The answer to your RMM search

What do you like best about the product?
To call this a tool or even a piece of software doesn't do it justice. I've been working in helpdesks for over nine years and have never seen such a smooth combination of functionality, support, and performance in one package. I love NinjaOne's ability to ensure you can always access an endpoint. Unlike other solutions, I can't lock myself out of a machine or randomly lose access to it. Beyond that, the support is phenomenal, with excellent documentation and self-help resources. Plus NinjaOne is constantly improving their products and connecting with clients like me to let them know what's coming down the pipe.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only say one negative thing about NinjaOne, the inventory reporting. Everything else is full-featured with all the bugs worked out and all the details you could ask for, but don't expect to have this replace your asset management system. However, that's a pretty small ding on a platform that offers exceptional service, robust tools, a great user interface, and an amazing customer experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't report any current problems, but a few months ago, we had frequent connection issues to machines through one available tool. Thanks to help from NinjaOne, we resolved the issue and had a backup for future cases. The result is better sleep and incredible reliability when connecting to endpoints.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is easy to use and administer with affordable pricing and fantastic support if needed. When we switched to it a few years back it was very easy to get everything migrated and all features we needed configured.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne is in some ways a newer product and lacks some features other RMMs/Ticketing services provide, however they are constantly improving their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows us to monitor and manage our client's devices remotely

The ease of use and setup is what i like most about NinjaOne.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful from NinjaOne is searching real-time activity on a machine in mass.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is providing Remote Monitoring and Management for our customer workstations and servers. This allows us to manage our customers at Scale

Control your assets like a pro

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is very easy to use. We were up and running within 1 week with all our endpoints added. Patch management is a breeze, just set up the options and it will take care of the rest.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times Ninja has 3rd party tools that go down and do not work (Splashtop & Teamviewer). But they are very good at proactively keeping us updated on any issues that might arise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a method of insuring all the patches were being pushed out and applied. So far so good. We were able to pin point faulty endpoints that wouldn't update automatically. Reporting was also a breeze, they can be populated in about 30 seconds.

RMM for small to med business

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM has been very helpful in providing assistance in setting up the initial companies. The tools that come with Ninja are very helpful: Splashtop, Teamviewer, RDP, Ninja CMD prompt and Powershell, Script Library, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few instances where TeamViewer was not able to connect to endpoints, but this issue is with TeamViewer directly. Scripting can seem overwhelming, but they have a good community of users that are willing to help out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an RMM solution what was robust and speedy. The interface has been very simple to navigate. Every quarter or so they come out with new capabilities and options (free of charge).

Excelent

What do you like best about the product?
I had the opportunity to test several tools of the same kind. What I like most about Ninja is the ability to create strategies to automate software installation. And even more, the customer service which is excellent. We are followed, the after-sales service is fast and efficient. Documentation is available in 1 click with Dojo.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do not like? I have not found yet.
May be a lack of possibilities to update software without having to uninstall and reinstall it manually or via a script.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote PC management (remote sales).
Install software remotely not connected to the local network unlike via the active directory.
Supervise the inverters and have feedback by email and on the web interface.

NinjaOne handles all of our automation and patching needs

  • February 21, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne makes automating processes and patching computers a breeze. We always know when there is an issue with a client's computer. We also always know if a patch is missed, the computer has been running for too long with a reboot or any other parameter we setup for monitoring
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside of NinjaOne is writing your own policies can be a little difficult. You need to really have a firm grasp on powershell for windows or bash for Macs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne really helps us most with patching windows client computers and with monitoring the computers for any needs, we can see what patches need to be installed and if the computer needs to be rebooted. The other big thing is knowing when computers have been on too long and need to be restarted.

It is easy to use, fairly easy to manage, and has a mobile app.

The mobile app is not as robust as the GUI. Sometimes applying policies can be confusing.

Remote management of our client machines, uncovering issues with hardware, backend remediation of certain issues.

User Friendly Remote Support Service

  • February 03, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have integrated remote support services in the past for different Products. Ninja RMM proved to be very easy to install on Windows PCs, and Macs alike. The policies are straightforward for setting up updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of time before details populate in the window when looking for specifics on the computer hardware. I feel like it's pulling the info right then and there instead of storing a snip of it from maybe 30 seconds ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to write customized scripts for pushing changes to endpoints. Instead of running updates manually for each endpoint, we can save time by automating the process.
