What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has streamlined our productivity and provided us with the tools needed to do our jobs with ease. The best feature about NinjaOne is the search function. We are able to customize searches in order to find what we need efficently. The reporting is also amazing. We are able to setup customized reports to automatically go out to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to our previous RMM tool, I honestly do not have any dislikes about NinjaOne. Great price for a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tons of features some cleanup still needed

What do you like best about the product?
This Tool provides us with a number of services under one roof.
- OS and Third Party patching
- Remote access tool
- Software management
- Scripting
- Status Monitoring
- Inventory

We were able to save a large amount of money on moving to one tool from a number of others. Besides the savings we are seeing we also have an easy time moving around the tool and making use of the different features. Most of the features are quick to learn and if necessary Ninja provides a large amount of documentation around each one.

Its very quick to implement and has a low resource agent that runs on each endpoint with little to no impact on any end user's daily tasks. We have not received a single issue/ticket that could be related to the NinjaOne agent.

NinjaOne often updates their tool with new and improved feature updates. We see new additions to the tool very often and the already existing features recieve the necessary improvements very quickly.

Customer support is responsive and friendly usually resolving issues or passing to the next level as soon as possible. They also do not lose track of the requests and generally keep an update on the ticket daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
New features coming into the tool sometimes feel like they are first or second draft and often need to be updated in one or more future updates down the road. While this is frustrating in some cases the updates usually come quickly and often include the improvements needed to make it user friendly or add some of the expected abilities around the feature.

There are some necessary abilities missing from the OS Patching feature, such as automated approvals on certain days/weeks of the month as well as better reporting. That being said these are on the roadmap for release and should be seen soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They resolve the Multiple tools to cover issue, 1 roof for multiple functions helps greatly in monitoring and resolving issues.

What do you like best about the product?
We like using NinjaOne because easy to use Dashboard, and how it gives us a great overview of everything without cluttering us with additional information we are not interested in.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love a smother interface to roll out the RMM to all our Ipads as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a RMM previously so this made it a lot easier to manage all out endpoints

Single pane of glass solution

  • February 12, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The single pane of glass approach from Ninja and their seamless UX is phenomenal. We are able to manage our PC's, Macs, Documentation repository, executive backups, and an internal ticketing system all in a single pane of glass reducing the overall tech stack. Customer support is great whether I'm reaching out to my reps, or general support I also get a timely response. Through InTune, the solution was incredibly easy to scope out and deploy even across a US office, UK office, and remote employees all having different profiles in Ninja.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any feature I've been looking for that Ninja doesn't natively supply I've been able to engineer a solution for through scripting or other means. So far, no negatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too many to list. The availability of immediate data within NinjaRMM has all but bridged the gap where InTune leaves behind.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a RMM, ticketing, windows updates, and reporting all in one place. It is very easy to deploy and start using right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a feature you wish it could do, but don't have to worry there is 99% Ninja is already working on in it in development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninjaone helped us bring our help desk back internally.

Solving IT frustrations

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM has made it very easy for us to see the status of our endpoints in terms of Windows Updates, Compliance, and Patches. It provides very fast remote access to assist end users quickly. The addition of new features, based on actual user feedback of NinjaRMM is great. Features are added regularly and their is a roadmap to see where features are in terms of development & release. Excited to be on the NinjaRMM platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaRMM is very MSP focused, I would like to see stronger integrations with Internal IT department tools, ie. ITSM platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a good view of all aspects of our endpoints, fast access to end users for quick support, and removing the multiple interface headaches.

Great expereince

What do you like best about the product?
It has been great being able to remotely connect to devices and monitor devices. Super easy to load onto new devices and we use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did have an issue where the Reboot timing for Patch Updates was set to 2 hours, but had been prompting everyone every 5 minutes after this latest update (Sometime around the end of January). We've gotten it disabled for now and are testing that portion on a test computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to assist remotely and to monitor devices and alert us to narrow down which areas need attention.
