A whole new grip on our Infrastructure - Remote Freedom
What do you like best about the product?
We can now securely monitor and access our whole fleet of laptops & PC's from one location. Rolling out updates, patches and software has never been so easy!
We considered a few other options, however NinjaOne had the best in the business, seemless and intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently no mobile management software.
As a company with such a large amount of mobile phones and tablets this feature would save us a great deal of time wasted as we currently have to use TeamViewer to provide support to those users.
I am told that they are currently beta testing this feature and we should have it one day. We need it now!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company with in-house IT, it used to be easier to walk to the problematic device and deal with it in person.
Now we're utlising the ticketing system as well as supporting all these users remotely.

MSSP Usage of NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been an extremely reliable platform with an active community. Also, their support is quick to jump on a call with us which is extremely important at keeping customer satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside of using NinjaOne so far is the lack of MacOS support. However, recently, there have been more features added to this. This is not a huge deal as we mostly work with Windows/Linux environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows us to declare every system that is in scope on each of our customers. It also allows us to quickly get answers on every machine that we are responsible for.
Overall Positive Experience Using NinaOne Software
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful aspect of using the NinjaOne software is being able to remote into a user's computer for remote support. I find it very easy to use the Splashtop remote software and can easily assist my user's when needed.
I also enjoy the ability to place all of my computers in various different operating units such as servers or various business locations.
EDIT* We recently faced the challenge of no longer using Splashtop due to an extra charge that techs would have been paying. In response to this NinjaOne took to the task of creating their own software, "Ninja Remote", to allow technicians to remote in to devices still. This software was rolled out quickly and worked smoothly and has truly helped continue to allow us to support our remote employees.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are few downsides that I've come across when it comes to NinjaOne but one of the issues that I've run across the most is the lack of ability to force download applications. I've enjoyed making the switch from PDQ Deploy and Inventory but I would prefer to have a more simplistic way of forcing applications to install onto computers such as we had when utilizing PDQ Deploy. There are way to download applications but I have not fully explored this aspect of NinjaOne yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are heavily supporting remote users and we are able to utilize the Splashtop setup through NinjaOne to manage and support these remote computers when needed. We've recently been utilizing the Ninja Remote software for our remote support of users. This has been an extremely invaluable tool that helps with remote support and file management and transfer as well.
We are also able to utilize the backup features to control various backup schedules for important computer users and server equipment.
Currently NinjaOne is helping us with Patch Management on our computers that are in our local location and remote locations.

Great experience with NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
First off, NinjaONE's Account team and Support have been great. It's easy to partner up with a company that has a great team inside to support you. For the RMM product itself, it's made maintaining devices that are not in the office at all super easy, as long as that laptop has an internet connection our IT staff and do anything we need to to fix an issue or inventory it. The remote registory and remote powershell are huge time savers and made our life easier. Patching was another issue we faced with all devices in our fleet. Now that we have NinjaONE, all Windows updates go down monthly without any interaction from the IT staff. CUs are set to auto approve and install. It couldn't get more simple.
Third Party patching also has been a huge help to us getting vulnerabilites closed quickly. with a combination of Ninja's built in 3rd party app support and some easy powershell scripting of MSI files, we are able to keep the fleet up to date.
Overall the RMM tool and the Patch Management has been great for us. I would recommend NinjaONE for sure.

What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't really even a dislike, it's more of something I would like to see improved in the future. I'd love to see Ninja's 3rd party update support grow to cover more applications. I'd also like to see some MacOS 3rd party patching support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaONE has helped us with Asset Management, Remote Management and Patching. Having all these tools in one pane of glass and at a great price point save time for our IT staff.
NinjaOne...in a million
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has helped us keep track of inventory, patches, RDP, software and everything else you can think of. We couldn't ask for a better solution!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far what's not to like? We have all the tolls we need and they all work exceptionally well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They've helped us solve most of our IT headaches and issues. We especailly love the Splashtop Remote software!
Excellent RMM
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly useful to be able to run patching scripts remotely. It saves a ton of time having to schedule remote sessions with a user to do this.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to remote into a user's computer without having a popup to alert them to what we're doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's much easier to manage a large group of employees via remote support and patching, as well as quick reference to hardware/software with NinjaOne.
Top Notch Experience
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is the platform you want to gravitate to if you're considering an RMM tool for your MSP. I've trialed all of the heavy hitters and not one is the perfect storm like NinjaOne + Account Managers and reps, etc. I have to give massive shout outs to Joey Kroom, my account manager, and Henry Murillo for both giving me possibly the best experience I could have.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a tough one. I don't think that there's much that I could say that NinjaOne could improve. Their pricing is excellent, their customer support team is INCREDIBLE - fast, reliable, and always helpful, and honestly, if I had to do it again, I'd do it again and again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me patch the computers that I manage super super quickly. Alerting is also consistent and relatively easy to configure. Having every machine from every client behind a single pane of glass is the only way we can keep this business going the way it is going.
Loads of features, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The company listens to their customers and adds requested features. We are able to submit a feature request or vote on existing requests. As a result, there are lots of useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scripting functionality works well, but depends on user knowledge (only certain scripts are provided by Ninja). As a result, I'm learning alot of PowerShell. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja lets us see, at a glance, the health of our systems for a given company or location. It also provides lots of options for remote support of our workstations and servers.
Ninja's powers grow stronger with every release
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja's powers grow stronger with every release. Using NinjaOne's patching, scripting and policies, I can automate onboarding new computers, install software, install printers, remove terminated and stale users, the list goes on. Automations run instantly. You can actually upload an installer file! They have a vibrant Discord community full of responsive Ninja employees and helpful Ninja professionals. They actually listen! NinjaOne is in constant development, actively encouraging users to submit their ideas and requests to be added to the development roadmap. Community events abound and they also have some nice swag! It's the whole package.
What do you dislike about the product?
Development of new features feels slow. I suppose that could be good or bad. Pricing is not transparent and requires a conversation with account manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding endpoints, installing software, provisioning profiles, installing printers, patching OS, password rotation, cloud file and image backup, monitoring web domains, monitoring IP changes, hardening scores, the list goes on...
NinjaOne helped us take control of our IT Infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Ninja is ever expanding its capabilities, taking user input, and have account managers that are easy to contact and knowledgeable. And whenever they don't know the answer right away, they get right on with researching the answer with their engineers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little that we don't like about Ninja. The only minor complaint is that they seem to have a bigger focus on MSPs as opposed to internal IT Depts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja helps us keep track of all of our devices and which departments that are assigned to. It allows us to keep all of our devices up to date with Windows and Software Patching. It gives us the ability to detect problems before the end user ever notices, and do a lot of troubleshooting without even needing to remote in, but allows us easy access to remote in when needed. It also has been very helpful having access to the tools such as task scripting and terminal access to the devices to do a lot of troubleshooting, maintenance, and compliance rules tweaked without the end user ever even knowing that work has been done.
