Fast, Easy Automation with Reliable Patching and Remote Access

What do you like best about the product?
It’s fast, easy to use, has strong automation, and handles patching and remote access really reliably—so you spend less time managing tools and more time fixing things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited customization/reporting – not as flexible for advanced setups
Missing or slower feature development – some users feel key features lag behind others
Deployment/setup can take time – initial rollout isn’t always smooth
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too many tools (fragmentation) → everything in one dashboard (“single pane of glass”) so less switching and complexity
Repetitive manual tasks → automation handles patching, fixes, and maintenance → big time savings

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of being notified via text message about Tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of attempts I need to remote on using Ninja Remote. We are having to try 2-3 times before it works (if it even does).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us solve issues with tickets and ticket organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexability, all in one platform and the fact that Ninja is always looking to grow and add features
What do you dislike about the product?
none that i can think of at present, will let acct Manager know if i find anything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does seem that Ninja are very responsive to issues or change requests for future products, which means it wont become static and always stay with the requirements of the user

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use after implementation. We like the dashboard. Coming from Icings it is helpful to have a dasboard which is selfexplainded.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot say anything yet because we are just implementing this too. Until now the performance is fine and our customers are fine with quick support options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's better to integrate Ninja One in comparism to Icinga. After the onboarding process we are able to build our checks and to monitor the infrastructures we have to monitor.

What do you like best about the product?
UI \ UX looks really nice. The software performs well with little issue
What do you dislike about the product?
My only criticism is that when I’m searching for a device to connect to, I can’t search by the currently logged-in user. Instead, I have to scroll through the list and look carefully, which is slow. Being able to filter or search by the current user would be very helpful and would speed things up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to quickly remote onto devices and do work - SaaS backups giving me an overview of everything and also being told when a device is not in a healthy state is very helpful when having a large customer base

NinjaOne allows us to monitor hundreds of clients’ networks, hardware, software, and patching, which reduces man-hours and the time we spend checking things manually.

NinjaOne’s Versatile Use Cases and Centralized Scripting Shine

What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of use cases for NinjaOne shows that it’s far more than just a simple remote connection for work. Scripts can be uploaded and managed centrally, and all the important information is available at a glance. The many small features, along with the prebuilt scripts in particular, have been very helpful for us in several situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a very long time after starting my PC or laptop before a connection can be established, and in some cases I even have to restart the device just to be able to connect at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us manage and maintain multiple endpoints efficiently from a single platform. With it, we can remotely monitor systems, deploy scripts, automate routine tasks, and resolve issues quickly without needing to be on-site. This has significantly reduced our response times, improved overall system reliability, and minimized manual effort. As a result, we work more efficiently, maintain clearer visibility across all devices, and provide faster support to users.

System cloning still needs some work. But it is a good product.

Remote control is easy to use and functional. Patching has been streamlined to my end users.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and continuous improvements… Ninjaone’s pricing allows us to scale and reduce the number of endpoints or backup storage without the inconvenience of long term commitment. Additionally, Ninjaone constantly improves its product offering. Sooner or later, Ninjaone will be our one-stop shop for everything: PSA, RMM, EDR, etc.
Last, their support team and account managers are great. Kudos to my account manager, Ali Ibrahim.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticketing system is not good yet. We look forward to its improvement so that we can replace our PSA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninjaone allows us to keep an eye on and back up our endpoints and Microsoft mailboxes. This helps us in terms potential disasters, to mitigate problems, and to remain compliant.
