What do you like best about the product?
The implementation and ability to create scripts for different operating systems. Both technical support and the account are always attentive to any problem. They solve everything very quickly. ANNUAL UPDATE: We have been using it for a little over a year and everything meets the expectations created. Ninja is constantly updated to facilitate management on Apple computers and mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any so far, everything is fine until now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve time and distance problems by being able to control all equipment and operating systems remotely.

NinjaOne - Best RMM solution we've experienced so far

What do you like best about the product?
Easy onboarding, integration with BitDefender GravityZone, fantastic scripting engine, custom variables to automate tasks and report results is a game changer, attentive account management, excellent and responsive technical support, and competitive pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than the reporting engine, we're still to find the negatives
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating routine tasks via advanced scripting engine and use of custom variables to report results is a game changer. Cuts down on helpdesk tickets and background noise, and recaptures time for less routine engineering tasks.

The best is the ability to manage devices outside the local network.

Uninstalling the software does not always succeed.

amazing day to day tool

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use Remote Access Tool for admins and end users, Easy to integrate scripts and automation for daily tasks and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is hard to find correct settings for Tasks/Scheduled Tasks, or some others. I just want to simply select one or all devices and run some script. I always need to schedule them, and script is not sucessful with more than 100 devices, I always run them in small batches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i don't have to walk around to check computers i see everything on screen.

Good experience working with NinjaRMM

What do you like best about the product?
A cloud solution that is not tied to a specific infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. So far all good. At first I had to learn how to use the system, but this is a normal learning process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one thing is remote access. In previous experience with other solutions, there have been problems connecting to endpoints when they are outside the enterprise network. No such problem with NinjaRMM. Love the management of end devices. And the ability to use tools like CMD remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Dashboards are informative and policies easy to configure
Support. The support teams are outstanding
What do you dislike about the product?
The NMS piece needs some work especially with monitoring interfaces we cannot select interfaces we need its all or nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous tooling was difficult to administer and very fragmented Ninja brings it all together. It solves so many of our issues, remote management, third party management, patching, software inventory and management and inventory. Love the new dashboards with extended timelines

What do you like best about the product?
Whilst doing research to move away from a major RMM vendor we stumbled upon Ninja RMM, from the sales process up to intergration/rolling out the process was well managed and the teams very helpfull.
The features are top notch.
We use it daily for in our support based organization with great success.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the cheapest solution, especially if you stay in a Non-dollar currency country.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better patch management
Better asset tracking
Very good remote assistance tools
Excellent script facilities
