Simple and complete interface, a real pleasure to use
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use of the MSP interface, which is at the same time very comprehensive in terms of functionality. The ticketing system is very comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of inter-connectivity with other complementary solutions. For example, antivirus software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, several tools/interfaces were needed to manage requests. Today, everything is gathered on an online interface.
Excellent Remote Support and Patch Management, But Reporting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The built-in remote support tools, third-party patch management, and the capability to run scripts for onboarding remote systems are all valuable features.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the reporting features feel somewhat clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use this for patch management, which is essential for our operations. The convenient remote support tools also make a big difference for our small team, helping us work more efficiently.

Effortless Multi-Device Patching and Remote Access Anywhere

Patching on multiple device and been able to remote into any device in every location provided there is internet available.

Dislikes about NinjaOne include its high price, limited integration options, and gaps in certain features, such as advanced scripting and mobile support. Some users report issues with agent installation, slow or unhelpful customer support.

NinjaOne is an IT management platform that solves the complexity of monitoring, managing, and securing endpoints for IT teams and managed service providers (MSPs). Very intuitive and easy to use. Features are excellent for what we need.

A dashboard could be set up better with defaults or pull up the most recent client worked on

NinjaOne is an excellent management solution for any business
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is very easy to use with a UI that is informative without being excessive it simply gives you the information which is important.
We have implemented it into our product seemlessly without issue. We have over 600 devices, which will greatly benefit from the automation's and scripts NinjaOne has to offer.
The team at NinjaOne are also great, fast to respond and always helpful. Personally I like the Dojo and Discord group as it is a place for like minded people to ge the most out of this product.

What do you dislike about the product?
When making remote connections of the connection is not made successfully the error logged does not give enough information, I would love NinjaOne to add extra information on these logs so we can better understand the cause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large global estate and NinjaOne is helping us manage these machines regardless of location as it allows us 24/7 access to these devices to ensure they are operating correctly and apply patches as and when needed.
NinjaOne: Efficient Endpoint Management with Great ROI
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using NinjaOne for about a year primarily for endpoint management and have found it to be incredibly effective for managing both companies and associations. I appreciate the backup capabilities, including email backup, and find the antivirus scans particularly beneficial as they are easily managed and trackable. Setting up NinjaOne was not difficult at all since it is web-based and they have their own app, making the learning process straightforward as one only needs to understand the platform itself. I am impressed with the security, patching, and transparency that NinjaOne offers, which significantly aids in managing a large number of devices while maintaining visibility and accountability. The remote login feature is something I love as it enhances accessibility and control remotely, which is essential for my operations. Moreover, the cost-benefit aspect of NinjaOne is outstanding, making it a great software investment that I am willing to purchase repeatedly. I also love the apps it has for emails backup (saas), anti virus protection and support incident tracking. I also use it for Linux and Microsoft Servers.

I use NinjaOne for endpoint management, security, patching, and ensuring transparency and trackability. It helps manage numerous devices efficiently, enhancing overall security. The remote login feature is particularly useful.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive, easy to learn and easy to use. Our client service is responsive and the platform is well documented with learning resources and an active community. Its the one application in our stack that I wouldn't consider changing!

I wish the platform had more native integrations with anti-virus vendors, and I feel like the Network Monitoring component still needs work. That being said it is a very solid and reliable RMM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne greatly assists us with essential RMM functionality like patch management and presents issues in a way that is easy for our technical team to remediate.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and customer service. The account team is a pleasure to work with and their support is great. Patching and monitoring have never been easier.

I wish they had a mature PSA for ticketing and documentation.
