What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is very easy to navigate, making it less complicate. User interface is well sorted, and it provides real-time monitoring, alerts and remote troubleshooting capabilities. I can easily track problem in case issue arises on a machine and troubleshoot it at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although, I find the scripting features doesn't always work as expected or does not work at all.

It saves a lot of time when troubleshooting as NinjaOne can show me the identified problem on a machine. The filtering feature also helps to narrow down terminals for a certain task.

What do you like best about the product?
Client information is updated quickly, remote maintenance is set up quickly and runs efficiently, connections are stable and do not drop, and a lot of useful information about the system is read out. There are many pre-made scripts and they can also be easily extended. Support is quickly reachable and can solve the problem quickly. Software can be easily integrated into the company via GPO. We use Ninja and its functions daily with our customers and are very satisfied with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
An uninstallation of NinjaRMM in case of an error is only possible via a script, and this is not included in the installer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of scripts, we can quickly create inventory reports or install software on the systems. Even smaller backups can be wonderfully created and are then available in the cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about NinjaOne is the convenience it gives when it comes to support and troubleshooting remotely. Fast collaboration and cost-effeciency as well.
The upside is I believe the Increased of productivity due to it's "Access Anytime, Anywhere" availability. It really gives efficiency specially in technical support

Good RMM with an unmatched interface.

  • August 21, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I've used a lot of RMM products and for the most part they all do the same things. However, Ninja's interface is the best UX I've ever seen in an RMM. This likely has to do with the fact they develop many of the features themselves in-house. Their competitors tend to buy up features from other companies and end up with a cloogey, multi-interfaced solution. We all know which RMM I'm talking about.

When switching to Ninja, very little training was even needed. It's incredibly intuitive where anyone who's used an RMM before can jump right in and start using it for tier 1 support.

Their focus on security was actually what led us to adopt and implement Ninja. The realization of just how good the interface was came later. We were able to implement Ninja within days and push out the old managed service provider.

The ease and reliability of their automation also cannot be passed over. We utilize their automation daily in our organization for variety of different tasks.

I've only had to talk to their customer service a couple times in the 4 years of running Ninja and they are top notch. I always have a response the same day, even when its a low severity issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did wish their was more integrations with other antivirus vendors. As of writing this I believe Webroot and Sentinal were the only supported vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Desktop configuration and automation. Everything needed to deploy a desktop is kicked off from Ninja immediately after installing the agent.

ease of use, script library to simplify common tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish support was better about communication, they tend to use template responses by email which can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
making it easy to manage large numbers of endpoints without spending lots of time once everything is setup.

Ninja One

What do you like best about the product?
When moving to Ninja we looked into two RMMS, ConnectWise and NinjaOne. After multiple discovery calls with both, we saw the clear winner. We were initially a little weary of moving to Ninja due to how new it was compared to other tools on the market. But we are glad we did, Onboarding was a breeze, we were up and running in less then two days. The fact that they offer 100% free support with their solutions engineers is amazing. Using the product daily we have found so many features that were missing out from out last RMM, Patching, Scripting, Policies and automations are out of this world.

They also truly have one of the best communities around, they have an amazing discord with over 10k people that are always willing to help. They even have many of their PM inside of the discord.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not really found anything that I disklike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch Mangament has been a life saver, we almost never have to worry about manually applying patches anymore!
