Best RMM/MDM + Ticket System + Patch Management
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne helps our IT Department automate various operations. The integrated ecosystem, including the Ticket System and Remote Control, allows us to provide the best support experience. We particularly appreciate the automation, patch management, and customer support, which contribute to the success of using NinjaOne. The application is very easy of use and the implementation and the Integration was very elementary. We have finished the startup and golive in very short time. Congrats
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the pricing may be higher, the quality of this program justifies the cost, as it provides great value. Our IT team will save a lot of time and have everything under control
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps improve IT support and saves us a lot of time to invest in other activities and projects. Having all IT assets under our control with RMM/MDM and Patch Management is a significant benefit for us. The automation for setting up and deploying assets gives us more control and allows us to offer better service.
The ticketing system is excellent, and I'm very satisfied with it because it helps us standardize the way we receive IT support and track every task and activity for reporting and analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
I like everything about Ninja One, a fantastic remote and deployment tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a status report needs to be created that will show the server's uptime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass deployment of software to computer are not in the company network. No need for GPOs.
NinjaOne Review
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use is the biggest complement that I can give NinjaOne. From pushing patches to endpoints to running scripts is simple. Customer support has always been fantastic from our excellent account manager Jonathan Schanke to calling support direct for small issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing that I would like to see is a scan tool to scan your network for devices that do not have the agent installed. This would help with rogue devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving a issue of outdated third party software.
as expected!
What do you like best about the product?
The all-In-One solution, all of NinjaOne third party solutions being able to integrate on one singular platform makes it easy for IT staff to catch problems before end users experience any issues. This allows the IT department to step in the door and open up NinjaOne's platform for an easy daily use.
Opening up Ninja is part of the same routine as opening up your email right before your first sip of coffee of the day.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a bad to problem to have but the limitless options of integrations and automations that the platform allows. Its as good as the technician is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management, remote monitoring, and remote help desk are the main features I use. These tools help me keep systems updated, monitor devices from a distance, and provide support remotely.
They are the bomb diggity!
What do you like best about the product?
Their team and support are super responsive. It doesn't feel like I'm just a client but a partner with them in their success and theirs in ours!

it's not free, but I'm happy to pay every cent for what I'm getting!!

NinjaOne has been a great experience so far
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud based, and very easy to use. NinjaOne is always updating and bringing in new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind except that it isn't free, but it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps ensure that all systems are properly patched and gives us reporting to show the management team.
An excellent RMM with excellent staff
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from another large RMM provider who I had a new account manager almost weekly, Ninja was great because I am still dealing with the AM that I on-boarded with. Further, the RMM interface is much newer and more pleasant to work with. Also I have had little to no issues actually patching the systems. As a smaller MSP, there may be features it needs for a large MSP but it has been great for my company. It was a little more per endpoint than my last RMM but I don't regret it at all. Was worth it just for consistent contacts and support, let alone how much nicer the interface is. Annual Update: I still have my original account manager and they keep periodic contact without being overbearing. A HUGE contrast to my previous RMM where I had a new intro AM every 60 days or so. Kudos, Ninja!
What do you dislike about the product?
While the web UI is new and fresh, I can't help but feel the layout has a little logic/flow that could be improved. This is preference, of course, but for example patch policies are under a global administration section (Along with many others), so if you aren't looking for one of the top UI (Reports, Devices) items you always end up there. Also, something about the type pick lists since they go alphebetical, Android and Apple are at the top and Windows xyz (99% of our equipment) is about 20 items down in the list so you always have to scroll when filtering. Minor issues compared to a functioning product with good staff, of course.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A good RMM is the core of a proper MSP, so this is the foundation of what my company offers, everything builds on top of being able to monitor, remotely support, and patch the devices.
NinjaOne has been a huge asset in streamlining our endpoint management
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is very intuitive and feature rich compared to other RMM tools we have used in the past. Implementation and onboarding was painless. The Ninja Team for customer support is very quick in response and knowlegable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation portal can be a bit combersome and ticketing seem to be geared more towards a smaller MSP or IT Administrator use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the issue of using moultiple 3rd party vendors to assist in asset management and RMM tools.
Does the Job Well
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to deploy, administer and use. It allows msi deployments for apps. One simple lightweight installer and my devices are all set for remote management, screensharing and montioring.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn'tanythign I don't like, the tool meets my needs very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several devices for remote employees across the globe. NinjaRMM allows me to see the status of all devices, monitor device performance, software patching, antivirus and screenshare access for support needs.
