It’s helpful to be able to check applications and users without having to remote onto the server.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the interface can feel a bit basic.

Consolidated Endpoint Visibility with Reliable Patching and Flexible Alerts

  • April 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the biggest win is the consolidated visibility. We run a lean IT shop and NinjaOne lets us keep tabs on endpoints, push patches, and run scripts without jumping between five different tools. The patch management is reliable and the alerting is configurable without being overwhelming. It's one of those tools that just stays out of your way and does its job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Apple MDM is kinda a mess. Clunky and doesn't work most of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run a small IT team responsible for a large footprint, so tooling efficiency matters a lot. NinjaOne helps us punch above our weight — centralized endpoint management, automated patching, and remote access in one place means we're not stretched thin trying to maintain multiple overlapping tools. It's reduced our response time on endpoint issues and made routine maintenance something we can largely set and forget.

It’s very easy to use, which means I can make progress quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bulk import for users was a bit tricky but we got it working in the end
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a very good overview of our patch status and helps us to be on top of vulerabilities

Unmatched Intuitive GUI and Friendly, Helpful Support

  • April 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and how intuitive their GUI is truly cannot be matched. Their support staff are extremely friendly and helpful as well. It's been a great partnership so far, and I'm looking forward to the new developments they have in the pipeline!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few nitpicks I have, such as the ability to filter out specific objects not being available in the GUI/filters options, but overall its been a wonderful time using their product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is the centerpiece of our business model. It handles all our RMM needs, including automation and patching services, and provides everything needed from a comprehensive GUI providing easy to reference stats at a glance. The performance of the RMM service is second to none as well, one of the biggest complaints we had when it came to competitor software like CW:Automate.

Easy Remote Device Monitoring That Just Works

  • April 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how easy it is to use, and how effective it is for monitoring devices and accessing them remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s the price that bothers me, but of course, good things should be priced accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since using Ninja, we’ve seen better performance and stronger integration support than we had with Datto RM. The onboarding process was also very good, and the support team responds quickly to tickets whenever we need help. We also use the automated features that save us plenty of time.

Perfect All-in-One Platform for Startups

  • April 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It feels like the ideal all-in-one platform for startups—something you can genuinely grow into over time. The core RMM product is excellent, straightforward, and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The PSA/Ticketing platform needs more refinement and attention. Doesn't need to be robust as others, but still has some maturing to do. Also, the removal of Remote Control integrations (ex:TeamViewer)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fills in a lot of offerings into one dashboard to not only streamline our internal business operations, but having the ability for customers to have 1 portal to view Tickets, Documentation, and Remote Control their systems makes the end use experience that much better.
