Easy Device Connections, But Reporting Needs Improvement

The reporting feature is not ready, you can't make reports on what you want.

Nothing major - overall very satisfied with the platform. Minor learning curve initially

Centralizes endpoint management and monitoring across our infrastructure. Saves significant time on patch management and remote support, reducing manual intervention and improving response times.

The easy of using the console. Remoting in to fix a simple problem.

I haven't' found anything that I don't like about NinjaOne.

What I appreciate most about NinjaOne is its combination of simplicity and power. The interface is straightforward and user-friendly, yet it provides robust features such as dependable patching, quick remote access, and effective automation. All the tools function seamlessly within a single platform, and their customer support team is truly helpful and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I find less appealing about NinjaOne is that it sometimes feels somewhat limited in terms of advanced features, particularly when it comes to deeper customization or meeting specific enterprise requirements. The reporting functionality can be rather basic unless you dedicate additional effort to creating custom reports, and a handful of integrations may not be as refined as users would hope. While NinjaOne excels at essential RMM tasks, those who require more flexibility or advanced options might find it lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne addresses the challenge of efficiently managing and maintaining devices from a single platform. It streamlines tasks such as monitoring, patching, remote access, and automation, all without unnecessary complexity. This simplicity saves significant time and minimizes manual effort. Personally, this results in quicker issue resolution, fewer outages, and allows me to dedicate more attention to higher-value work rather than routine maintenance.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne allows users to easily establish remote connections to any machine, making the process straightforward and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the speed of the Virtual Machines can be slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's straightforward to keep track of actions on all machines, and running scripts or installing software across several devices is simple, which saves a lot of time.
Remote Login Makes Access Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Remotely being able to login to other PC's in my work environment makes handling problems way easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe speed of the VM's at times but not a major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track changes to a device, its operating system etc plus helping remotely while not disturbing users using the pc you're trying to connect to is one of the main things helping me as a worker in the IT department in NetWatch.

NinjaOne is extremely easy to use and provides excellent remote monitoring and management capabilities. The interface is intuitive, and managing endpoints, patches, and remote support is seamless. Its automation and centralized management make day-to-day IT tasks much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne is powerful, some advanced features could be more customizable, and initial setup can take some time for larger environments. Occasionally, more detailed reporting options would be helpful. Also I would like to see remote control option for the gui for linux

NinjaOne helps us streamline IT operations by providing centralized management of all endpoints, ensuring systems are up-to-date with patches, and enabling fast remote support. This reduces downtime, improves security, and allows the IT team to focus on higher-priority tasks instead of repetitive maintenance.
Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja has changed our business' ability to remotely support our clients with it's speed, reliability and functionalities. Ninja really focuses on the core functions of an RMM tools and has worked with care to perfect the day to day things, and as people in the MSP space know every second counts.
On top of this, the account management from Izgi has been superb. She's made sure we have regular check ins on a consistent basis and has gone beyond the scope of an account manager many times by drilling further into our businesses success and offering advice and materials to further the growth of our business.
All in all, a fantastic product with fantastic support to go along with it.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything I dislike about the product majorly. A lot of the areas I may have difficulty with are merely just learning curves on my part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think in the MSP space, finding reliable products is key. Ninja's reliability is what we benefit from most as we have complete confidence in it's delivery as an RMM software.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne provides clear, centralized system and device information, allowing fast remote troubleshooting without on-site visits. The RMM is intuitive and makes managing end-user and technician accounts quick and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major downsides so far. The platform has been stable, reliable, and meets our RMM needs effectively.

It solves the challenge of managing and supporting multiple endpoints by providing centralized monitoring, remote access, and alerting, improving response times and efficiency.
Efficient Remote Access and Detailed Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Remote access control uses very little resources. Reporting and analysis reports are extremely detailed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like if your firm would build an integrated ITSM, ITAM platform that was packaged with NinjaRMM. (May exist, we just have the RMM, patching and reporting features at this time.)

Remote access, software, OS, Device connectivity reports. Pushing patches.
