Best RMM out there

  • May 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have used NABLE, Ninja, Kaseya, Automate, Connectwise RMM and so on. This has been the easiest and best one out there. Their support is always there willing to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not had any issues with Ninja.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja has been one of the better RMM out there and its simplicity is great while it can still do everything that all the others can do. Tasks, installation and patching have all been easy to setup and working without any problems.

NinjaOne is our favorite RMM tool, super fast and easy, and saves time

  • May 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne Connect, allows us to connect to help someone even if we don't have the agent installed yet, testing out this new feature but looks promising and fills a need we have wanted in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe to make a custom device list/filter from an excel upload, we sometimes need to run a script on a certain set of computers that we have as a list in excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support is the biggest feature for us, along with patching automation. It saves us a lot of time by streamlining and automating the patching process. We use the tool daily and can access it from any location. The cost is good compared to others, especially considering the value we get from it. We can also push files to computers in bulk and run reports on systems, which has been useful. Overall, it’s a great tool for keeping track of inventory and warranty information.

exceeded expectations for endpoint management

  • May 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has enabled our team to manage our devices efficiently by using integrated features such as MDR, backups, powerfull scripting engine, and powerful endpoint remote tools. Since deploying NinjaOne, we've seen useful features such as automatic warranty tracking, updates to the scripting engine and script library, and has been a reliable platform in our IT toolset. It was easy to learn, deploy, and customize and is used every day by our IT staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little unclear about what information is where. Sometimes things are detailed in a blog post, script hub, or the community called Dojo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables consistent patch management, meeting policy and industry standards. Fast and easy script development and pushing. Remote tools are powerful, allowing easy remote diagnostic and troubleshooting for helpdesk support. Since the MDR, script engine, patching, asset management, and remote tools are all integrated we only have to use 1 tool for all our ITSM requirements.

RMM that works

  • May 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with many RMMs in my line of work.
They all make the same promises, but NinjaOne has been the most reliable tool to date.
Everything just works! Which is what I am looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
MFA is required for end-users to log in. This cannot be turned off even if I use SSO and have my own MFA policies enabled. Users will need to triple factor into NinjaOne which could be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne provides a centralize place to monitor devices, deploy software, remote control, remotely management, alerting, and patch management.

Very Agile Endpoint Management

  • May 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very intuitive tool, easy to find tools and solutions.
It was very easy to implement for our client and when we needed support, they were very quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports are limited, and there needs to be more information options.
There needs to be a filter for patch, software or task distributions, where you can choose the targets through a created report.
I suggest a Self Service, in a "folder" or web version, so that end users can find the information more easily and become more familiar with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintain security compliance in our client's environment and always keep the software version up to date.

A tool that every IT team should have

  • May 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is easy to use, deploy, and manage. I enjoy using this tool for patch management, device management, and remote services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect that appears problematic is the process of uploading bulk email or contact lists, as well as exporting them. Additionally, I would appreciate an easier method to update the "assigned to" section for devices to reflect the last user who logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne's primary challenge is addressing the numerous outdated devices requiring significant patch updates here at Harrington.

Efficient, Easy-to-Use Platform

  • May 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been a solid win for our IT team. It's easy to use, with a good interface and intuitive workflows that assist us with onboarding . We rely on it daily for patching, remote support, and maintaining an inventory of devices. These all work reliably and require minimal ongoing maintenance. Implementation was fast, and support has been responsive whenever we've needed assistance. The platform integrates well with our environment and offers a good balance of features without becoming overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our biggest struggle is with reporting. Core functionality is excellent, but the reporting tools available via the portal are a little behind compared to the rest of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before NinjaOne, we struggled with patching and knowing the posture of our devices. We had limited visibility into the endpoints themselves, and our remote support tool was expensive. NinjaOne has helped us centralize and automate these processes, which has reduced the workload on the team to accomplish these tasks. The team can now patch systems and provide remote support quickly and easily.

Great product, even better customer service

  • May 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very powerful and reliable with new features added frequently. It is the crux of our operation and the most reliable tool in our stack. The interface is simple and intuitive and new tech's pick it up quickly... And our account manager- I wouldn't give her up. She has our back on any and all issues, if I can't find an answer, she will get someone who can. Ninja has even done special demos for our customers during the sales process, which has helped us close more deals. Ninja is a great partner. Period.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could be more robust in terms of audit trails and user changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing excellent remote support to our customers with minimal disruption to their workflow.

Ninja isn't just for MSPs, works great for in house IT depts as well

  • May 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ui is AMAZING compared to "The other guys" (the ones starting with ConnectWise, n-able, etc.)

Setup is super straightforward, and you can really run it straight out of the box.

Customer Service is great, but I really haven't had to contact them much at all because it is so intuitive.

MDM seems promising as well, and seems to integrate with existing hardware just fine

We use ninja nonstop for patching, and it has taken a ton of work off my plate. Pair that with the simple inclusion of Splashtop for remote access, and I am spending way less time troubleshooting from other people's desks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it worked with Quickbooks desktop, but I that doesn't really affect me much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest one is the patch management honestly. It just works. Always.
