All your admin needs in one place
What do you like best about the product?
1. Detail of each workstation and server.
2. Remote capability - with security.
3. Being able to remotely admin systems both with and without end user knowledge.
4. And everything else the platform does that I have not listed here...its all perfect.

What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve in the beginning. No matter what, take advantage of the training. This much detail can be a hassle if you don't use a little guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End to end monitoring and support with complete flexibility in deployment of my organizations. Being able to factor out policies based on system type was a massive boon for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No doubts, just do it. You will love having this tool in your toolbox from the word go.
Simply Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Having one place to see all your servers and workstations and be able to do virtually everything from this one interface is game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, nothing is to dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy management of all our servers and workstation. It just works and saves us a lot of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it! The free trial will win you over. I had this up and running within 24 hours and had all my alerts and policies in place.
Easy to Use/Implement
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of cheeking on computer health and update sand/or rebootts within one dashboards is also nice . The reports that you are able to run with this software is so great, nice to provide a client iwth an audit log of machinate I am caring foor.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature that is a little tunfavorale is when the ninja agent is taken off the Webroot will not automatically be removed from a computer when the ninja agent is.They were sold as a duo product but can be a pain to remove.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a great product that has many auditing, reporting, and alerting features. If there is a data disaster or even like potential of one it will let you know that it detects something
NinjaRMM - Great Product, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM is easy to setup, easy to use and easy to get quick help when needed

so far there is nothing that I dislike. I have used the product for about 3 months now.

I am using NinjaRMM for Patch management, Software management, Remote Connection.
Packed with features
What do you like best about the product?
I love how many services are included with Ninja. TeamViewer, Bitedefender and Splashtop. We were originally paying for all of them and now we are getting a reliable RMM with everything above.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ninja has been a little unresponsive when it comes to pushing software and scripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now that we have everything in one basket which makes all our technicians lives much simpler.

Take extra time when setting up companies as if you don't you will be repeating a lot of work.
Easy to Use, Makes My Life Easier! Bot just for MSPs!
What do you like best about the product?
As a 1 man IT Department supporting over 100 users at multiple locations, Ninja has been a huge help in providing a single pane of glass management for our endpoints, simplifying AV with webroot being integrated, and giving us the ability to gain remote access to and from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Was a little difficult to navigate at first. I wish there was support for OEM patches/drivers, like Dell, Lenovo, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access, especially for people on the road or working from home. Better monitoring allows us to be proactive. Was able to ditch our WSUS server and overall patch performance greatly improved.
Customer service second to none
What do you like best about the product?
I've never had a more seamless experience with any third-party company for handling PSA, RMM or MSP products than Ninja. Nicole has been incredibly responsive with communication and ensures that we've been comfortable with our transition away from one of those "other guys".
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find a real reason to dislike their services.One thing I'm waiting on is more complete Mac integration, but you can't knock them for trying something that most companies shy away from, entirely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hands-off automation has been a great time saver for our business. Clients greatly appreciate having the ability to create tickets themselves without having to call through our automated system. No wait time except for us to call them back! Integrated scripts have been very helpful with the "I want to touch everything" clients that fiddle with anything in their reach on their computers

If you're looking for a complete RMM that's intuitive, flexible and has a stellar support system/team behind it, Ninja is the right choice for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and team-viewer integration.

We have been really happen with Ninja and they have been prompt to address all of our questions and concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Ninja we weren't using an RMM. It has helped us greatly streamline our troubleshooting and gives a great platform for other integrations.
One Place for Everything
What do you like best about the product?
We love being able to manage our client's backups and antivirus software all onder one website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing would be the lack of a native app for android, but I hear it's coming soon. Also I would like it if you could have different system tray icons for the different organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to diagnose problems before they happen with regular alerts.

If you want a product that can do everything under one roof, then Ninja is the way to go.
Simple and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The way that NinjaRMM displays the status of systems helps me quickly determine what work needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the NinjaRMM NMS server doesn't have the necessary SNMP MIBS to make connections to enough device types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to manage system updates in a simple and straight forward way.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
NinjaRMM is a great product for monitoring managing Windows workstations and servers. It isn't quite ready to be an all encompassing network monitoring tool. They do have great support and they are making definite strides to overcoming their weaknesses.
