Ninja remote doesn't support more than one screen at a time,

only con for me is that Slack integrated alerts for when servers go down is too large and could be a bit more simplified

More reliable remote monitoring over our customers environments
Ninja One is the best RMM ive used

I like the ease of deployment and how well scripts and patching works from it compared to other RMM's ive used in the past

I dislike the lack of smoothness in Ninja remote access but its not the worst thing its actually pretty decent

Its solving previous issues with scripting and patching that we had with our prior rmms

Ease of use.. Not to mention that it WORKS.. Coming from Labtech to this has been a nice change! SCRIPTS RUN INSTANTLY!

I dislike that we didn't start utilizing Ninja sooner

Accurate reporting, easy to access information, easy to create and run scripts

Patch compliance is way up over previous RMM, which makes reports for customers better and gives us a better security posture.
Scripting is very easy, allowing us to automate tasks and gain productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use in the UI and adding of scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really needs to be an added script task to allow for "rerun task hourly" rather than daily, weekly, monthly only. There's a number of tasks for installing software silently when laptops are off/asleep that we'd like to keep repushing the script.

Simplicity of use for technicians and high profile users of client sites.

It solves access vital information related to end user's machines and Servers as well as remote access.
NinjaOne: Effective and very customizable

I like how simple it is to use while still having a lot of built in features as well as the ability to add your own scripts.

This may be solved by implementing a script however I noticed a few things.
The amount of time it takes for a device with the ninja client to appear online again after going offline. It doesnt always take a long time however sometimes I'm just sitting there hitting refresh after a machine reboots for it to show up in the Ninja portal as online. Another thing is being able to see the latency on a remote session so I know off the bat how fast the connection is. Now this final thing im not really sure what the solution would be however when remoting into a users machine who has a single wide monitor it can be difficult to see text. I noticed theres sometimes a way to force zoom with no scrolling but if there were a shortcut or option to zoom in and be able to scroll that would be helpful.

It allows me to view alot of information about a machine while also being able to assist users in real time.
