What do you like best about the product?
The softwre is very straight forward and it's easy to use. Best of all, I don't feel locked into a contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an education center section built into the software pdashb oard itself, so when new releases appear, it would be easy to navigate instead of needing to find this on the site itself. Not much to not like about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The current issue with the implimentation of gravity zone. It was supported, but then it wasn't? I recieved an email that this new feature has been enabled and I am excited to learn more.

Patch Management made Easy

  • May 28, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has helped our organization get our patch mangement under control, for our Windows desktops and servers. The policies are easy to configure and maintain. Software maintenance is a breeze. The device alerts are a great feature too. I also love the fact that I can see processes and applications that are running on my network machines in real time. I have a much better handle on how our machines are running, which is really important for a small IT team. I log into it daily to see if and where any tweaks are needed for our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have attempted to use their network monitoring tool. It works, but there are a number of other tools that are much better, especially for creating network drawings and paths, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using a Windows WSUS server for patch managment, but it was hit and miss about actually pushing out updates. NinjaOne really shines here. Patches are installed on time. It has great visibility into patching failures and warnings.

We also use it for Software inventories and remote support. The remote support has been great with our employees that work at home.

Patch Management That Works!

  • May 24, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We came from using an on-premise system that provided patch management for endpoints, but being a mobile-centric organization, it was incredibly difficult to ensure patches were applied regularly. NinjaOne provided the secure remote patch management that we desperately needed with the benefit of being easy to implement and manage; now, our endpoints receive secure updates and patches regularly, whether locally connected or connected via the internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, or at least last I checked, NinjaOne will only integrate with Microsoft Entra for SSO. It would be a nice feature for it to sync with Microsoft Entra to link computers with agents installed with computers in Active Directory; that way, when computers are no longer in Active Directory, NinjaOne can offload them from its system automatically versus having to manually do clean. The same goes for importing user accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to provide patch management to endpoints so long as they have internet access vs the previous solution, which was on-premise only.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the GUI Both the new remote is also nice but needs the ability to switch to touch. Easy to implement, and great all in one management design. Customer support is on the ball and checks in occasionally just to see how we are doing. we use NinaOne daily and this integrates well with everything we had already implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new remote feature needs touch other than that it is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaRMM has made our lives easier by allowing us to configure and implement update policies Assist users remotely and do maintenance when it works best for specific areas of the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to deploy scripts to machines. Able to keep all documentation in a place for easy retrieval. Automating repoets to be sent to email and awaiting on staff the next morning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think if anything right off hand. The product works great for us!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching on schedule. Lot less of failed patches. Able to resolve those failed patches instantly and keep us up to date.
