Very robust system
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and everything integrated into the same system.

The reports can improve, I find them very simple, with little information.

Excellent Ticketing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the layout of the ticketing page as well as the ability to remotely disable access, restart devices, and run scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could posisbly be the devices and not just NinjaOne, but it is very common for the device alerts to not go away when you restart, patch OS, or device updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main use for NinjaOne is the ticketing system and helping users resolve their issues in a timely manner.

We use NinjaOne RMM as a managed service provider for all our clients and couldn't be more satisfied. The product has proven to be extremely powerful and reliable, helping us seamlessly integrate remote management, scripting, and patch management into our daily work routine.
The system setup was quick and straightforward thanks to the intuitive user interface and clear instructions. Our team was able to familiarize themselves with the platform without extensive training, which increased productivity from the start. The implementation process went smoothly, and we were fully operational in a short time.
We use NinjaOne daily to support our clients. With its comprehensive toolset for remote management, scripting, and patch management, it is a central part of our daily operations. It noticeably eases our work by having all important functions in one place.
Particularly noteworthy is the user-friendliness of the platform, which allows for quick familiarization and impresses with its intuitive interface. Our technicians can easily establish remote connections to clients and perform maintenance tasks efficiently without disrupting the clients' daily business.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although we are overall very satisfied with NinjaOne RMM, we miss some features in the area of Mobile Device Management. Currently, we are still reliant on another provider to ensure the complete management of our customers' smartphones.
However, we hope that NinjaOne will integrate more MDM features in the future. As soon as these are available, we plan to fully migrate our customers' mobile devices to NinjaOne as well, to manage all devices centrally and efficiently.

NinjaOne solves problems for us in remote management, scripting, and patch management. It enables us to manage customer environments efficiently and centrally, automate tasks, and save time, which significantly improves service quality and response time.

Simple and Efficient Systems Management

ninjaone has a simple and functional patch management system. After just a few days, we had replaced the previous rmm system and massively simplified all processes. We like the continuous development of ninjaone, where customer wishes are taken into account.
What do you dislike about the product?
the weakness of ninjaone lies in the network management. practically all devices have to be manually integrated into the monitoring system. there are no interfaces to ubiquiti, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja simplifies our support and management processes with automation and fast access to the systems. The monitoring helps us to identify faults quickly and easily.
Gamechanger for client administration
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use. Implementation and integration took less than 1 day. Customer Support is very fast and has a lot of tips if you are new to the system.
We use it daily in the administration of our 2500 clients and 400 severs.
The features beside the classic patch managing are incerdible. By default there are a lot of scripts which are helping our Support stuff to work more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything in Ninja one is modern and shakes up the industry standards in a positive way. It's easy to use and device management and sorting is a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes support can be slow to respond about niche or fringe issues that don't impact multiple customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne and their RMM tool solves many long-standing RMM issues we were facing with other platforms and brings endpoint/device management into the modern era.
Everything is very fast in this RMM and we're never left waiting for things to load or refresh.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne makes our day-to-day work simpler and more efficient. The software is user-friendly, and features like the central dashboard and remote monitoring provide the visibility we need. It’s also easy to integrate with our existing systems, making setup smooth and straightforward. Routine tasks are simple to automate, saving us time and resources. Additionally, the customer support is excellent—responses are quick, and the support team is always helpful and knowledgeable.

The ticketing system could definitely be improved. It lacks some features we’ve seen from other providers, and this is an area where NinjaOne could step up. Additionally, the reporting options could be more customizable to better meet our specific needs.

- Excellent Documentation in their Ninja DoJo.

- Paid premium support. It would be helpful to have access to dedicated senior engineers.
- Their ticketing system is fairly new and needs some work to become as robust in their integrations with chat collaboration platforms like Teams and Slack.
- It would be nice if their backup product could include BCDR features or connect with an enterprise NAS appliance.
