What do you like best about the product?
Highly effective for staying up-to-date with patches, software, and operating systems and has many features. This is essential not only for bolstering security but also for ensuring ongoing compliance with requirements such as Cyber Essentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike at this time. Our technicians love NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a remote workforce, it provides me with comprehensive control and a holistic view of all our computers, swiftly and effectively. Since our machines aren't frequently brought into the office for patching, Ninja ensures that our computers remain up-to-date and offers a comprehensive health status overview of our entire system.

This was my first experience working with an RMM and was quite surprised how easy to was to set up and configure. The documentation is amazing in both the depth and how easy it is to understand. Customer Support has always been helpful when we have had any problem and very responsive. We use this product on 24/7 with the built in patch system. We found that it was easy to integrate it with the other systems we were using.

we really have not found anything that we don't like. since ninja has been pretty responsive in adding features that are needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to handle all the windows updates. that is a big plus. and being able to write our own in-house scripts to deliver software

  • October 31, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
An intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it accessible for both seasoned IT professionals and beginners. The dashboard is well-organized and doesn't need additional explanations. However, if needed Ninja also provides comprehensive support and documentation, especially beneficial are the one-on-one sessions with Ninja's engineers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced some troubles when contacting regular customer support with some problems that we were experiencing. It took quite some time to resolve the issue that was partially on Ninja's side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the easiest way to remotely connect to our customers, we usually have to do it multiple times a day, every day and Ninja makes it easy for both sides. It also allows us to manage different customers' devices all in one place.

Using NinjaOne has been a game changer for our IT Support team.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed of it effectiveness on Remove devices.
Regardless of the Geo location of the device or the Network strength, NinjaOne has proved to fast intems of runining scripts or policies on devices.
The new patch management feature for Mac OS is really helpful.
NinjaOne is very easy to deploy, once the Agent has been installed, you are good to go.
The Out of Box Scripts and Policies are easy to implement, as easy as just selecting what meets your requirements.
Their Customer Support team is very responsive, the are always ready to assist and help resolve our issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I beleive they need to add more features in the MAc OS device management.
Just as much as they currently have in managing Windows devices.
More out of the box scripts, especially for users who are not well vast in Scripting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving our Patch management issues, ever since Covid started and we had an issue of remotely patching our devices. We have been using NinjaOne since then and it has been very effective.
We have been able to move from a Reactive Support to a Pro-active Support, as NinjaOne's remote monitoring boards and alert helps us identify CPU or Memory usage above treashhold, even before the user reports it.
Scripting with NinjaOne allows us to remotely run Powershell scripts on remote devices and make changes to device registry.

    Non-Profit Organization Management

Highly recommended. A straightforward, no-nonsense RMM

  • October 31, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We implemented NinjaRMM (now NinjaOne) back in 2019. When I joined, the organisation had a WSUS server that didn’t really work for remote users; remote access to devices was manual; there was no server monitoring in place; there was no automated software patching; mass remote installation was nigh on impossible; and we lacked decent information in our “inventory”. NinjaOne fixed all of that for us, and it was a real lifeline for the team, especially as we installed the agent on our final few devices just two weeks before the first Covid lockdown in the UK.

I’ve worked with many RMM tools over the years and, while it might not provide the level of detailed monitoring some users require, it’s by far the simplest. It’s also very easy to set up and use, which made a huge difference day to day. I highly recommend it.

They’re continually evolving the product, and there always seem to be more improvements in the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have access to full event logs from the console. At present the event log details are minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management, remote access, remote support, remote OS updates, remote monitoring, remote installation and asset management. We are now also looking at their SaaS backup platform.

Easy set and simple to use

  • October 31, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of set up and intergration and the simplicity of using ninja one. The patch mangement really cuts down having to install all of the windows updates. With the remote tools it makes fixing issues a lot more seemless as you can see what the user is seeing. The customer support is always ready and waiting to help and also ensure that you get the best out of ninjaone. I am in ninja one every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think I have found any downsides just yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja one is solving the issues with windows updates as we didn't have a solution in place.

It is indeed NinjaONE

  • October 31, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I recently started to manage the devices, systems and servers through NinjaOne after changing my workplace.
Previously I managed through Intunes, SolarWinds and various patchwork IT-Managers that were, frankly, scary. Unsafe sometimes.

With NinjaOne I have everything I need as they say "in one place". I can oversee, manage, apply all through one site without having the need to navigate through 12 different pages. The possibilities they implement after listening to their customers through feedback and reviews is another sincerly awesome point towards NinjaOne. The recent addition of a more structured automation library and the possibility to just code-cook inside NinjaOne something for your specific needs is, yet again, another point for NinjaOne.

Additionally planned are device management, like company phones or tablets. So far, what was available to see in action showed me that its a serious rival to intunes without having to worry about compatibilitly and most important: NinjaOne does not cleanse the phone of very important packages.. like intunes does. So far I only got one negative aspect, that I will list in the next section!

Installment of the NinjaOne Agent is flawless and very easily done, makes it simple for even junior administrators to setup an functioning monitoring.

The customer support regarding help, webinars and working together to onboard a new colleague was an amazing experience, very friendly and thorough onboarding into NinjaOne as well as being open to many questions and even more information if questions came up that not entirely had been about NinjaOne.

I have a daily routine of NinjaOne and after doing the initial setup, the system actually supports you a lot regarding availability and eases administration regarding patch management, system health, backups, logs, tools to apply if you need it to have a specific role to fulfill. Applying those rules, integrations, scripts and using the toolset allows you to save up much time that you otherwise would have to spend on it, making room for more important or time consuming tasks, so your work days are more aligned towards the work-life-sleep balance, in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one previously announced thing.
The lack of an actual log regarding system performance, you have a set timeframe you can observe but so far what happened 3 days ago, is not being logged.
Making it difficult to monitor strange behaviour of hardware in systems, but im sure this will or can be sorted out differently through NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Windwos and Linux Servers from internal and customer environments, patch management for both OS and keeping a firm overwatch on devices being used and what their stability and workload is over the work hours.
