Beautiful UI
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM is extremely easy to navigate, set up, and configure. The UI is better looking than probably any other RMM tool on the market. This was our initial attraction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The truth behind the data was typically unreliable. Things like agents online/offline, pushing Windows Patches - whether they were deployed or not, reboot scripts, etc. This was a major issue. Also, had trouble with the TeamViewer plugin working properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja made a complicated tool easy to use and navigate. The information was readily available and the most important bits were always in your face. This made executive management extremely easy.
Affordable RMM solution for MSP or EndUser
What do you like best about the product?
Remote access to staff laptops via SplashTop (or TeamViewer). Patching. There are many features I haven't explored, but hope to in the future - like scripting. Installation via MSI file made deployment via Intune easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some complexity involved. Patching needs improvement for servers. If an installation goes bad, it's hard to repair. But these tend to be minor issues in my environment - about 65 employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne was an affordable replacement for Logmein - and provided better and more complete features. We are a small, but world-wide organization, and Ninja provides the reach into staff laptops that we never had before this.
NinjaOne has been a fantastic product for one-stop monitoring and troubleshooting
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja's automation policies and ease of secured system access have been game-changing in streamlining our productivity and end-user satisfaction. Their in-house product development puts them far above their competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to wrap your head around how to set up policies and make them work across clients, but their support team is always ready and willing to hop on a call and help to set us up for success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja has made monitoring alerts far more intentional and reduces the amount of white noise we receive in our inboxes. I love that we can set automated reactions to various alerts to reduce the amount of hands-on time we spend putting out fires.
NINJA RMM
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing is definitely the ease of use. It's very intuitive. A really interesting price considering all the features included. Very good patch management and the ability to monitor devices such as switches, firewalls, printers and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I can't find anything that I don't like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja helps us automate tons of tasks like updating patches and much more. We automate all those routine operations that would take a technician a lot of time and perhaps make mistakes.
In short, it allows us to be proactive in responding to the needs that the IT market imposes today.

More done with less work
What do you like best about the product?
The wide variety of tools and resource access that you gain. Being able to create different scripts to manage systems remotely with ease. Also being able to push out multiple things at one time, which allows you to achieve a lot more in a shorter amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find the navigation a little difficult, since some menu things are not that easy to understand, and takes little bit of getting used to find all the functionality that you need. Also, I wish the reporting allow some type of sorting ability and be a little more flexible as to the data displayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to easily deploy other security software to users as well as help to troubleshoot issues remotely, since many these days are not in an office, and work remotely.
Well-featured yet simplistic RMM with great UX
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a lot easier to use compared to other RMM software like N-Able NCentral, which allows admins to offload certain tasks like adding conditions to users. It has a well-featured API that allows you to integrate in into your own software and has a lot of useful built-in features like Ninja Backup, Documentation and Ticketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
While development is higher paced than others (again, N-Able's NCentral as a comparison), they take a "minimal viable product" approach for a lot of new functions in their product, this can lead to features missing options or not being the most useful when first released.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous RMM (N-Able's NCentral) was a tool with many features, but they were complicated to use, and because of this, managing the software was costing us too much time.
NinjaOne is also cheaper than many other options, which is always a plus.

They're good at what they do with great support.
What do you like best about the product?
The client availability, patching capability, and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
They still feel new, which is not necessarily a bad thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OS patching
Wildly handy software
What do you like best about the product?
Easily accesible endpoint information and script execution
What do you dislike about the product?
Further third-party integrations down the line would be nice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint management with a simple interface
NinjaOne Rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is very easy to use, has many excellent features, and makes managing multiple devices easy. You can schedule patches to be done automatically both for the OS and individual applications. You can also have a set of applications that install automatically when setting up a new device, which is very useful for IT admins.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about NinjaOne. They recently added a feature to schedule a restart on a device. It is a simple feature but makes managing updates and scheduling required restarts much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows me to spend more time doing things other than installing updates on user computers. It has given me more time to increase our organization's security and develop additional features/enhancements that help our team.
Ninja One for the win!
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja has helped us reduce the number of programs that we were using to accomplish the same tasks. We've been able to combine the features of 5+ programs by using NinjaOne.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could use some work, which we've been told by Ninja is being worked on. The ticketing application in particular, could use better reporting options that are found on alternative options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote Access, Patch Management, Server/Workstation alerting, Ticketing, Deployment, and others.
In particular, Alerting allows for a multitude of options that were more impactful for us than the previous program we were using.
