In my opinion, the best bang for your buck in an RMM on the market.
What do you like best about the product?
The best parts about NinjaRMM is the featureset compared tot he pricing.
It's very cheap for what you get.
Their implementation team is very good and helpful during onboarding.
Compared to other products I have tried (Nable, Pulseway, Kaseya) they are a lot more stable, featureset is improving faster and support is excellent.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a bit more customization in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes sure that our small team can support our customers to the best of our ability every day.
We love the way the product work, its fast, its snappy, and it integrates greatly with our PSA.

NinjaOne RMM Review
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne's interface is very easy to navigate and use. I also enjoy the speed on the interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features are still being added, so sometimes I run into something that can't be done and the answer is to submit a feature request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving money over our prior RMM solution and we are able to accomplish nearly all we need to accomplish within the platform, at a much lower amount of time spent.
NinjaOne is a breathe of fresh air for our company and our techs. Best RMM product we found in 2022.
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a fantastic tool that has helped us simplify and implement our RMM tool. It has a great UI and does not require us to have a full-time administrator dedicated just to the management and care of our RMM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search, and reports are currently a dislike in the platform. Some basic items that should be available in a search are not and require a work around to find. For example, searching for computers with a specific service is not currently possible and requires a work around with custom fields and scripts to accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us to simplify and deliver remote management and monitoring to our client computers and networks. It also helps us with centralized application deployment, policy application, and alerting across networks and endpoints.

What do you like best about the product?
Love this product. Easy to use, ease to implement and roll out, scripting for installs works, it can pull in huntress and other add-ons, it works with Hudu, and a host of other things we like using.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some alerts we would like to set up that seem mildly complex, but do it once or twice and you're set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a good cost/benefit comparison here, and it has been easy to manage, deploy, and the reps are very responsive.
Excellent product and service. Works as expected and issues are quickly addressed if they arise.

The ability to have multiple remote connection options is our team's most used feature. It works well every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything to dislike. I do wish that the software catalog of pre-built applications was more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a robust and complete solution for endpoint management. Ninja has drastically reduced our support times for employees and has made machine inventory and software install inventory much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the API availability and the built-in patching mechanism. There are plenty of easy-to-use tools and built-in reports. The ability to extract and relate custom fields to PCs is a huge positive on the NinjaOne platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
At a larger scale, 8000+ managed systems, Ninja can be slow to respond and understand the challenges of my needs as an administrator of such a large fleet. They have been able to address all of my concerns, but it may take an extra conversation or two to get there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get better data and business intelligence out of injaOne compared to our last solution. NinjaOne also has significantly less network overhead compared to other tools that we have used in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
The modern user interface is excellent. It's intuitive and easy to find the devices you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could be a bit better with custom reports or ways to format those reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single pane of glass to maintain a good posture on all devices we manage.
Transforming, Time Saving, & Thorough!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to Deploy and implement and integrate into our systems from startup, and gives super detailed information. It saves us a lot of time because we are spread out over 75 locations and can remote in to help our employees!
I use this daily to complete taks and take care of our employees.
Most Recently - it has helped us to take care ofa lot of automations and I have bene able to use their powershell Scripting interface - which has been awesome.
Their customer support is also par none and I love how fast they get back to us!

What do you dislike about the product?
It's missing a few features that would be nice, but their mobile app is probably needing the most help. However I can log into computers with it. Offline equipment is also not as easy to add - but can be done. They are working on imporving this and I have seen improvments over the past year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no easy way to remote into computers (using zoom screen share before). We also had no idea how many computers we actually had out there or what condition they were in. We've discovered many things about our tech asserts through NinjaONE!

A pleasant experience with NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
You have almost every relevant IT Tool in one place, you can automate a surprising amount of daily tasks, the UI is easy to use and easy on the eyes, and the Ninja Team, with both their support and sales staff, do a great job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are a little finicky to use (e.g. Some scripts). Also, some desirable traits, such as mobile device management and the ability to link essential websites and web portals, are not yet implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The above problems are currently in development, which will improve future usage and allow us to stop using some other tools, thus saving money in the process. The roadmap is generally looking fantastic.

what i like the best that its fast in connecting to users desktops and it dont take much time like other rmm alternatives

we are a MSP and we use it to connect to endusers to provide our services so its a valuable asset to our organization
