It’s easy to perform actions, and I also appreciate its cloud-native architecture.

The best RMM we’ve ever used—built by people who care, for the people who need it.
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is the best RMM we’ve ever used in our company's history. The console design is intuitive, all features work exactly as intended, and statistics are displayed in near real-time. This provides us with a powerful toolset to manage every asset NinjaOne covers.
The product roadmap is impressive, with clearly defined goals and deployment timelines. Any minor glitches are addressed promptly via platform updates, and the support team is consistently responsive and helpful.
The platform continues to expand its support for various hardware and operating systems—including mobile devices, Linux, and network equipment—which is perfect for managing everything through a single pane of glass. Furthermore, additional modules like the internal forum, knowledge base, and certification training make the platform incredibly intuitive and engaging to use!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has been a real game-changer for our team.
Having our RMM, NMS, MDM, and documentation in one place through a single pane of glass has significantly reduced our manual workload.
The ability to deploy custom scripts and integrate with various third-party platforms makes this a powerful tool that truly allows for a "set and forget" approach to routine maintenance. Additionally, the robust remote capabilities across nearly all device platforms allow us to provide real-time support without wasting our time or more importantly - our customers' time.
