Ninja One has been a great tool to empower our IT Team
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja One has great back end tools that allow me to work on issues without interrupting a users work flow. It is also a great tool for our users to utilize for remote access when they are in a pinch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The idle time for login sessions is too short!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Installing other IT Tools bundled into the NinjaOneRMM agent is very convenient. It's one installer for all of our tools.
Ninja is great for IT Management
What do you like best about the product?
We use Ninja daily to manage all our clients. We utilize endpoint management to send updates for Windows and deploy scripts. We also use it for remote access to computers. I love the new Backstage update; it’s similar to ScreenConnect's version. We have SentinelOne integrated with Ninja, and it’s deployed to all computers. If you have issues Customer support responds very quickly and helps resolve your issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you perform a firmware update and the PC is rebooting, Ninja will time out if the PC does not come back up within a few minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backups are very important for servers that we manage and Ninja makes it easy to setup.
NinjaOne is great for remote and monitoring computers.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of NinjaOne is the ability to monitor a users computer. Many clients complain about how slow their computer. We can use the tool to easily figure out what is the cause of the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the process to remote into a user's computer as an end user should be easier. The Ninja Remote install file does not install properly at times. Additionally, there is an update each week where we need to install the new version of Ninja Remote. Some clients receive an issue where they install the new, updated programs and they are still unable to remote into the computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne makes it easier to monitor end users' computer. We can help them solve an issue before they email us about the problem.

they have kept partnering with industry leading vendors to allow for a single pane management experience and consolidated billing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the documentation feature become more robust so I can replace ITglue

Automation, Automation, Automation. We have used Ninja to scale our business without having to add staff.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of connecting to devices. The ability to run scripts on the backend. Ability to run commands on the backend without disturbing the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
ability to set device locations by site, more filters to filter devices by site and/or by role would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping remote users with their desktops that can be a number of reasons such as software and OS issues.

All in one management of our entire IT landscape. Backups, server monitoring, remote access, fantastic ticketing, etc..
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It is a perfect platform. Support is great and the product keeps getting better and better

Takes care of all of our server/workstation backups, windows patches, software patches, etc..
Ninja - Does almost everything
What do you like best about the product?
The abiltiy to answer tickets in a quick and timely manner. It is extremely useful when looking at patching servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are not out of the box, however Ninja are quick to respond and will generally have what you need, eventually.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly and offers excellent remote monitoring and automation features. It saves me time and keeps my devices running smoothly. Customer support is responsive.

Scripts templates for some global brands are missing

I find inventory management to be vital as well as how thorough it is. We also enjoy the ease of use when it comes to mass deployment of .msi and .exe installs

It is very though with the information it provides which can be a little to much for some users
