Well-featured yet simplistic RMM with great UX
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a lot easier to use compared to other RMM software like N-Able NCentral, which allows admins to offload certain tasks like adding conditions to users. It has a well-featured API that allows you to integrate in into your own software and has a lot of useful built-in features like Ninja Backup, Documentation and Ticketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
While development is higher paced than others (again, N-Able's NCentral as a comparison), they take a "minimal viable product" approach for a lot of new functions in their product, this can lead to features missing options or not being the most useful when first released.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous RMM (N-Able's NCentral) was a tool with many features, but they were complicated to use, and because of this, managing the software was costing us too much time.
NinjaOne is also cheaper than many other options, which is always a plus.

They're good at what they do with great support.
What do you like best about the product?
The client availability, patching capability, and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
They still feel new, which is not necessarily a bad thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OS patching
Wildly handy software
What do you like best about the product?
Easily accesible endpoint information and script execution
What do you dislike about the product?
Further third-party integrations down the line would be nice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint management with a simple interface
NinjaOne Rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is very easy to use, has many excellent features, and makes managing multiple devices easy. You can schedule patches to be done automatically both for the OS and individual applications. You can also have a set of applications that install automatically when setting up a new device, which is very useful for IT admins.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about NinjaOne. They recently added a feature to schedule a restart on a device. It is a simple feature but makes managing updates and scheduling required restarts much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows me to spend more time doing things other than installing updates on user computers. It has given me more time to increase our organization's security and develop additional features/enhancements that help our team.
Ninja One for the win!
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja has helped us reduce the number of programs that we were using to accomplish the same tasks. We've been able to combine the features of 5+ programs by using NinjaOne.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could use some work, which we've been told by Ninja is being worked on. The ticketing application in particular, could use better reporting options that are found on alternative options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote Access, Patch Management, Server/Workstation alerting, Ticketing, Deployment, and others.
In particular, Alerting allows for a multitude of options that were more impactful for us than the previous program we were using.

A good RMM at last
What do you like best about the product?
Its a very flexible platform with great scripting and reliability, we use teamviewer mainly and this integrates well into the platform. Support is also very responsive as is the dev team
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things like reporting that need serious improvement but you can at least export most of the data to create them manually. More work is required in the area of integrations with products that MSPs use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous RMM had been causing issues with lazy programming, turning off Splashtop for our main customer actually removed all versions, no matter what version or licence. As if this wasn't bad enough the support team and their management didn't seem to care. None of these issues with Ninja, very pleased how its going.
Great product for monitoring and managing your IT infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement and manage , very helpful for working and keeping up to date your endpoints/servers. Lightweight and does not consume network resources on daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike in particular , some errors when trying to update specific OS versions and/or printer drivers. Some more overall control onto the patch management would be great to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing system updates/Patches for all units, including servers and workstations. Installing new software or updating existing ones is also very useful in regards of being able to manage every product simultaneously.
Extremely responsive and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and there is always a team to help you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost, but it isnt the most expensive either. I just don't like spending money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They give you the ability to customize and build your own RMM that works for you.
NinjaOne - Great RMM Solution.
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using NinjaOne for over two years and believe the solution has an excellent interface and provides a fantastic platform to support our users. The mobile application is excellent and offers an effective way to support users from remote locations. Development of the solution is also excellent, and both web and mobile platforms are regularly updated with new features. The NinjaOne team also listen to the feedback from their customers and try to include these ideas in future releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting - I would like to have more flexibility with the query. We are investigating the ticketing system and finding some web views challenging. Ticketing on the mobile application is a great addition, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne provides a stable support platform for our business. Alerting system is fantastic and allows us to offer proactive support to all our users. I'm sure many of the new features that will be deployed in future releases will also benefit our business.
Really enjoy NinjaOne, i recommended it to all my colleague
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about NinjaOne is the OS patching and the possibility to control the operation of endpoints completely remotly. Plus, the ability to launch scripts and create some reports to show to the customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't find anything unuseful or to dislike inside NinjaOne. Perhaps the thing I use the least is the documentation, but I don't dislike that. So in conclusion, there is nothing i don't like in NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, I would say the OS update patches. Many customers had their endpoints not updated to the latest OS versions, which often caused problems and slowdowns with the PCs. Now, with NinjaOne, my customer's PCs are constantly updated, and so I proactively solved some operational issues, allowing my technical helpdesk to work better and faster.
