Get Ninja
What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall manageability of the application. I can do so many things from one dashboard for all PCs in my environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say I dislike is the install issue with Team Viewer. It installs Team Viewer host and not the full version on some installs. Other than that, it's a triple-A-rated application!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue I've resolved is the ability to remote manage my machines. The biggest benefit is automating some tasks like software installs and Windows Updates

NinjaOne has been a great addition to my stack
What do you like best about the product?
The software is consistently updated with new features, which I appreciate. Its integration with Screen Connect for remote access is very useful, and the patching process remains stable. I also find the price to be reasonable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate having more integrations, as this would help make the platform a true one-stop solution for monitoring and managing multiple systems, including Intune—which I understand is still in progress—and certain vulnerability management platforms that seem to be in beta. Additionally, I find some aspects of the portal navigation to be a bit clunky, particularly when accessing the installed software list. It would also be helpful if there were report templates available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to set up a patching program and gain a clear understanding of the devices present on my network. Software auditing and ensuring patching compliance have been essential during assessments. The ability to enforce the installation of specific software, along with receiving alerts if the software fails or is uninstalled, has also been extremely helpful.

Soo much better than other RMMs
What do you like best about the product?
A clean, organized, easy web interface for all my clients and deployed agents.
The easy and familiar scripting capabilities (not some new proprietary language I need to learn).
Onboarding training and the resources are available to quickly learn the platform was great.
Platform branding, customizations and capabilities.

What do you dislike about the product?
They aren't as widely industry accepted yet. I've had some shadow IT and clients push back because they aren't as "popular" as other RMMs.
There are some chosen integrations for AV, backup, and PSA... I'd like to see this grown a bit more. Both in tighter more granular integrations and more services/products that are integrated instead of just a few.

My OS, Driver and 3rd party patching is SET and DONE!
Alerting and monitoring works where we were missing things and there were gaps in our previous RMM.
Management's fears for deployment when onboarding a new client are GONE. It demonstrated it's capability to quickly deploy across different senarios for new clients immediately.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do a trial and deploy it to a few machines internally and maybe a small client. See how it runs and make your tweaks and customizations. Use that time to ask questions. Then when you are ready to deploy or onboard you are already 1/2 way there.
Great RMM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is very easy to use, and the best part is that it's cloud-based. You can access the portal from anywhere and use all the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Third-party software patching is flaky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage all of our devices from one centralized location. All Windows patching is automated. Seemless Splashtop integration as well. The fact that it's cloud-based is a huge plus.
Excellent remote management software!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, NinjaRMM has helped centralize and consolidate our remote access, antivirus, and workstation/server patching capabilities. The integration with Splashtop makes it easier for us to control end-users access to the machines they need, and Bitdefender's integration has made our antivirus solution/monitoring much more manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the Hyper-V endpoint integration for VM's is lacking some of the features that a full agent install has and creates two instances of an endpoint if you have the agent installed in the VM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We took over over IT management from a 3rd party consultant and needed a solution that could help our internal IT personal manage our servers, workstations, and network without wasting a lot of time. We were using SplashTop business already, but the integrated version in NinjaRMM is much easier to manage, assign users, and seems to work better.
Easy and Powerful RMM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, clean interface that is easy to navigate and easy to find what you're looking for within the portal. We should not have to search for items within a portal and have to navigate multiple layers to find what were looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Splashtop is not working on the client machine, so I have to have both Splashtop and Teamviewer, which gets annoying having to switch between the two remote tools. I wish I could silence an alert for good, so it does not appear on the client's machine. It is not a failure alert but something I can not change at this time. The PC maintenance script is not defining exactly what it is doing as maintenance, so I have no ideas if I should do that or individual scripts for specific tasks I consider as maintenance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to navigate than other RMM tools I have used and has better pricing. The learning curve compared to other RMM tools is minimal so you can get to work faster and start helping your clients in a much faster time. I do enjoy that it will integrate with a PSA for ticket creation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A compelling solution that is easy to start up with, easy to administrate, and will get you working with your clients ASAP! The system does not have a significant learning curve, so you can get up and running and productive faster than any other system I have used.
Easy to Implement and Use
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM was very easy to onboard. Our primary purpose for it was for patch management which was a breeze to configure and is working far better than SCCM, which we're transitioning away from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some better grouping functionality could be implemented to make configuration profiles easier to assign. NinjaRMM also is missing the ability to uninstall updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management was a mess with SCCM. It required way too much of our time and effort to manage. Since moving to NinjaRMM patches have installed more consistently and easily.
Walk through and help experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use UI. Support and Account mgr.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dark move. Cant message users first without remoting in and disturbing the session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Computer access to various user accounts and switch config management
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use UI.
Great monitoring solution!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to configure and keep trace of updates and support requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires a few more configurations to monitor just specific resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep track of changes to the devices, licensing, maintenance, resources usage, patches, etc.
Slightly more expensive but features leave alternatives in the dust.
What do you like best about the product?
Even my most junior team members can rapidly be valuable in NinjaRMM.
What do you dislike about the product?
My brain was trained to think of management by other RMM tools (ConnectWise and N-able). NinjaRMM's layout is so user-friendly, I struggled with the console at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I only go on site with my customers when I want to show face.
