Excellent tool for managing endpoints

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate portal, great documentation and support, lots of helpful scripts, good MacOS support
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is pretty good, I think- MacOS patching does need some work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are a 100% remore workforce with no on-premise assets (all work from home). NinjaOne is a great tool to manage/support users in their homes worldwide

The perfect tool for RMM

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is fast and intuitive. Distributing the agent via AD works without any issues. The support from Ninja is sensational!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would wish for more extensive SNMP monitoring functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified patch management. This saves us a lot of time and effort. This allows us to focus on other tasks.

The next generation RMM

What do you like best about the product?
The customizability is the best part of NinjaOne. Being able to setup custom fields on a device and organization level with capabilities to read/write to and from the custom fields using automated scripts allowed us to pulled in depth reporting, deploy software with ease, and provide better visibility into the security posture of our devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The summary reports are not very customizable. You can piece together some custom reporting with their built-in reporting modules but lack the ability to create custom views/graphs/charts within the summary reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne saves us time with the automation capabilities and allows us to provide a more consistent service to our customers by centralizing a lot of different aspects of device management and reporting into a single platform.

Stable and easy to start remote sessions and IT ticketing

What do you like best about the product?
I like that at a drop of the hat, I can pull up our remote desktops and get into a computer to trouble shoot issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lagged when trying to jump from screen to screen on dual monitor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the file transfer and multiple monitor support. More dexterously, this tool has made remote server administration much simpler.

Straightforward and dependable RMM tool

What do you like best about the product?
-easy to use once everything is in place, it's one of our daily use tools
-access to an endpoint via command line without having to remote in or bother the end-user
-script and task automation
-real-time endpoint performance information
-package deployment features
-TeamViewer integration is great, one of the most helpful features
What do you dislike about the product?
-Windows patching could be improved, we ended up using other tools
-Third-party patching covers a short list of software, needs a revamp
-MacOS and MacOS third-party patching never worked for us
-having customer support live chat would be a big plus in my book
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja addresses all our monitoring and internal support needs across our clients.

Superior and Modern all in one Solution

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is very intuitive and they are constantly adding new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides. Some of the features that they add at first seem a little slim, but once we give it a little time and come back to the newly added feature it is much more fleshed out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch Management, helping us keep all of our endpoints up to date and letting us know if there are any that are not.
Remote Support, smoothly allows us to support users smoothly across multiple locations.
Great for asset management, letting us keeps trakc of all endpoints in our inventory and letting us know when it was last online and who was logged into ti last.

I'm not sure how we managed endpoints without it.

What do you like best about the product?
Scripting installs, quickly remotely connecting to PC's, endpoint patching. The DoJo is awesome and the times when I did need a person to provide support, it's been easy to get help quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the portal can be a little unintuitive, that could just be me though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved off of Citrix which presented endpoint management challenges we didn't previously face. Ninja was able to resolve all of our concerns, without any exceptions.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and silent software install. Status of all machines. Also the backup and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I am connecting to a machine with a high resolution It is hard to see everything because it is so tiny.The only way to fix this is to change the users settings. There is a chance you will forget to change it back and the client will be upset. It would be nice if the size would change automatically when connecting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting to machines and installing/uninstalling software

The reports are not very customizable, not easy to tweak.

NinjaOne was the best decision we ever made as an MSP

What do you like best about the product?
Everything... not much to dislike. It's always improving. Support is always there when needed. Easy to implement. We use it all day. Features are always getting better and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike.
We do wish Ninja would make a great PSA. Then we can just have one vendor for tickets and billing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves all our RMM problems.
