Great experience with Ninja onboarding and use

  • November 04, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We've had multiple experiences with MSPs and their various RMM tools. Each used a different product which we accessed to varying degrees, and none have been as useful or as organized. NinjaOne has been great from day one. Implementation went well. Although our organization does not fit perfectly into the structure outlined (Org, sites, locations, etc.) we were guided with making a sound decision that has worked well for the organization and supporting it.

A few highlights are the ease of use and logical interface, the ease of intergrations and the swift customer support that assist for any issue we encounter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point comes to mind. I apprecaite the logical interface that Ninja provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to first and formost patch our systems, deploy software and provide end user support remotely.

All in one solution! Headache Free

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about NinjaOne is just how straightforward and easy it is to use. From getting it set up to managing things day-to-day, everything feels intuitive, even implementing it onto our existing systems was a breeze. The clean UI makes it simple to navigate, and I’m especially a fan of the NinjaDojo knowledge base, it’s packed with useful info. Plus, the online community is great; both NinjaOne staff and other users are super helpful and friendly. All in all, it’s a really well-thought-out product
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to point out a couple of things, I’d say it’s missing a dark mode. For those of us who like working in low light, the bright interface can be a bit much. But that’s a minor thing. The ticketing system is probably my only real hang-up; it can be a little confusing to set up, and I wish it was more intuitive, maybe features like categories other than boards. That said, NinjaOne offers solid support to help with this, and you can even link it to other ticketing systems if that works better for you. So, minor quirks aside, it’s still a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint and Patch Management. Working in the Health field, we must have a system that can react fast to our endpoints. Our previous system we were using was not up to our expectation. After using NinjaOne, they farpass our expectation. Everything is super fast, and simple.

Great Remote Management Software

  • November 04, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to organize all our assets, it's fairly straightfoward and intuitive as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I haven't used another remote asset management system to compare it to. It does what we need it to and the company also has been great about answering questions and putting out information/education!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly solve issues with our studio computers. We have over 70 locations and being able to just login to the computers to solve issues that ultimately help support or team quicker and more efficiently has been wonderful!

NinjaOne for our organization after 2 Years - Updated January 21, 2026

  • November 04, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja One's console is very easy to use. It has a lot of options and tools for us to use in our organization such as our organized list of computers to remote into, reporting, backend tools, and the ticketing system that we integrated with our own ticketing system. We are still in good standing with the software and have no desire to go into another remote software system. After nearly 2 years, we've had more users utilizing this tool and even automated our backups using the NinjaOne tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Remote Desktop still has its moments of kicking people out during the middle of a session and constantly taking longer times to get someone back on their computer. We reached out to support, but looks like this might be an issue that needs to be further looked into. It seems to be within our network at our Corporate Office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to navigate through all our devices in our organization and assist our end users for support. Our PC's and Servers are all on our NinjaOne account, so we can seamlessly navigate all the way through to keep our organizations devices. Also, we are able to give users in our organization remote access while being able to manage their profiles. And now, we began backups from across our organization that is linked to our servers and Google Workspace. I recently started using the console to track network activity and using command tools.

Lightweight remote management tool that packs a punch

  • November 04, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the RMM tool includes Remote Desktop functionality at no additional cost. No more purchasing TeamViewer licenses. They also have really good documentation and a script library that is updated by other Ninja users. They also take the feedback from their users seriously. There's a product roadmap that is constantly updated with popular feature requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found anything that NinjaOne couldn't do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see the health of every device that I manage on one screen. I can also easily connect to these devices using Powershell or a Remote Desktop tool with one click. This saves a lot of time and keystrokes. It can also connect to my client's mobile devices so that I can troubleshoot those tricky issues where I need to have eyes on their device.

Single pane for Patching, RMM and A/V

  • November 04, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Single pane access to multiple aspects of systems management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iOS app could be a bit more robust but theWebsite is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially since a large portion of the workforce went remote, I consider this a must. It is very easy to manage, secure and support my workforce
