What do you like best about the product?
It does everything I need it to do with constant updates based on user feedback. It is very easy to use compared to competitors and very intuitive the way its layed out. With its Discord channel and Customer forums there is a wealth of knowledge sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes patching has some issues, but the team is usually quick to implement fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to maintain my companies environment, as well as quickly onboard new systems. I also use it for its ticketing systems and network monitoring.

Excellent IT Support Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization uses NinjaOne for RMM and patch management. The RMM capabilities are robust and responsive. It's easy to send remote commands to and access workstations directly. I also appreciate its responsiveness in running scheduled scripts. I'll always use NinjaOne for this task over Intune (our current alternative). The patch management features works very well, and they allow for granular control over update types. Monthly patch reporting has become much more streamlined for me as an IT administrator since NinjaOne offers fully detailed logs.

(As a side note, our IT team appreciates the recent release of a NinjaRMMAgent installer for Raspberry Pi. We use a handleful of Pi's in our environment as simple servers, and being able to remote into them now is a big help!)
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticketing module seems geared toward smaller businesses right now. It lacks a lot of features compared to other dedicated ticketing platforms. We used it initially, but we ended up switching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne's responsiveness (imediateness of sending out commands) has been key for our IT team rolling out bulk fixes, software updates, and remediation scripts. It's saved our team so much time and effort.

NinjaOne is a valid help for the It manager

What do you like best about the product?
RMM NinjaOne, I chose to use it, for several reasons:
Simplicity in configuration, an exceptional community, the possibility of having real-time telemetry of the PC where it is installed, patch management, software and hardware inventory and much more.
Furthermore, there is the possibility of expanding its functionality by adding apps such as backup management. ticketing, and what I consider very useful is remote control.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using NinjaOne for less than 1 year. So far I haven't found anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problems that using NinjaOne solved for me is the centralized patch management, with the use of Microsoft's SUS server.
I also need it to perform remote security checks

What do you like best about the product?
The remote access, the information got from the devices, the integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the scripting, maybe I need to study more about it, because we don't use it too much
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User issues, computer behavior characterization.

The MSP Swiss Army Knife of RMM

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of movement throughout the UI, very intuitive interface, Powerful scripting and automation tools, and good integration options for such a young product. Setup and implementation was super easy once you understand the NInja-way. Customer support has mostly been good, but sometimes uneven.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major knocks against NinjaOne. I believe reporting was considered sub-optimal at one point but I believe progress had been made in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Serving as the backbone of our MSP organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Constant improvement on the platform. Support staff that are active and quick to respond. They are both responsive and forward thinking in terms of bringing stuff up that might be good for my deploy. This shows that they care about my business and our goals. It's a great platform that keeps getting better but also just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Be free? Idk, nothing that I can really think of. Everything we have looked for it to do, it either does or all of a sudden does within the next couple months with updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using ConnectWise products previously and felt very constrained and restricted in terms of implimenting process and automations to the degree that we wanted to impliment.

What do you like best about the product?
Robust tool with all the features that One needs for remote help. From dashboard capabilities, to be able to see all the insights on the end points, to remotely login to resolve any issues, ninja one is a great support tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't flag that many but the ability to push out ONE package app to include MDM would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to remotely login to all endpoints flawlessly is a game changer

Bulk provisioning of multiple devices without end-user intervention

  • October 30, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Bulk provisioning of multiple devices without end-user intervention. Able to easily install public and private apps, apply software update patches, and connect driectly to our internal ConnectWise Manage PSA software. We can specify what type of alerts are sent over to our PSA and auto generate tickets for our techs to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negatives about NinjaOne that I can think of
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is reducing the monotonous tasks of patching and installing software. When we purchase a new PC, we have pretty much automated the entire installation process of installing our security tools and necessary programs. The most time consuming thing about spinning up a new PC is waiting for the Windows updates to complete, no fault of NinjaOne.

Easy and Affordable IT Automation

  • October 30, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja makes it easy to set up, and automate patch management, backups and running scripts as needed. For example we have an ERP that needs a service restarted once a week, I no longer have to do it manually and trust that Ninja will work. As a small department with 4 locations and 3 staff, it is essential to leverage this kind of automated system or we would need to hire many more people.
What do you dislike about the product?
the ticketing portion is a bit clunky, really more for IT people to react to alerts rather than for end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
patch management, remote access, its a great tool that not only lets me see their screen but open a command prompt behind the scenes which fixes most problems without the user doing anything.
