Effortless Management and Productivity Boost for Our Helpdesk

  • November 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. It is designed well to make it simple to use, even though it is a robust system. It collects a lot of data on all the devices it is installed on, and we are able to use the info to make sure they stay up to date. The automation library is extensive and has options for almost everything. It has made our helpdesk, all 3 of us, more productive since we don't have to manually update every computer. And we can now remote into our endpoints even when they are offsite, like all of our remote workers are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into a downside. It was quick to set up and deploy, support has been great when we did have any issues, and we use it all the time.
The one time we had any issue was when one of my team members was attempting to remote into a computer, she was denied with a message saying there were too many users already using the remote services. But we were never able to replicate this issue and never ran into it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are adding our documentation into NinjaOne, this is making a central repository for all IT knowledge instead of it being spread across several file servers and computers. This makes finding the right information and keeping it updated much easier.

As an IT support tech I appreciate NinjaOne's simple and centralized management. Managing patches, monitoring systems is incredibly easy.

Effortless to Learn with a Refreshingly Simple UI

  • November 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The program doesn't really have a steep learning curve. I was able to pick it up within a few hours and was zipping through it like I had been using it for years. The KB is also filled with information that pointed me in the right direction a few times.

The UI is very well thought out and the lack of "AI features" is a breath of fresh air.

(Updated review as of 1/29/26) - We have been using NinjaOne for a little more time and now that it is completely configured to our liking, we can't imagine a world without it. It's snappy and responsive, makes patching and rebooting a breeze, and is a very powerful tool. Our team has saved a ton of time by switching to NinjaOne.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. I think my only gripe is that Software dashboard looks pretty bare bones.

We would like some additional network monitoring features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Live analytics of the endpoints in our environment.
Remote Support ability is also great and easy to use.
The new Intune app has made deploying NinjaOne to our endpoints a breeze.

The ease of remoting into computer 7 hours away from me. Also, the ticketing system is so simple and easy to navigate.

Highly Recommended

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM makes it extremely easy to remotely access and support PCs. The remote control is fast, stable, and responsive — even on slower connections. We can also use the quick connect to view end-user's mobile devices which is a game changer. We also use it heavily for patch management, and it’s been very reliable. The automated patching policies save us time, and the reporting gives clear visibility into which systems are up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike. The dashboard could use a few more customization options, but overall, it’s very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use NinjaRMM to support remote users and keep endpoints secure through consistent patching. It’s reduced the time we spend manually updating systems and made remote troubleshooting much faster. Overall, it’s a dependable, easy-to-manage tool that fits perfectly into our workflow.
