One app that meets our needs
What do you like best about the product?
We find that if it doesnt meet our needs currently, they are working on a feature that we want.
Since getting Ninja, we use it everyday and from the first deployment it was very simple to use while also having alot of features to master and know the ins and outs of.
Support is easy to deal with, call or email, also they host monthly townhalls where you can ask whatever questions you want.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since the product is Newer, we often want some feature that has not been added yet.
An Azure integration would be nice, even integration with Defender for Endpoint.
Their Network Scanner is lacking making keeping an inventory in Ninja harder compared for Lansweeper

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing remote endpoints, we tried 5 other products before going with Ninja, and Ninja has had the best patch management out of them, they are currently adding support for MacOS through a beta making patching MacOS just as easy.
Easy to use and reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been a breeze to setup and deploy on all of our devices. The ease of use on the backend has made the workload for the department much less. Their customer support and documentation is top notch. With all the available features, we've been able to replace multiple products and save money.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to find any cons to NinjaOne. The only issue I have is the inability to add non-networked devices, but it is not an asset manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is giving me insight into all of our devices. It keeps those devices patched and even runs automations to solve problems before they present to the end user.
Awesome Service\Product

Can't think of anything I dislike about NinjaOne, expect maybe it's not free.

Step Up from PDQ
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps Update off site and not required to be on the LAN or VPN. THis has been easy to use and easy to deploy. Out of the box featires for the majority of software is already in the can readdt to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deploying applications and updates not included in th base of Ninja. Lots of manual intervention required if not part of the Ninja setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ABle to keep browsers and broad softeware up to date without having the users be responsible for the majority of updates. Browsers and Adobe are the leading security risks for remote users at the moment and forcing the browsers to be updated is a good practice for our security stance aganst Zero Days.
All in one RMM solution.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, feature rich, and documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike, really. It's been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management problems, definitely.
NinjaOne - Everything you need in one affordable package
What do you like best about the product?
To put it simply, it just works. The RMM feature has been flawless so far. I love the ticketing system. Reporting is robust and actually works. I use it everyday. The customer support has been amazing. It's been super easy to implement and it has integrated into my current ecosystem flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could modify the ticket submission form
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching the computers, deploying software, reporting on endpoints.
NinjaOne allows me to focus on What Matters Most!
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is smooth, easily usable, and quite enjoyable to navigate. NinjaOnes seemless ability to automate control and command of assets is paramount to a fast paced environment. Deployment of the platform allows one of the easiest implementations I have seen so far. NinjaOne's support staff is available nearly 24/7 and the organization has adapted to the times. NinjaOne is easily integrated in most nearly all environments and we use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides I see is the need for more availability of things to script out, like manufacturing dates and asset registry data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving my patching issue and allowing me to keep track of my environment in one easy location.
