BEST IN CLASS!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is the best RMM solution on the market, hands down! Robust, easy to use, and backed up with awesome support! Your search stops here!
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't show system age...that's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management (both operating system and software) , silent install/uninstalls, restart services, the list goes on....
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the great support they provide.
Automation Implicit, Well-developed toolset and very economical pricing.
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard is just as simple as it needs to be, but no less than it should be. Intuitive and easy for new techs to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their script library is less prominent than it used to be, but on the upside, that's because it has grown immensely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have what is essentially an automated MSP with NinjaRMM and the integrations for Teamviewer and Webroot with Webroot DNS
Save time, save money... its powerful and simple
What do you like best about the product?
It just works out of the box. We didn't have to spend countless hours configuring Ninja or hours learning the tool. It's intuitive and works on day one! The account manager reached out to me personally to introduce herself and make sure that our onboarding experience met our expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can find that is problematic is that there doesn't seem to be a way to remote control into endpoints that are not managed by Ninja, like Connectwise control. Everything else either meets or exceeds our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that we are able to solve is that we can now see problems with our customer's endpoints all in one easy-to-use dashboard, as opposed to having to sort through tickets, screens, and boards to "go looking" for trouble.
The biggest benefit to us is that it not complicated and just works. A tool doesn't have to be complicated to be powerful. Ninja makes excellent use of key application real estate to simplify ANY task and policy at the organization level, group level, and endpoint level. Everything you need to do is just a few clicks away!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Examine your current RMM solution honestly. If you spend more time learning your solution, on support calls with your RMM vendor, training your (already very smart) people on your RMM tool, then you need to give Ninja a try.
Great user interface and simply powerful
What do you like best about the product?
How easy the product is to use and train new employees on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limited functionality in places but it does seem like they have a lot on their roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily onboard new clients and deploy our custom software. Their custom API also allows us to automate Ninja into our other products.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes features feel like they are "beta" but that's understandable and the support staff have been more than amazing to work with.

NinjaRMM Review
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM is straightforward and simple to use. I have tried most RMM programs and find Ninja just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ninja interface appears a little out dated and could use a refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insight into all workstations across the network with the ability to be proactive and not reactive.
Useful for more than an MSP!
What do you like best about the product?
I can't limit this to just one item. I have used Ninja in the last two jobs. The ease of setting up monitors, software installations and running tasks on a per machine basis when something like a service crash occurs. Their implementation of Teamviewer makes remoting to a machine in my Organization as easy as clicking a single button.
Their Backup solution is also quite simple to set up and use.

When attempting to respond to a ticket I will click in the comment area and start typing only to see it moved my focus out of the comment box so I need to tap back in. This is a new issue in the past few weeks.

If a service crashes for say, our security cameras, Ninja is set to see that and restart the service. Ninja has made being proactive with machine issues far easier. It notifies me when I have an HDD failing on a machine so I can plan ahead and purchase a drive to replace it and swap it out when it is most convenient for all.
It is an easy setup to be notified if a server goes down. It has saved me a few trips to the office in the middle of the night.
Centralized Anti-virus with Webroot.
There has been a cost savings by getting Teamviewer and Webroot packaged with Ninja that I would not have gotten direct from the vendor.

They are very easy to work with and will work hard to keep you informed and give you the best price for the product. It is very easy to deploy and the cost savings and information it provides at your fingertips is amazing.
NinjaRMM has become an invaluable tool since implementing
What do you like best about the product?
All of the integration possibilities. I can manage my enterprise AV, a ticketing system, and my remote access system from a single application. The scripting engine is very powerful and versatile as well. Being able to create parameters that can be called from the UI via an input field awesome. It also does patching for OS and 3rd party software as well as making inventory a breeze! The recent addition of BitLocker key management is another great feature. Before I had to rely on Microsoft AAD to store they key for my users, so now i have another location for management, I think the biggest game changer for us though is being able to install software to machines regardless of their connection to a local domain. We run a very decentralized organization and users aren't always (read hardly ever) in the office or on the VPN. I can now manage software installs completely silently anywhere in the world as long as they have a network connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike it, but it would be great if NinjaRMM would pick up some of the features that a service like JumpCloud has. I get that they're first and foremost an RMM but it doesn't seem like a far leap to be a Daas provider. I also find their backup solution not super competitive in terms of pricing. $30 per server for 500GB of data and $5 per workstation for 50GB of data per month seems a bit on the high side. Amazon storage is cheap and so is Microsoft one drive. It would be nice to have this solution but I can't justify the cost overall for our org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved the problem of silently installing software for my out of band users, which was a bigger pain point than i had realized. We've also realized the benefits of remote onboarding new employees. It's vital during this pandemic, but going forward will save us considerable money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're considering Ninja I'd encourage you to reach out to them and get a demo, talk to the people. Ninja has been an amazing product for us.
NinjaRMM made me an efficient IT Ninja!
What do you like best about the product?
The structured UI Design is very easy to understand and simple to navigate to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support, remote management of all workstations and servers, deployment of AV's, automated patching, and assets reporting.
