Powerful Script Scheduling Across All Devices
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to write scripts (powershell & batch) and schedule them across all devices or run them individually per device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installs and scripts should line up alphabetically but currently do not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management, patch management, software deployments, scripting.
Seamless End-Device Interaction Without Disrupting Users
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to interact with end devices without interrupting end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming and learning about new features occasionally occur after the fact. I tend to find out that there is a more direct method of accomplishing what I was trying to do after I have already created a script.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proactive resolution of issues like disk space, patch management, and backups, have saved considerable time for technicians
Flawless Remote Sessions with Ninja’s Background Connect
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used a different RMM before, and since switching to Ninja, we haven’t run into any issues with our remote sessions. I also really like the Connect in background feature, because it lets us remote into a computer and access the basic interface without disrupting the user or interrupting what they’re doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the main issue is the not-so-user-friendly interface when it comes to managing alerts. It’s hard to tell exactly what you’re allowing, and the threshold settings aren’t easy to set. For example, I’d like to receive an alert only when an endpoint goes offline, and then only get another alert when it comes back online. Right now, the default seems to keep spamming email notifications every 2–4 minutes (I think).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the first issues Ninja has solved for the team is having the ability for multiple technicians to remote in. This way, if we need to escalate, we can have a T2 support tech demo the fix to a teammate.
Easy to Use, Secure, and Stable
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, secure, good integrations, and stable
What do you dislike about the product?
Network monitoring is mediocre at best..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FIP compliant, monitoring is satisfactory
NinjaOne: Easy Deployment, Straightforward Integration, and Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like NinjaOne because it’s a very useful platform that covers all of my IT support needs, and it’s also very easy to deploy to customers. It makes it simple for customers to access their own endpoints, and the support is great. I use the product every day, and both the integration and the implementation were very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about NinjaOne, it is a perfect platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remoting into users’ computers, patching machines, deploying scripts, and handling day-to-day management is much easier because the platform provides so much visibility. I also love how versatile everything is, and how it brings all of these tasks together in one place.
Ninja Review
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very convenient tool. I like how quickly I can connect to folks. Easy to get agents on customers devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The copy to past is sometimes annoying. I wish you could see more than 150 devices at a time, or 250, whatever it is. I want to see more at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to remotely connect to customers pretty quickly.
Ninja Listens and Turns Customer Feedback Into Action
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that Ninja listens to their customers and takes the feedback provided and turns it into actionable changes
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne Remote assist needs lots of improvement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that they are working towards supporting remote connect for the Linux platform
Clean Interface That Pulls Lots of Valuable Information
What do you like best about the product?
the interface is clean, and it pulls a lot of good information
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the PSA integration and KBase was a bit more seamless
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of using one of the big three RMM tools, we enjoy the low profile installs of the Ninja tool.
Simple, No-Fluff UI with Powerful Browser-Based PowerShell & CLI
What do you like best about the product?
Simple UI without a lot of fluff. Powershell and command line from the browser. The searching field under "Devices" is really helpful, easy to find machines with oddball parameters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could upload larger files for deployment. I've had to host the files elsewhere which adds an extra few steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're an MSP, so we need an RMM. NinjaOne fits the bill without trying to up-selling extra features or adding unneeded fluff.
So many RMM tools have extra features that do things half baked. NinjaOne takes care of remote control, patch management, software deployment, and device inventory well. The UI is also really to navigate and you don't get lost in the menus.

Powerful Scripting to Push Updates with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
Having the power to script and push updates etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we where able to disable to not show machines that are offline the ability to now show device health. We have some clients that will leave a machine offline but it still shows in the dashboard as it needs something so tech waste time on looking at issue to find that it is offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to maintain our customers machines and keep everything update to date. Also while providing access to the machines when need be.
