What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about the customer contact with NinjaOne: super friendly, very helpful, courteous, and pleasantly uncomplicated. As a customer, you really feel understood, taken seriously, and overall very well cared for.

Additionally, NinjaOne offers a very well-maintained and comprehensive user manual, where you can quickly look up many things. And if questions do arise, you don't have to hesitate for long: You can easily contact support at any time and receive reliable assistance.

The GUI of NinjaOne is very user-friendly and the integration is also quickly done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prices cannot be communicated quickly in passing, otherwise everything is for nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring of all devices, remote maintenance, and rollout of 3rd-party applications.

Seamless Remote Troubleshooting with Responsive NinjaOne Support

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to remotely connect to users machines in the background without them needing to stop working to troubleshoot. NinjaOne support are responsive at coming back to you with any issues when their are any and there are always meetings with the CSM to go over any niggles.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only 'downside' is the amount of times you need to enter the MFA code, even when logged in but you make a change to a machine, or open the likes of PowerShell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to expand our support services as well as introduce automation in to workflows. We have also been able to save customers money on the likes of using other remote connection tools (VNC, TV etc) and offer them the use of Ninja.

What do you like best about the product?
I like NinjaOne because it’s easy to use, fast, and all-in-one—patching, monitoring, and remote access without a lot of noise or complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is a bit limited unless you customize it
Advanced automation can take time to set up
Some features feel basic compared to very deep enterprise tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time — fewer tools to log into and fewer manual tasks.
More stability — systems stay patched and monitored reliably.
Faster fixes — remote support and alerts help resolve problems quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Backup and patching. Have glitches in patching, but overall ok.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ticketing. Vurnabilty patching. Glitches in patching certain softwares (Chrome, ASP, Office 365).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching and remote support helping us.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean and easy to use RMM tool that saves time
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation can be slow at times, but usually down to update bugs which are quickly rectified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves pushing out wide spread changes with a couple of clicks, for example scripts, software can be pushed out to 100's of devices in one go.

What do you dislike about the product?
They call the users Ninjas. It's weird.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do consulting work which means I have several different VPN clients and remote access software installed on my machine. NinjaOne is the best one by far. I wish all my clients used it.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean interface, easy to use, secure, has all the features I need as an MSP and then some, excellent support and success managers, always new great features added. No contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I cannot really think of any right now, everything has been working so well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A RMM agent that is stable and provides quick remote access and accurate script running processes. Let me sleep at night knowing things are being taken care of and keeping my customers happy and safe.

N1 Makes Policy Creation Straightforward and Efficient

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using N1 has been great. Creating policies and other items for customers has been terrific, and the overall process feels straightforward and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, enabling features for one client makes it difficult if you can’t do the same for another. The GUI dashboard could also use some improvements, especially around how information is displayed. It would be easier to view and manage things if you could filter or sort by OS, or by the last logged-in user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management has been great. Ease of remoting in has been great.
