NinjaOne is a complete all in one tool for MSP's at an affordable price.

  • April 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and central management of all devices/updates in one product was a real deciding factor for my business. I have used other products in the past, where all features are not integrated into one platform, NinjaOne really excels in this spot. The pricing versus competitors was also a deciding factor for me. NinjaOne is an overall great product at a great price point, with a team that is eager to support when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside that I can think of is the ability to chat prior to connecting with NinjaRemote. Other competitors (Screenconnect) allow this option, it would be a nice addition but not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne hasn't solved a problem directly, but it helps streamline all of our processes with central management and ticketing as well as updates pushed through the RMM.

Outstanding Back-End Support from NinjaOne

  • April 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The back-end support is outstanding. Whether I have a billing question or need help with an integration, NinjaOne is there for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne needs a billing portal where costs can be automatically quoted then purchased and finally thew newly purchased service can be activated by the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with many customers who rely on ad-hoc IT staff to handle their systems. NinjaOne has helped us show these prospective customers how they can save costs, speed up deliverables, and provide full-time support for end users.

Powerful RMM Scripting and Smooth Onboarding Support

  • April 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Having a RMM tool that has full scripting capabilities and native functionality without a need for clunky external integrations for most day-to-day tasks eases operations and reduces a significant chunk of labor. Unlimited onboarding support allows for a smoother experience actually using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Issues with launching Ninja Remote and poor error codes relating to it hinder the UX experience. In all other regards Ninja Remote is a powerful tool that we enjoy using.

Pricing can always be better, but it's largely a good value.

Integrations can be spotty at times, but in fairness to Ninja that may not necessarily be anything that they can control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a remote first MSP, having the ability to interact with, monitor, and resolve issues fully remotely. With the vast majority of issues being fully resolved from the Ninja panel, we experience a fantastic ROI.

Keeping it Real with NinjaOne

  • April 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's reputation and security features. I Integrations are also excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complicated to implement features. Running a busy MSP it's hard to stop and learn something new from NinjaOne. Examples of how their integrations help replace other tools would be nice as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CMMC compliance

What do you like best about the product?
It was a very good solution for "lite" PC management, especially BYOD.

Everything is working as advertised. It would be great to be able to leverage the User and Computer attributes within custom scripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our PC fleet complaint and secure.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy-to-use scripts, RMM tools, admin tools, and customer service are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
More scripts that come with the product, you can never have enough scripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps me fulfill my contracts as an MSSP. I needed an RMM and NinjaOne is what I knew.

All-in-One Monitoring, Remote Access, and Fast Patching with NinjaOne

  • April 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful are the the integration of many ways to monitor all different kinds of devices with ease. There many applications to choose from and use them all in one platform. All critical informations are visible once on the desktop. Very helpful is also the integrated remote access app so you have only one platform to manage complete infrastructures and solve critical problems without using another tool. After coniguring all aspects you have a whole automatd patching an monitoring tool and the efford to handle customers will be reduced to a minimum. THe GUI of ninja one is very responsible and after a bit of learning als comfortable to use. the performance of applying changes to monitored system is also very responsive and patching will be done in a few moments. Onboarding of new devices or complete infrastructures can be done in an easy and fast way. regarding the pricing for me it is a very fair product. Regarding the new introduced AI supported automatic patching features we will start to use this also to have less effort in following up all manged devices manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I can't find any things what I would dislike. Some more report template samples could may be more helpful. The whole NinjaOne solution is for me curently the most handy monitoring and patching tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IMHO the most important problem that NinjaOne is solving for us is the follow up of existing device problems. We are now capable of pre active handling to avoid upcoming problems.

  • April 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
A good overview that helps me organize my work area. It also provides fast information about machines, which helps me support end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate it if, on the Devices > Warnings page, you could show whether someone has already taken action on a warning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast-working, with a clear big-picture overview and good integration.
