All in one

What do you like best about the product?
What I love is the all in one setup on NinjaOne. What I mean is that I can remote into our devices as well as do ticketing system and deploy software from the same admin portal. I also love the fact that I can see the full details of a device such as Domain, OS, IP Address of the hardwares of the wifi and LAN as well as the serial number of the device. I don't have to physically go to the location of the device to get any of this information and I love it because it saves me time. I am a all in one IT person in our company and this helps me so much.
What do you dislike about the product?
The third party AV that I have to create a single install file per device instead of being able to deploy the AV to all devices at once with one install file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja helps me so much view issues that the end users would never know they have for example memory usage and hard drive space being low. These issues would never be brought up to me by end users as many don't know what they mean but Ninja sends me a notification about these issues and I am able to fix it before it makes it worst or crashes their system.

NinjaRMM -Quickly Evolving and Improving RMM Tool

  • February 22, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best parts of NinjaOne are the fact that it is continuously being improved with features that the actual users have input on with their unique feature voting and progress page.

Their support is also insanely fast and helpful. Free Engineering hours is nuts
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a smaller RMM so the user base isnt as big as some of the big dogs but it is quickly catching them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my issue of keeping all of our devices up to date, patched and secured. This gives me more time to focus on the bigger picture IT issues which is invaluable for a one man IT department

From nothing to RMM: NinjaOne is the one you need.

What do you like best about the product?
Before we started using Ninja we didn't use any RMM. We don't have a lot of endpoints. About 50. But still, as a one-man department, it is a lot of work. So I decided I want to manage all our Endpoints easier. There were a lot of parties, but Ninja stood out.

The interface is modern, sleek but easy. The management tools are fast, and you really don't need any documentation or explanation to get started. However, when you need support, they are great. They'll help you within a few hours.

The design, speed and how easy it is to use made NinjaOne stand out for me. They also develop new features like a MDM now, which only expands the whole platform. When you wish you can use Documentation features to build your own documentation, and a complete ticket system, removing the need for a seperate one, like for example TopDesk.

NinjaOne is a cloud service. You install a small service on the devices, and that's it. So implementing and integrating it was very easy. It was done within a few days. Support is willing to help, but for us there was no need for it.

In the end, if you need a RMM. NinjaOne is the product to take a look at. Since we've implemented it I almost use it daily, for good monitoring purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I experienced was that there is no real possibility to create Folders for your endpoints. You can create Locations, but a Location cannot be Split apart in Folders. There are ways to do this, but it is not how it should be.

The support noted this and submitted it as a feature request. So all in all, I believe they are taking a look at it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a one-man department in IT there was a lot of work with almost no overview and management. With NinjaOne I have a clear dashboard with all options, making it easy to patch and help remotely.

Solid and reliable with responsive support.

What do you like best about the product?
We moved to NinjaOne (NinjaRMM) about two years ago. We were looking for a comprehensive device management and patching solution that allowed us to have insight into how our devices were being used by employees. NinjaOne has met and exceeded those requirements. Truthfully it's saved us a few times by drawing attention to connectivity issues that weren't being alerted on by other monitoring solutions that were in place. The devices in question appeared online in other monitoring solutions but when we checked NinjaOne it was showing offline.

We use the product daily, mostly for monitoring purposes. Once we were set up and going we haven't had to intervene at all really. Deployment was straightforward, the packages are easy to generate, and Ninja is great a letting you set up a robust heirarchy to organize your devices. We haven't had to contact customer support much at all but when we have they've been responsive. We find most issues can be resolved with their extensive knowledge base and tutorial system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can really complain about is that we haven't had much luck with automation when it comes to pushing out software that isn't directly integrated with Ninja. To be fair, the software we were attempting to push out was minor/not business critical so we didn't contact support regarding the issue. We simply installed it directly on each machine and left it at that. I wouldn't really ding Ninja over this issue when everything else has worked well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We originally purchased NinjaOne for patch management. We needed better visibility into what patches were being installed where and when. NinjaOne met that requirement easily. As NinjaOne has improved we've begun using the product for monitoring, support, and having a clear picture on the state of our equipment.

Very Solid Monitoring system

What do you like best about the product?
A very solid consolidation of multiple differen't services in one package.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few nitpicks like not being able to edit already posted comments in a ticket with an audit system to show what was edited by who, however the Ninja team is always improving on the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja solves the issue of having to run muiltple differen't services from differen't sources all in a single location. This helps with overhead managment in the environment, reducing the headach of keeping track of muiltiple contracts or servers.

NinjaRMM is changing the way IT administration works

  • February 21, 2024

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful about this tool is that u can Update/Upgrade several PC or server with ease. Even if there are unsupported thrid-party-applications you can simply install the newest Updates with this tool on multiple devices at the same time! The Customer Support is really, really good. I use this tool almost every single day. I cant think of not using it and I am asking myself how I did the work before I got to use NinjaRMM. The Integration and implementation is also very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It`s hard to get through the menu but once u got it, its easy to find the important settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to keep all my devices up-to-date without any effort. I currtently manage around 850 Clients with this tool. I am very happy with the rollout of scripts with this tool. It`s so easy to write scripts with different languages and to implement them on the devices. It`s very helpful. I also love the way NinjaOne is developing the Mobile Device Management. Thats also a very awesome tool!!

Good RMM Tool

  • February 21, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the patch managment and the ability to push scripts through the service. There are plenty of features and I am sure I am not using them all but the support is quick to respond and assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality between the RMM and TeamViewer is lacking. The ability to remote into a machine individualy is not there. TeamViewer offers a good amount of features on its own and I beleive if Ninja is using corporate licenses for each subscription that we should be able to utilize the additional features. TeamViewer consistantly throws issues with not having a corporate account when remoting into different machines. This should be fixes ASAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support, patch managment.

NinjaOne = "Easy Button"

  • February 20, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We have a small IT team that handles a legal firm. We needed a system that allows quick onboarding/implementation, easy to manage and navigate. We also don't have the manpower to "babysit" an OS/App patching system that requires a lot of handholding. The patching system in NinjaOne is robust and can be configured almost to the point of "set-and-forget". We appreciate the flexibility that it allows our users, with controlling when to reboot, after a patch is applied.

The system also provides quick templates/scripts for automated tasks. The interface is logical and easy to follow. Our MSP is already using this solution for their other clients and gave it a thumbs up. It integrates with ScreenConnect
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. We just wished we moved to NinjaOne sooner.

We were going from a cluncky RMM system that was hard to navigate and challenging to understand. We literally have to call support everytime to make what should be a simple workflow change. NinjaOne is a bit more intuitive. We were able to define a patching schedule after one session with support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of patching workflow. Less time fidling with the system and more time helping our users.

NinjaOne has been a huge asset to our day to day tasks!

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Having NinjaOne as a one stop shop in terms of ticketing and RMM services is probably my favorite feature; Capability to deploy scripts and manage policies are nice as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to search the body of a ticket would be ideal.
It seems that sometimes the server policies do not work, (the update policy in particular). We have noticed the servers will not update at all during the times we have set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is allowing us to use mainly one tool for multiple facets of the IT world and is helping us save money and time.
