NinjaOne Replaced 4 Tools with Easy Deployment and Powerful Features
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and friendly GUI which has a wealth of features. This allows your IT team to focus on deploying solutions without having to worry about connectivity issues. Deployment was extremely simple as it pushed out from domain controllers to end devices. Also I have tested replacing intune with NinjaOne and so far I am extremely impressed with its functionality.
The customer onboarding process was extremely simple and pain free also - account managers were available to answer any questions and also get in touch with senior specialists to ensure we can get maximum value from the product. This software has gone from being rolled out to being in constant production and used daily to improve our configurations and push out changes. NinjaOne has so far replaced 4 different systems we had to manage devices, software deployment, windows updates and remote support. It has got integration options which we will focus on to enable alerts to come into our ticket platform and make the journey more seamless.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have no faults with the software so far. I bought it to fix a number of issues and legacy systems and have had nothing but a positive experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support was via teamviewer and clunky, required users to submit connection strings which would be lost in translation.
WSUS has been replaced and patches come direct from Microsoft to device via NinjaOne.
PDQ deploy was used to push software out - this now comes from NinjaOne
Intune - this is being replaced by NinjaOne, the policies and options are so much more friendly than intune.

Simple, Flexible All-in-One RMM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Simple all in one platform for RMM. I Like the flexibility on Deployment and interacting with Assets too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI can be a little difficult to navigate. I think it could do with some improvements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RMM & Customer Asset management
Fast, Reliable Remote Access with Strong Patching & Device Management
What do you like best about the product?
It's got a good software patching and operating management system. It's fast and reliable remote access with two different types ninja remote and splashtop. It's got a lot of useful pre created automations made by Ninja
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I am unable to enter in multiple devices into the filter and I have to enter it in one by one and press enter instead of putting commas to separate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating alerts of issues like disk space, high cpu and pending restarts
Alerting Vulnerabilites
Alerting Vulnerabilites
Reliable and efficient endpoint management platform
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is very easy to use and quick to deploy. The monitoring, alerting, and automation features are powerful, and the platform is stable and responsive. Customer support is excellent and helps resolve issues quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features require time to fully configure, and reporting customization could be more flexible. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall value and reliability of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us centrally manage and monitor all endpoints, automate patching, and respond to issues proactively. This has significantly reduced manual work, improved endpoint security, and increased overall IT efficiency and visibility across our environment.
Simple, Intuitive Interface to keep it simple.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and mostly intuitive interface that will show you the basic state of your systems and allow you to take immediate action on any outstanding issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue I have with NinjaOne is when something has gone wrong, like a program not updating properly, it doesn't offer the reason (error code, etc) for the failure and is just a generic warning. This requires extra steps to gather that info that could be included in the error.

NanjaOne make patch management (MS and others) a simple task.
Effortless Endpoint Patch Policy Management with NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
I find NinjaOne very easy to use with a clear dashboard that is self-explanatory. The dashboard is perfectly structured in organization and policies, and the downloadable client installer can easily be pushed to devices for smooth onboarding. I appreciate the automation and scripting options, and how NinjaOne integrates with native device OS capabilities while adding policy control. It's also very fast, as devices appear in the dashboard within 1-2 minutes after agent installation, and scan actions complete quickly. The basic setup of the evaluation environment was extremely easy, taking about 10 minutes to understand the web app.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use NinjaOne for enforcing OS and software patch management policies and inventory. It's easy to use with a clear, self-explanatory dashboard, supports automation and scripting, and integrates seamlessly with native OS capabilities.
NinjaOne Remote Access: Fast, Responsive, and Feels Like Local Control
What do you like best about the product?
My most used and favorite feature about NinjaOne is the remote capabilities. It connects so quickly and is so responsive when using it, it barely feels like a remote session. Other than RDP right on windows, its the best remote service I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use almost all of the tools that NinjaOne offers, and they are all great. However, I have rarely ever used the reporting tool, and forgot that it exists. Once I took a look at it, it doesn't seem like it really does much for me, and would be nice if there was more information that it could gather for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ticketing system, remote management, software management, and inventory all used to be difference applications. With NinjaOne, we can do all of them with one, and also have a lot more tools like MDM, and remote commands.
Excellent decision, you will not regret
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne actually works. Had Pulseway a few years ago, then Kaseya after that, and both of those RMMs were trash. Navigating either's menu or attempting to initiate commands were barely functional. NinjaOne loads instantly, navigation is clean and clear and quick, the policy section is understandable and it behaves as expected, the remote software is slick- totally worth it. No buyer's remorse at all!
Software installation and patching as well is possible with any RMM, but it's much more reliable and clear with NinjaOne.
Also their support is top notch. Always able to schedule a call with a tech and talk through an issue is amazing. Account reps are also solid. So grateful their support isn't sourced out overseas.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to think of a complaint, but as of 1/14/26 I'm unable to find a dark mode toggle for NinjaOne. If they added that things would be perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access for non-tech end users is amazing. Every now and then we'll have an external developer that needs to hop onto one of our servers. Historically you've got to shell out for TeamViewer or other software, which they have awful rates on. With NinjaOne though, being able to grant selective remote access to those who need it is just the cherry on top.
Easy Deployment and an Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to deploy and use. The web interface is very intuitive and requires very little training. The support team is very quick and helps us find solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few things. Sometimes when certain updates fail, it's difficult to know why. And in some cases, you need to clean up Windows Update. (Only on a very small percentage of PCs).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management is made very easy. It's also possible to quickly see what's out of date and fix it. Asset management is greatly simplified.
