Quick ROI
What do you like best about the product?
The initial installation was almost trivial. From there, NinjaOne produced results for us within days of deployment. It gives us better control over Windows updates than our previous tool, and information on each device that is easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest complaint is that it's modular. It's not a tool where you pay one price and get it all. To get the full functionality, you need to pay for multiple modules. In addition, their payment system is dysfunctional. They do not invoice or accept paper checks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small team that's stretched thin. NinjaOne allows even a small team like us to automate some annoying tasks very easily. It has also given us more control over Windows updates.
Very good over the past 10 years as they are constantly developing & they listen their Partners.
What do you like best about the product?
The organic development as needs evolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find this question difficult to answer as NinjaOne is a very good product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Becoming an all-in-one solution that is now including Backup, Documentation, I have started using. I still need to research to get guidance on setting up the different types of forms.
Fast Fresh Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Ninja is their community relations and their staff. Sure their product is excellent, but like most products it has its moments. Where it really shines is the way the Ninja staff handles these moments. From the great experience on the helpdesk to the very helpful team members of the official Discord channel. The Ninja community relations are top notch, all feedback is taken on board and perhaps more impressively, implemented!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still issues with Ninja, such as their lack of history in their RMM product amongst other things. Would love to see this grow past 1 hour to 90 days. Additionally, whilst their regular updates means new great features it can pretty regularly bring bugs along with it. I also wish they had more security transparency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use Ninja for their RMM product. Their powerful scripting engine combined with their API allows me to automate nearly all of my management tasks for my managed endpoints.
Awesome tool for a 1 man shop!
What do you like best about the product?
The feature that I like best about NinjaOne is the dashboard. I love that I can quickly look at all my devices and easily navigate to a device in the matter of seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a feature that I dislike enough about NinjaOne to even think about a different product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a software for mutliple services and NinjaOne was able to check all those boxes. I love that I have remote support, patch management, and remote powershell all in one easy to use portal.
Simple, fast and complete
What do you like best about the product?
The management interface is simple and intuitive. The thing I like most? The frequent updates and bug fixes, the developers cares a lot about the product.
The support is also really good, although there is a dojo (wiki).

What do you dislike about the product?
I think they should push more on the NMS section, today it's the only really fundamental thing missing to become the best one. The splashtop connection for linux is missing :(
In addiction, it would be nice to expand the software to manage updates and installation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After a long search, we finally found an RMM that handles Windows patches. How nice to remove WSUS! Ninja allows you to run scripts and automate all the pre- and post- update
Ninja works well consistently
What do you like best about the product?
TeamViewer, file transfers without remoting on, script deployments
What do you dislike about the product?
Scripting menus are a little clunky. Often find that menus are nested too deeply to easily access

Fantastic support combined with a reliable suite of core tools helps us be an effective MSP
What do you like best about the product?
We love the easy to use interface and policy management system: it saves us time and massive headaches when dealing with patch management. Onboarding new devices is intuitive and stress free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit higher than I'd like, but we're still getting value for our current pricing tier. I also think the Backup Agent shouldn't be a separate charge per device as it utilizes the same Ninja agent already installed; at the very least it shouldn't cost just as much as the whole RMM per device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja handles all our OS patching, allows us to connect remotely without any hiccups or interruptions in service, and it enables us to provide excellent seamless support services to our clients.
Great Product Overall
What do you like best about the product?
Windows Patching is generally very good and device details are easy to find and view.
We also love the ability to add End User accounts so that we can delicate remote access to our clients

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor bugs here and there, mostly with alerts in the console. It doesn't always clear alerts when it's supposed and to give some false positives regarding patching status and down alerts
We also dislike the Remote Support options. TeamViewer is very buggy and often gives us trouble and Splashtop is just not full-featured enough to provide all the necessary tools for a good remote experience

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving our remote support needs as well as windows and software patching, device management, and network monitoring. We've also been utilizing it during remote work to give our clients access to work from home with the end user account access
