NinjaOne is the best solution I've found for my remote monitoring and management.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see everything I need to provide excellent support for my clients in one dashboard

I don't really have any dislikes with NinjaOne as it has fulfilled all my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track issues with my clients information systems is a great benefit. The ticketing system is a great feature.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and set up. I didn't feel like I needed another degree to set up the system. Support has been fantastic as well. I appreciate my sales rep reaching out to me as well and checking in on how it is going and offering suggestions to better utilize the capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say when it comes to dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single pane view into my environment, allowing us to be more proactive in our support approach.

I wish there could be some KPIs. Monitoring when tickets come in would be nice in the app

It just works.
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne just works. Easy to find your way around, no unnecessary clutter or extra "features" you'll never use. Having used several other RMM platforms, I can definitely say NinjaOne is the easiest to understand and operate -- especially for new staff to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne documentation could be improved and easier to find, but support is always available if you don't know how to do something. The product is always in development -- which is a good thing, but it can mean things move on occasion or there's a new menu you're not accustomed to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne makes it so easy to support our remote clients. We almost never need to make a site visit because NinjaOne is so powerful. From scheduled and ad-hoc scripting to real-time PowerShell, Command line, file explorer, registry and other tools, we rarely even need to remote into a machine.

What do you like best about the product?
Total easy to integrate and use. You get a fast overview of all your Customers (Tenants). We have a Single Point of contact for the customer Managed. Monitoring, Remote Management Tool, Logging, Inventory (Hardware & Software) in OnePlace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are only useable as Ninja Admin, but I know there are change the permission option in the future that we can select the permissions in deeper detail. Last point is, that i miss a graph overview about all customers like a ring as example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have integrated the Sophos AV status in Ninja and we have easily updated all Servers and Clients with Windows and 3rd Party Applications. Now we saved time with NinjaOne opposite our old MSP tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping on top of all of our client's infrastructure is made so easy with NinjaOne. Everything is integrated into a single pane: Asset Tracking, Antivirus, Backups, Updates, Patches, Documentation, Ticketing.....it's all there
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more emphasis on network and endpoint security integrations. Right now besides Bitdefender and Patching, there isn't much else to rely on in the stack. Many of our clients are in the SMB market and most of them do not have network equipment capable of Netflow and whatnot for monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved so many tedious practices that are all now completely automated with custom scripts we've added to our Ninja configuration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We've been with Ninja pretty much from the beginning, we've watched them grow and advance their product in ways we didn't even imagine, we're very impressed with Ninja and will continue to work with them as they are now an integral part of our business model.

Nothing really. We do not dislike anything about NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup of executive laptops. We also use it for end point management and patch management as well as remote administration. These tools allow us to manage our end points all over the country without the need to physically touch them.

Try it out, you will be surprised at how effective it is and how easy it is to use!

What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding was perfect, they reviewed the whole system part by part. There is a lot of cool features you can use to manage your systems and also offer remote help to users. The ticketing system is awesome too. Installs quick and easy on computers and is very lite.

We have been using this now for a long time, I am super happy with the features and this has streamlined so many things at work. Ticketing system works flawlessly and makes figuring out who needs help quick and easy.

Our dedicated account rep scheduled some calls for different features when we had some questions. We got on a call with a pro and sorted it all out.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, there are a lot of features so learning it all can be a challenge at first but once you keep using it, it just gets better and better. There are little quirks here and there but its just learning how to use it at first.
Update:
There are really no complaints, any time I have needed help, I reach out to Ninja One and they quickly resolve the issue in a timely manner.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a bunch of different things. Replacing the old free ticketing system with a more professional one. Replacing anydesk with this so we can remotely help users. They also have windows update solutions to deploy as well.
Update: They have streamlined our IT process and made it quick to identify users issues and remote into get them taken care of, this has saved a ton of time.
Their support answered all questions we had and got us on with someone who knew what they were doing so we could get the help we needed asap.

Get a demo, they do a good job showing you the features. Extremely happy.
