NinjaOne is hands down one of the best Rmm products we have used, and ive used many over the years
What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to handle cloud backups directly from the Rmm Platform, saving us from having to have seperate products to accomplish that task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides that ive experienced thus far, one minor outage of splashtop but wasnt Ninja's fault
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im able to take on alot more customers with all the automation available with NinjaOne, couldnt do without it
An essential tool for any IT professional
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can manage all my endpoints from one pane of glass. The interface is user-friendly and straightforward. All the information I need to manage my endpoints is in one nice neat location! I love the Dojo and the road map containing items for future releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The RMM side is where Ninja started. All the new features still feel too "new" and not baked enough. However, I like the direction and am excited to see how NinjaOne develops these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. With a more remote and distributed workforce because of Covid, we could transition much more seamlessly. We continue to use it for remote assistance, patching, and software installs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I like the security, ease of use, the constant feature updates and developments. Compared to some of the other RMM tools on the market, NinjaOne is, by far, the leader of the pack.

Reporting can be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have a system that we can use to manage, monitor all our devices in one place has been a great benefit, as well as the automation capabilities that Ninja provide save us a considerable amount of time and effort
I love everything about Ninja it very easy to manage users with no interaction

I do with there was a place to upload software instead of copying from a network location or s3 bucket
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

NinjaOne Review
What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to control the desktops and servers at a granular level. Create different profiles to use for patch updating or software installations. I love the notification settings for all of my servers. It removes to needs for any other Monitoring software as this does it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some finer details seem buried, or it takes too many steps to complete the more in-depth items. Gets a little confusing between setting up rules and profiles, but Once you do it a couple of times it does get easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch Management will be replacing a WSUS server. It allows us to follow the updates on all of our machines and restart immediately or wait until the user is logged off. We can utilize a wsus with NinjaOne, but we are a small company, and disk space is always needed. I'd instead use the disk space for production data than storing Microsoft Updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am still learning the product, but there doesn't seem to be anything I cant do on my own. It's pretty easy to learn and remember the steps. I hope to begin using it to pass through scripts for software to manage specific applications better. We are using it for patch management. Alarm notifications if something is wrong with a system.
Excellent Onboarding and knowledge base
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and easy to use. In addition, the customizations that can be made give you all the flexibility you need!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is missing a device health report that tells us how old machines are and tracks warranties, unfortunately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to remote in with another technician to assist saves us a TON of time!
Converting from another RMM
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is simple to use without losing the power that we expect from our RMM services. We converted over from another MSP some time back and found that the overall product of NinjaOne continues to be better than anything we got from our previous partnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have not had any significant issues with NinjaOne. There has been very little complaint from anyone on my team about the NinjaOne products thus far. We look forward to the continued roll out of new features and products to further improve the partnerships we have with local businesses and manage our time in the best possible way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has taken the place of our previous MSP partnership. This is something we use to maintain our internal company machines.
Don't think about it, just get Ninja!
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to deploy and configure. Learning curve is almost non-existent. Just buy it and you are rocking and rolling!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks some granularity of some of the larger competitors in this space, but depending on what your needs are they may/may not be a bad thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining complete management of all of our workstations and servers. 100% visibility at all times of what is going on.
Amazing Product
What do you like best about the product?
We use this product daily, and the ability to remotely push various applications silently to a workstation or server is priceless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about this product that I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Computer software inventory, scripting, automated tasks under a single pane of glass is what I love about this product the most. It is so easy to use and we love the integration it has with other products that we use at our company.
Fast, Feature-Rich RMM which is always improving.
What do you like best about the product?
It is modern and fast. Native scripting for Powershell, bash, vbscript, shellscript, javascript. Useful community focums.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports could also use some improvement. Parameter fields when running scripts can't use certain special characters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work from home is easy to accomplish with their NinjaRemote tool, which can be used both by technicians and end-users! The script library/community is thriving and not dormant like many other RMM. The conditions and alerts if set up correctly are great and can use webhooks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask for some of their Beta features to be enabled for you after you've used the product for a little while. Explore the Community forums if you need any help accomplishing anything with this. There are many helpful people there.
