NinjaOne Delivers Powerful Simplicity for MSP Operations

  • May 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is fast and responsive, which is critical when managing multiple endpoints across client environments. It acts as an effective fleet management tool, giving me real-time visibility and control over devices. I particularly appreciate the ability to execute scripts remotely; this has saved countless hours on routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Its integration with SentinelOne adds another layer of value, making endpoint security management seamless and centralized within the same console. Altogether, it empowers me to deliver high-quality, proactive support at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne excels in speed and usability, there are a few areas with room for improvement. The reporting capabilities, while functional, could benefit from more customization and depth, especially for MSPs needing client-facing reports with detailed metrics. I’d also like to see deeper integrations with other key tools in the MSP stack beyond the basics. Finally, while script execution is powerful, managing and organizing scripts at scale could be more intuitive with tagging or folder structures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the complexity of managing diverse client environments by consolidating monitoring, patching, scripting, and remote access into a single, intuitive platform. It eliminates the need to juggle multiple tools, which simplifies my tech stack and reduces overhead. The speed and reliability of the platform allow me to respond to issues faster, automate routine tasks, and proactively maintain systems before they become problems. With real-time visibility and integrated SentinelOne support, I can secure and manage endpoints efficiently, ultimately improving service quality, reducing downtime, and freeing up time to focus on strategic growth rather than firefighting.

Incredible Platform

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has consistently proven to be an exceptionally easy-to-use platform, making remote support more efficient than ever. Deployment is straightforward, and the software runs reliably with minimal issues—performing flawlessly the vast majority of the time.

The user interface is intuitive and well-designed, allowing for quick navigation and easy access to essential tools. Its user-friendly layout ensures that both new and experienced technicians can work effectively with minimal onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, if a device remains inactive for an extended period, NinjaOne may occasionally encounter issues that require some troubleshooting or, in rare cases, reinstallation. However, these instances are infrequent and do not significantly impact the overall reliability of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows me to troubloshoot a multitude of issues that end users may be having.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the remote connection so that I don't have to travel to different sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to really think of anything that I dislike about NinjaOne, it is a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote connection, patch management, documentation, network monitoring. It is very nice to get on one pane of glass all the statistics and information that is given. We also use the helpdesk ticketing system and it has been very nice to have.

works great to remote manage client endpoints!

  • May 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is an all in one solution. Antivirus Integrations, built in remote access, backups, knowledgebase. Being able to automate with scripts is a huge deal. It is easy to deploy, I was provided a script to run on my former RMM to deploy the ninjaone agent. The ticketing is great for keeping track of issues. Certain tasks can be automated for ticketing as well. Their documentation is expansive for every part of the software. Support is quick and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
No integrations with accounting software. The quicksupport does not launch with Administrator privileges unless the user provides a username and password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backups, remote monitoring of endpoints, patch management, warranty tracking.

NinjaOne make job very easy

  • May 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for having most helpful tools in one platform. Going into Background was a plus for our team. Users can continue to work, while we troubleshoot issues. Having the ticket system in the same platform is ease and our users find this ticket system easy to use and they like the flex ability of email or log in.

The customer support has been very helpful when we reach out for help. Most of the time the KB articles are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting logged out of the system through out the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use and User friendly for our non tech users.
I love the Back Ground mode that was recently added.

My experience with NinjaOne

  • May 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Ninja since early on. The integrated tools like remote control and backup have come a long way and are now my preferred choice over third tools. Deploying agents is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the documentation piece is probably my least favorite. I appreciate that it's integrated, but still lacks features of competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a relatively inexpensive way for me to manage all of my clients from one central console. I'm not sure I could effectively do my job without this tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would love to see improved is the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint management on many diffrent ooperating systems.

Simply Awesome

  • May 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about NinjaOne is it's ease of use and implementation. When we made the jump from our previous RMM tool we were bogged down from creating custom scripts, fighting patching, and filtering alerts. With Ninja everything just works. We no longer have to waste time troubleshooting our own tools and can focus on keeping clients happy, secure, and updated. In addition, the Dojo is by far one of the best knowledgebase's I have access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really too much to dislike. I would like to see more integrations with other software applications. Specifically Monday.com but other than that no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us be more productive instead of wasting time troubleshooting our own tools.

New NinjaOne client expanding MSP offering

  • May 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is clean, uncluttered, consistent interface that is easy to navigate and easy to understand even to someone who is new to the concept of RMM.

The onboarding experience was great, and I had our first client onboarded within the first few days of the trial. The documentation in the dojo is sometimes a little out-of-date but still easy to follow.

The two people that helped me, Grant Davis (during the sales phase) and Maggie Ximenes (our account manager) have been immensely helpful. Grant even answered questions for me over the weekend when I really should have been looking in the dojo for the answers :) and Maggie has been great post-sales as well.

We have made the decision to ramp up our MSP offering over the next 7 months to the end of the year and converting numerous break-and-fix clients into managed service clients. NinjaOne and SentinelOne are going to be key to that process. I feel very strongly that I made the right decision with NinjaOne after evaluating numerous alternatives. The cost on NinjaOne is a tough barrier to entry (ConnectWise RMM being significantly cheaper) but Grant was able to offer me an arrangement I could live with.

We use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I wish it did or did differently

1) There is a feature in Auvik where you can connect to the web-based interface of IoT devices (printers, switches, NASes, etc.) I wish NinjaOne had a feature like that as this would help us provide support for IoT devices without needing to VPN into the customer’s network.

2) I wish there was better integration with Windows Defender Antivirus (the built-in AV that comes with Windows) and, even more importantly, with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (the more advanced EDR that comes with Microsoft 365 Business Premium). We will have customers that will stick with Defender for Endpoint because they are deeply invested in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and will not want to buy another EDR solution just because it integrates with their MSP’s RMM.

3) I find the alerting a little “chatty” as sometimes it alerts me about expected things but that is probably just that I have to spend some time adjusting the settings. So I wouldn’t suggest changing anything here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many. Very many. The cloud-based backup is great. The remote monitoring and management is great. And the remote support tool (i.e. the ability to see the customer's screen) is great although we did use TeamViewer in the past for that and still do to some extent.
