full potential besides the patching/server managment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote patching, remote monitoring, and remote controlling of servers has been a blessing.

The NinjaOne Team is the ideal long-term MSP Partner

  • February 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The NinjaOne RMM portal is intuitive and simplifies large-scale change and improvement across our MSP clients. The MSP team adopted NinjaOne RMM quickly, and the variety of available integrations continues to enable extended automation and improve operational efficiency. As the team that manages the backend of the NinjaOne RMM platform, I have to point out the customer support team and highlight the availability, knowledge, and overall excellent support of the NinjaOne engineers; their team is always readily available to assist with creative ways to utilize the NinjaOne RMM platform to meet our clients' needs most efficiently and simplify long-term management. Lastly, our Account Manager is communicative and proactive and truly prioritizes supporting our MSP operations and our clients. Thanks NinjaOne!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. I try to make it to the Office Hours webinars, so maybe if those could be stored in a repository and made available to other MSPs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our MSP team is able to make large-scale changes to our clients' endpoints with a low learning curve. The available tools from within the platform allow all levels of technician to learn and support more end users. The NinjaOne team is avid about product improvement and especially communicative about new feature releases and the upcoming roadmap of additions. The patch management options through the RMM portal are very helpful, including testing OS patches and identifying those with known issues, as well as the availability of software for automated application patching, which far surpasses the RMM competitors.
