NinjaOne has been simplifying our IT Operations, One Task at a Time!

  • August 19, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has become our go-to for efficient day-to-day IT management. It was easy to implement all the software solutions and customer support is always quick to help with any issues or the setup of new add-ons. Its robust ticketing system, seamless remote access to our assets, and reliable patch management have significantly improved our team's productivity. The MDM solution, while a new addition to our toolbox, has given our team an added bonus for maintaining control over our mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne offers a robust suite of IT management tools, one notable drawback is the lack of dashboard customization. The inability to tailor the dashboard to specific needs and preferences limits its effectiveness as a real-time overview of critical system information. This rigidity can hinder efficient monitoring and troubleshooting, as users may find themselves navigating through multiple screens to access essential data, potentially impacting overall productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticketing System: Allows our IT team to see tickets just for them, other team members, and unassigned tickets. The ticketing system allow us to efficiently manage and prioritize support requests.
Remote Management: Allows our IT team to support our end users that are on site or even our end users who are working off-site; as long as, they have access to the internet.
Vulnerability Management: NinjaOne's reliable patch management ensures that our assets are protected from the latest threats by keeping our systems up to date with Windows Patches.
Mobile Device Management: The MDM solution provides our Team with Centralized control over our mobile device assets, enhancing our security posture and compliance with regulations.

Updates to the user interface make it very simple to see any issues in the organization with just a quick glance. The included Knowledgebase is also very helpful at keeping important information just a few clicks away.

No complaints. Any issues we have had are resolved quickly by the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne really helped save us time and effort with asset management and patch management. Remote monitoring and remote support also are huge time savers for us. It is a much simpler and smoother process to setup than previous RMM systems we have used, and it works better.

Great tool for centralized it management system

  • August 19, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's an excellent tool for running scripts and updating patches for both Windows and software. I also like to gain the current information on each device in real-time. They offered CrowdStrike integration at reasonable costs, so I switched to CrowdStrike.
What do you dislike about the product?
The answers from the supports were not sometimes helpful, and I had to find my solutions on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we had to install or uninstall a new driver or software, we ran the automated scripts from the NinjaOne portal to clients. It helped to save time for our limited resources in the IT department. I can also download the necessary information for all devices to plan for OS, hardware, and software updates.

Saving me time 1 automation at a time

  • August 16, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Deployment options make rolling out NinjaOne a 1 day project. What happens in the test environment has had 100% success in the production environment. No troubleshooting 1 off machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow does take a bit to get used to. I feel like some of the menus are burried in the administration tab. The UI is mostly there but could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to monitor multiple locations and verify software compliance. It saves me a lot of time not having to manually check machines across the network.
