What do you like best about the product?
The inventory ability and asset tracking. The was of doing updates and software deployments. It replaced our other ticketing system.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I have not found a dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are supporting 100+ users across Washington state and NinjaOne makes accesing their endpoint seamless. We can have full control over their devices to get their issues resolved quickly.

Ninja for the Win!

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Speed. Coming from an RMM system that was in place for 15+ years, we grew acustom to scriptings being slow - like 10 minutes at times for scripts to begin running. Running scripts through Ninja occurs almost immedately.
What do you dislike about the product?
While they are making progress by adding new features each release cycle, there are a few features that are either still missing or "not enough" to make automation fully functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja provides the ability to keep our endpoints up to date with patching, provides vulnerability reporting, and the ability to perform automation utilizing PowerShell as a coding language. We can push software installation and updates to all of our computers near-instantly.

Easy to use, no-pressure sales, quick support

What do you like best about the product?
I am a part time IT guy with multiple other roles in the company. NinjaOne allows me to quickly check the status of my system and remote in easily so I do not have to run around. I REALLY like the backup and it has already saved me multiple times. I like to login in the morning and with a quick glance see if anything is amiss. I really like that the system log is right there in the device screen and I don't have to hunt for it and the integrations with EDR.

I really thought NinjaOne's sales process was a breath of fresh air. After getting kicked to MSP's or high pressure sales it was nice to have an account manager that just wanted to know what problems I was trying to solve and not hammer me every day. Also, I totally blew all my license counts and backup storage and they were super cool about it.

I was super easy for me to deploy and I've only needed support once for a question I had and they were lightning fast and getting back to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning the full features of the system so I can't really comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just need everything in one place and I have no desire to "fiddle" with a system so it's great it was easy to setup and the backups work so well.

    Medical Devices

Product Review by Cirtec Medical

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is easy to use and provides a lot of out-of-the-box scripts and functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
the inability to integrate with out ticketing system for alerts (FreshService); when you put a device into maintenance mode, it doesn't stop the SMS alerts (I opened that ticket months ago and it still hasn't been resolved); the lack of network scanning to pick up and add devices automatically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule software updates and other scripts so that they execute on the remote device the next time it connects to the internet is a nice feature.

NinjaOne Review

What do you like best about the product?
The remote management tool in conjunction with our usage of SentinelOne as our XDR solution has been great. Custom scripts ease of use is also enjoyable and also helps with working in a domainless environment where the lack of GPOs and a local AD is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Long wait times on requested features can be annoying. The need for more comprehensive way to deploy 3rd party applications has been a long time coming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to easily remote manage computing devices in our organization. Easy remote support, software stack deployment, and execution of pre-built and custom scripts make it all very possible.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how easy NinjaOne is to use and to implement. The web interface is clear and intuitive. Regular updates bring many new useful functions. Ninja One has now become one of our most important tools and we use it every day. Customer support has always responded quickly and tried to solve problems as quickly as possible. I would particularly like to emphasize how easy the integration was. In my opinion a product like no other
What do you dislike about the product?
No matter how long I think about it, I can't currently think of anything that I don't like about NinjaOne
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja One helps us get an overview of the current update status of the software. It is now also possible for us to create simple, quick automations for troubleshooting

The best of both advanced and easy to use RMM.

What do you like best about the product?
Common sense design/interface helped us run with this product from day one with no complications. Deployment was a breeze and the at hand data that became available regarding all deployed nodes was next generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now after a few months of using the product I can not find anything to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The patch management is one of the better versions of such a thing I have ever used and we have used many other competitive products in the past that get no where near Ninja's solution. The RMM solution is next generation and I regret not changing to this solution sooner.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is incredibly easy to use and implement. We love how intuitive and flexible the system is. With all of our policies in place, we have save countless hours, and gained efficiencies we never thought possible. The few times we've had an issue, their customer support was immediate in their response.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any downsides that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has allowed us to have a better view on issues throughout our organization. We can now be more proactive instead or reactive. It's also allowed us to have much better remote access tools for our employees for when they want to work from home.
