NinjaOne Saves Time and Money

  • April 21, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is easy to use and set up. Their support and customer relationship managers are easy to work with and do an excellent job of communicating. We use this platform for remote control, patch management, and inventory. This tool is very much a part of our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to NinjaOne integrate CrowdStrike into its platform. The platform offers two options for anti-virus at a good deal, but we prefer something like CrowdStrike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for something that could provide patch management and remote monitoring. This product solved those needs.

Ninja: Does everything you need

  • April 20, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is generally easy to use, and more than adequate for our remote management in the fully remote workforce. However, where I believe Ninja shines is its speed and efficiency. Policy changes, config changes, script deployment, and even app installs...all can be completed within just a minute or two of pushing the changes. This is a breath of fresh air in the RMM/MDM world. I've used other tools that can take hours to deploy a simple Windows change (looking at you, Intune), so the efficiency and speed of NinjaOne is just delightful to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ninja doesn't always feel like a fully baked product. For example, having to use the "search" feature when searching for devices a user is logged into, rather than being able to filter by User inside the device organization view.
I also would appreciate more support for "built in" apps.... Useful apps would be: Zoom, Slack, MS Suite.... it's not a dealbreaker to have to build out app deployments myself, but having a few more available out of the box would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja is a central pane of glass for the management of our endpoints. Key points are:
- Endpoint configuration
- Script Deployment
- App Management/Deployment
- Monitoring
- Remote Access
in the post covid world, it is increasingly important to be able to monitor and maintain endpoints from anywhere. Ninja does all of this remarkably efficiently, with the added benefit of being easy to use and simple to administrate.
Also, they have a public API that is intuitive and awesome! What more can you ask for?

A great all in one solution for a lean IT Department

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is very intuitive, the wealth of features that are all under one hood can't be beat. I like that my ticketing system, knowledge base, remote desktop, backups, and EDR system is all under one pane of glass.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many downsides, the team is great about fixing any bugs rathe quickly and listening to its customer base about want's and things that dont work as well as they should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to enable all workstations are patched efficiently and ensures compliance with patching. NinjaOne allows me to easily deploy machines by running scripts on all devices once they check in with the Ninja agent. It all allows me to easily access individuals' workstations to troubleshoot a myriad of issues they may be experiencing. Most of all Ninja allows me to manage a large number of workstations and automate a number of processes which is important when trying to accomplish more with less payroll. NinjaOne definitely fulfills one of my life mottos which is to work smarter, not harder.

Fast, Efficient, and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
The built-in scripting tools, on top of the built-in remote management, have pushed us toward becoming a more efficient department that can genuinely help every end user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be some features not being available; however, with the constant updates and an openly available roadmap, I see no way but to move forward with NinjaOne with every new feature addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With NinjaOne serving as a sort of one-stop shop for everything IT, we have cut a few additional costs out of our budget. On top of that, we have been able to cut down on time spent hopping between different dashboards for remote management, scripting, and patch management.

Having tested several similar products, NinjaOne stood out as the best RMM on the market due to its rich functionality, sleek and practical interface, and ease of use. This tool meets all needs and is highly appreciated for its efficiency and user-friendliness.

Despite an in-depth search to find negative points, no dissatisfaction was found, attesting to the exceptional quality of NinjaOne.

NinjaOne solves the maintenance issues of our clients' computer systems through monitoring by offering a centralized solution for our clients. By implementing customized scripts, NinjaOne allows for close monitoring and proactive prevention of potential issues for our clients. The tool also facilitates patch management and task execution, often carried out via command lines or PowerShell scripts, with impressive speed. Fantastic Cloud based application

What do you like best about the product?
The overview of all of my devices. With the recent 3CX security concerns I was able to check all 270 devices in seconds to see what version of 3CX they had and update devices as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if policies could be controlled via location. In addition, devices go into unknown status too quickly; I feel they shouldn't go into that category for 30+ days. The end user can decide under what conditions a device goes unknown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our devices are up-to-date and secure. We recently had a project to enable BitLocker on all devices, and NinjaOne made this very easy across all of our machines.

Good experience

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of policy over rides for a RRM tool to be able to manage all of our managed service customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had very good experiences with NinjaOne. I think having a ninja academy for our helpdesk to get better trained on the product would be a huge benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us control all of our managed service customers devices and helps us stay up to date for windows patching.

Great RMM for the price

  • April 19, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The combination of ticketing and patching in one pane of glass...
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticketing lacks checklist functions, however they are working that into the roadmap..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja listens to it's clients and implements updates that cater to those suggestions. Ninja helps us as a single IT employee shop to get twice as much done in the same amount of time.

A excellent management platform for small IT departments

  • April 18, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy Implementation
Remote Computer and Patch Management
Well Organized Helpdesk and Ticketing System
Fast Insight into a Computer's Hardware and Software Information
Flexibility with How You Wish to Organize Your Dashboard Environments
Easily Accessible NinjaOne Staff-based Support and Community Knowledgebase
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on your background, TeamViewer and/or Splashtop take a little getting used to. The Event list on the right-hand side is not in real-time, but pretty close.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The NinjaOne platform consolidated a series of disparate systems, and some non-existent systems, into one reduced managed dashboard. Having a department of 1 IT person and a need to manage remote computers spread out across the United States, I researched a few solutions before landing on NinjaOne. This platform offers comprehensive tools to manage computers remotely, even down to a remote command line. Not having to bounce between a series of applications to accomplish the same task and having all of the information under one roof saves much money, time and effort.
