User-Friendly, but Missing Auto-Tagging and More Robust API Access
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly it is, and how the remote desktop feature integrates smoothly and works nicely overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no automatic tagging and categorizing features. API access is also very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the problem of IT management.
Great for Vulnerability Detection and Patch Management, with Easy Policy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has proven itself as a great tool for identifying vulnerabilities and software and OS patch management. It also eliminates the need for us to have a GoToAssist account for remote devices. The software install easily as a lightweight AD install. The ease of configuring policies and managing services made this quite easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have also purchased the NMS product of NinjaOne and it leaves a lot to be desired. We also have run into a few licensing issues with offline devices that we have had to implement workarounds for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the impending deprecation of WSUS, NinjaOne is helping us to manage patches in the interim on a much more fine grained manner, and I have been told that there will be a WSUS replacement built into a later version of the NinjaOne Software.
Powerful Management & Seamless 3rd-Party Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
More Management on the computer and useful integration with other 3rd party software.

Streamlined, Easy to Use, and Packed with Out-of-the-Box Configuration
What do you like best about the product?
Its a streamlined easy to use platform that has a lot of "out of the box" configuration. Its the salt to Intunes pepper.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX could be a little more straight forward, but once you learn where things are, it is easy to pick up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Certain functions of Intune are not quick and Ninja is quick. Other remote desktop access applications are expensive and Ninja provides a good value for their platform. Real time reporting is great. Aggregated update managment for windows is fantastic!
Simple to Use

Easy to navigate and identify/track tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization options for Dashboard, such as movable modules or changing "views"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring and prioritizing.
NinjaOne is the key to understanding your Corporate Fleet
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data for device management offered. You can get a really detailed look under the hood of your company fleet with this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
U/I is not the most intuitive and could be greatly improved by restructuring, ex: device scripts are hidden in submenus. There's a lot of insights per device presented, but it can be overloaded. While presented clearly enough, highlighting the most key or commonly used information would be go a long way to improving the overall already very good usability of the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fully remote company spread across the US and Canada with only a small IT team supporting 50+ users and their devices. The only way it is possible to manage and support that widespread team is through the endpoint management capabilities NinjaOne offers us. We veritably couldn't be in business without the detailed device insights NinjaOne provides us.
Just this week a user was unable to self-resolve an issue installing our VPN, but through NinjaOne I was able to discover his device had automatically installed a bloatware Antivirus program that was causing conflicts with our company deployed solution, blocking the VPN .exe from properly installing. NinjaOne's service helped us identify and resolve the issue that much faster, allowing critical work to keep flowing with minimal disruption.

Easy to Use, Simple to Deploy, and Outstanding Support from Zoya
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, easy to implement with silent installation options, great customer service from our rep Zoya, every time we need any type of support, she jumps right on it to take care of it. The RMM tool provides a lot of information and is able to integrate all the updates seamlessly
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the android app could be a lot better, it is clunky to use and navigate. I have not tried the IOS version to compare but as far as remote tools app, it is my least favorite to use. The RMM tool could also use background chats to end users, but I think that is coming soon
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access and back up solution
Easy Device Enrollment Across OSs
What do you like best about the product?
ninjaOne has agents for all our OS environments, and enrollment of devices is a breeze. Integration with SentinelOne is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding OS patching for mac os through ninjaOne is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed two things: making sure OS patches the cover CVEs are installed and malware scanning is set up and running. Enrolling and setting up devices for those purposes is a breeze.

Great Mac integrations, but inconsistent OS behavior and confusing logins
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations and ease of use for Macs, alerting is simple and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Differences between OS uses, using the scripting tools could be a lot easier than they are and include far more basic options. Several mac users the app is installed but never starts (have not had the opportunity to troubleshoot beyond reinstalls). All windows devices with Windows Defender running report it not turned on. Haven't been able to figure out why end users have logins or when they log in they cannot see the devices assigned to them.
