What do you like best about the product?
The patch management on devices the monitoring and all those studf that are extremely fast,also the scripts that you can make your own and push then kn device's
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres bothing i dislike till now it works perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The patch management that we wanted to control the windows updates for our users and the function that alerts us for critical updates that users dont have

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and setup, rep is easy to work with, no long contracts good product
What do you dislike about the product?
- Phone support would be better than ticketing
- A bigger and more comprensive tools library - it can be quite tome consuming looking of rscripts and tools only to find the dont exist.
- Seat price is quite high compared with other RMMs

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of NinjaOne is being able to make sure my patches are going out and knowing that my PC's aren't a vulnrability in our envirnment. Love it
What do you dislike about the product?
Some intergrations still aren't in there like Nutanix and Fortinet but they are growing and now coming out with a mobile SIM which is exciting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits us by making sure everything is up to date

What do you like best about the product?
I love the single-pane-of-glass with as many solutions in one login as possible. It works like a dream.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish my Stripe and/or Quickbooks Online worked with it since that's what I had with my last RMM. However, I'm learning to work with it for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to have per-device billing with my RMM/PSA and a solution that offered better support, and Ninja has provided that, resulting in my increased efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrated remote tool, automation and scripting
What do you dislike about the product?
UI was confusing at first, Software install has to be done through a scheduled task

Needed a solid tool for patching and automated software installs

What do you like best about the product?
Patching, I like how easy it is to automatically patch different computers, and sorth them into groups. I also like the ability to run scripts on the fly and attach them to Custom fields such as battery life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike much of anything from NinjaRMM. Sometimes the patching has issues with scans but I think it only has to do with certain settings on the PC or possibly connectivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having to use mulitple tools to remote into computers, monitor them at all times, being able to see if there is anything wrong with them live. I can run scripts on the fly or remotely in the background run commands or fixes without even bothering the end user sometimes by having to splashtop in.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how efficient the product is. It covers all my needs for an RMM, and interacting with their team is always a pleasure. It's evident that they value user feedback, as they're constantly evolving and improving the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I love the simplicity of the interface, especially for RMM purposes, I believe there's room to enhance the ticketing aspect. Additionally, a smoother process for updating third-party apps would be beneficial, as I occasionally encounter the need for manual interventions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to NinjaOne, we're effortlessly managing all our endpoints and offering seamless remote support to our clients.

NinjaRMM Straightforward and reliable

What do you like best about the product?
Installation/deployment are very simple and reliable. Lightweight client, easily able to deploy TeamViewer/run remote scripts. For 90% of normal IT needs, program is able to quickly handle those tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have Mac backup and the ability to use my own storage for backups (remote). Also need a remote registry editor to be added ASAP. Also need a more robust packaged script library for common IT tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to perform remote actions and management for all client computers. I need 24/7 management of client computers, and Ninja allows for that and with the remote powershell/command prompt has allowed me to perform some technical miracles on broken client machines.

New at RMM Game - Not sure what to expect

What do you like best about the product?
What did i Like best about NinjaOne - The Onboarding Process was easy and we got lots of help getting the system up and running quickly. Agents were Installed and the default monitoring all installed. The system is very flexible and any or all scripting is available Powershell, VBScript to name a couple. We are accessing a lot of systems through API and SNMP. The communities are a great resource for this kind of thing. The fact that we can call and get support or catch sessions to cover any of this stuff for free is extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I did not like as much about NinjaOne - As we were first time RMM users, we really did not put enough thought into it at our end, so the design and build took a lot longer and even now we would think our automation side and monitoring of unusual items has given us a big learning curve to climb. I dont think we were expecting to script as much as we have done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This was our first attempt at a RMM Solution (we are end user not MSP) and the lack of proactive monitoring and remediation puts another layer of work on the team that should in todays world by covered by automation

What do you like best about the product?
The patching and application management is very good compared to ther solutions I have tried. It is nice that the have Teamviewer and Splashtop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing huge stands out. The support can be a little slow at times, but overall good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily patch and manage my client devices from anywhere. Great that it can also deploy bitdefender.
