Can't live without it
What do you like best about the product?
The ability NinjaOne gives me to maintain and support our system is invaluable to me. I use it every day and adding new devices is a breeze. The NinjaOne team is great and is constantly coming out with new features. On more that one occasion I've expressed interest in a different feature to our account rep and been given access to the beta version they've already been working on. They're ahead of the game!
What do you dislike about the product?
A few tweaks to settings could improve how valuable Ninja is for me. This isn't a downside. Their staff works with me to find the best way to use Ninja and always looks for feedback to improve their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides easy remote access to our systems across the board. Patch management and performance insights help us be proactive.
Ninja One (Game changer)
What do you like best about the product?
I don't need to spend needless time updating devices, it just works!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Ninja One doesn't seem to have conquered the MAC devices, yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product is a time saver. Once you have your policies set, it takes over. I don't need to worry about patching devices one by one. The remote reboot feature is also one of my favorite features.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast reporting and deploying of software to endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when an endpopint goes on or off vpn it takes a little time to be able to connect to it.

Easily deploy patches and software to endpoints.

What do you like best about the product?
Great UI and navigation! I was evaluating other solutions and they weren't as intuitive as NinjaOne. Getting it implemented was easy with the support team! Their regular webinars keep me informed on features and the roadmap, as well as provides a platform for questions for all users, which then also informs me of other configuration or automation ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few things, one thing is the logging doesn't always specify if certain actions are a result of the remote agent's initiation. Sometimes the patching doesn't work right, but with some work I can usually get it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our engineering team is almost exclusively remote, and NinjaOne helps create a much better customer service experience. Instead of unreliable Zoom sessions, all support can be done via cmd line or through the extremely responsive remote agent to login directly. The platform also provides crucial oversight into our endpoints and their patching status. Their scripting library allows me to have a better jump-off point for automation and endpoint hardening. All in all, a superb benefit to our company.
New features, functionality, and freedom.
What do you like best about the product?
Finally able to have easy remote access to endpoints. Better able to see what employees are seeing without having to be in the same room or building. Love having a single dashboard as well, simple to see basic health of all devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still setting up the OS and Software policies. It is not hard, just taking a little time to make sure I understand it as I go. So not really a dislike, just the only challenge so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to physically touch every singe desktop and laptop for updates and support.
The best monitoring I've used!
What do you like best about the product?
The insights across multiple devices types in one place has made it easy to keep an eye on the hardware.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some difficulty installing the software during the initial roll out due to some existing VPN and security protocols. This took a case to be figured out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping us address visibility across our two locations and remote users. Without this tool, it becomes difficult to dedicate the time to monitor different hardware types.
Big fan of text notifications for systems offline
What do you like best about the product?
Being the first person called if a computer goes down, it's very helfpul to get the text notification first.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system information could be more detailed.

It is allowing me to stay on top of the status of our machines from anywhere!

Perfect Platform for Managing Remote Healthcare Endpoints
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive Dashboard is very helpful.

There's nothing I dislike about NinjaOne!

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about NinjaOne is how easy it is to navigate and use the dashboard. Everything I need to know or find is neatly laid out in a intuitive way that allows me to find the information I need. Finding help online is easy to do as most of the problems that I search for either on NinjaOne forums or simply Googling leads me in the right direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take a while for a new device to show on the dashboard when using the "add a device" option in the devices menu. Along with this, it can take a while for the BitDefender integration to active and show that it is running on the newly added device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem NinjaOne is solving is ensuring all endpoint devices are actively secure and being able to monitor all endpoints on the network. It has benefitted us by being able to solve the previously stated problem by doing remote software installation as well as endpoint monitoring.
