User-Friendly Interface and Great Support, But Log Details Could Improve

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy usability of NinjaOne. Everything is laid out pretty easy to understand. The documentation and support is also a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find sometimes the logs collected aren't enough to diagnose an issue remotely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most prevalent issues that are being resolved are updates and asset management. Patch management is very easy to set up and doesn't seem to have a ton of issues. We also like the ability to block updates we are not wanting to be pushed out.

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the dashboard shows me everything at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to configure the portal and policies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to use NinjaRemote to access a client computer even if a client has LogMeIn installed, I was not able to do this with another RMM which used LMI as the primary remote support software.

What do you like best about the product?
I use NinjaOne every day to resolve user issues, and I find it both powerful and incredibly user-friendly. It supports Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS, which means I can easily manage devices across all major operating systems.

I especially appreciate the resource management tools — they make it simple to monitor resource usage and quickly identify performance issues. The backup functionality is also invaluable, helping ensure that critical data is never lost.

And if any issues do come up, NinjaOne’s customer support team is always responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

There isn’t really anything I dislike about NinjaOne. However, I do wish it offered full remote control for Android devices — currently, it only allows screen viewing
