Easy to Use and Straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
The product is quite easy to use, which is always nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit clunky. For example it's setup in a way that makes it easy to have multiple organizations, but the reality is for most companies there is just one org so it just forces you to drill down through folders that don't matter.
Also, it can be a major pain to get the installer to deploy ninjaone. I always eventually find it but it takes a search.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does my patch management.
NinjaOne: Effortless Agent Deployment and Powerful Remote Diagnostics
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja one is a game changer for endpoint management. I really appreciate how easy it was to get the agent deployed on our systems, and how much data we get back for each client. It makes it very easy to remotely diagnose issues for our users. I also really appreciate the remote CMD utility and remote login.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I've run into is when re-imaging machines, you end up with two copies of the same client on your device list. You need to manually delete the out of date instance every time you re-image, or you will use up your license count very quickly. Speaking with their support team, this is a known issue and is not fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We never had a great RMM platform, but NinjaOne is giving us a totally new way to manage our endpoints. 99% of issues can now be diagnosed (and often solved) remotely.
Great RMM Integration for Smooth Endpoint Access
What do you like best about the product?
RMM integration for endpoint access and monitoring is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the remote connection to endpoints does not work with no apparent reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking Tickets and incidents. Remote support.
Easy to Learn and Use, with Constant Feature Updates
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to learn and use, and it’s consistently updated with new features being introduced. Also there is very little downtown with ninja
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides overall. The list of base software to push out is a bit limited, but you can add your own in as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
adding device management and remote support in one tab
NinjaRMM for the win
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is well though out, the ability to remote on to computers via powershell is also a nice to have
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say it is least helpful but the MFA prompt when adding code to a script right after signing in is quite annoying, but I understand the idea behind it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management of multiple devices, it helps with mass deploying new policies or even software over multiple endpoints.
It helps with running scripts to check storage on critical hardware and alerts the team when it gets too low

Scripts and Scheduled Actions That Streamline Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Scripts and scheduling actions based on events or times, it can be a game changer at times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of dashboards and the ability to make custom dashboard's, although I have found work arounds for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of servers and computers, patch management control and the ability to control based on customer policy's is a game changer.
All Clients in One Console with Easy Update Validation
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage all my clients through a single console, and to validate what needs updates.
Storage control, etc.
Storage control, etc.

At this moment I have nothing to point out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's largely based on outdated machines.
Responsive, Reliable, and Feature-Rich
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that it simply works when you need it to. It’s responsive, and it shows logs of what’s happening almost in real time, which makes it easy to follow along. It also has a lot of features, and there’s room to add more so you can tailor it to your team’s specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature lacks customisability and doesn’t offer the functionality we need. Group/smart group creation has to be done from the devices menu, and then the list of groups is in a whole other area, which is just a little annoyance, but it does the job...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management helps us keep apps and devices up to date while also keeping vulnerabilities out. It also lets us work from anywhere, which reduces the need to meet with end users in person and makes it easier to support them remotely. In many cases, we can do the necessary work on their device without them even realizing we’re working on it.
Usable
What do you like best about the product?
remote capability, software checking, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
CMD prompt doesn't seem to scroll when you get to the bottom of the window? No Scroll bar on right??
Quite often need to terminate the prompt and relaunch new one when I get to the bottom of the box - VERY annoying! (on windows laptop - no external monitor)
for some reason it does scroll on external monitor?
Also it seems to have a delay in when a device is actually online but it doesn't show on Ninja until a while later?
Minute or two sometimes??
Datto seemed to be MUCH quicker in updating status so you can remote back after reboot, etc...
