NinjaOne Makes Daily IT Support Easier!

  • January 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's an all-in-one tool for so many integrations. So useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
There IS a learning curve involved. Not excessive, but a good demo helps a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me as a systems administrator, NinjaOne helps me monitor my servers and keep them on good maintenance schedules. It will also connect sometimes when other basic tools fail. I keep it open all day. Another feature I really appreciate is being able to run PowerShell commands or access the file system when a workstation is actively being used. It's a great workaround for when I need to get work done without interrupting user productivity.

NinjaOne Shines with Asset Inventory, Remote Management, and Powerful Scripting

  • January 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne's key features include Asset Inventory, Remote Management, Scripting, and compound conditions, which are the platform's standout elements. The implementation process was extremely straightforward, earning a perfect score of 10 out of 10. Furthermore, customer support has been excellent, and the knowledge base and communication resources are impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Remote management is excellent and easy to use, but the multiple-monitor feature feels outdated. It really needs support for opening each display in a separate window, as other competitors do. Patch Management is strong but not 100%, and the reporting needs deeper analysis; it's too broad, so a low-risk patch shows as unhealthy rather than overall risk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, we consolidated four different solutions: Remote Support, Asset Management, Package Management, and Patch Management.

Super Easy to Use with Snappy Performance and an Awesome Community

  • January 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use. The interface is snappy, actions and automations get deployed lightning-fast, and even though I've barely scratched the surface the support system and community are awesome. The deployment was smooth too. Hardly any interruptions, which was our goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing we've been looking for is getting geolocation tracking up in case things get lost or stolen, but we have workarounds for that for the time being.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One thing we're enjoying is having way more visibility and significantly easier remote support into our systems. We have devices in cleanrooms or entirely remote that are a click away from getting support, where the feature was almost never working while using a competing endpoint management platform.

It Just Works: Easy to Use, Learn, and Deploy

  • January 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It just works. Very easy to use, learn, and deploy. It has replaced multiple third-party solutions that we previously paid for. Tech support is always fast to respond if you need help or have any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing for backup was a little confusing at first, but it was quickly explained to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially purchased it to be used on laptops and devices for work-from-home users, so we could easily keep the machines updated with Microsoft updates, and easily deploy software. We now use it for remote access as well. Love the fact that we can easily lookup hardware/software details as well as bitlocker keys in NinjaOne.

Efficient Remote Management, But Patch Needs Work

  • January 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use NinjaOne for remotely managing and updating endpoints. The unified web interface makes connecting to devices and seeing their statuses and event history a breeze. I like NinjaOne Remote for its simple, performant, and secure access to remote PCs in our organization. I also appreciate the integration with SentinelOne antivirus. The initial setup of NinjaOne was very easy, with lots of support from NinjaOne.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the remote management tries unsuccessfully to apply Windows updates/patches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use NinjaOne for remote access, providing simple, secure connection to PCs. It has a unified interface that makes managing device status and history easy.

All-in-one platform, easy to use and very efficient for managing the technology park

  • January 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne stands out particularly for its ease of use, combined with a very broad functional scope, making it a highly efficient platform for comprehensive management of the technology infrastructure.

The solution brings together key capabilities such as remote management, monitoring, patching, backups, and ticketing in a single panel. This significantly reduces tool dispersion and simplifies daily operations. This "all-in-one" approach allows for centralized system management, with a direct impact on time savings and improved productivity of the technical team.

Additionally, NinjaOne offers strong integrations with third-party solutions, such as SentinelOne or CrowdStrike, which facilitates its fit within more advanced security architectures and existing environments, without the need to replace critical components.

Finally, the customization layer and the ability to enrich both the panel and operations are especially important, as they allow the platform to be adapted to day-to-day needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a point of improvement, the multi-tenant management and permission model could evolve towards a more granular and flexible approach. In certain scenarios, maintaining adequate segmentation between tenants or clients can be complex, especially when different levels of access or operational responsibilities are required.

Additionally, although the integration with EDR solutions like SentinelOne is correct, it would be desirable to have greater direct operation capability from the central NinjaOne panel, avoiding the need to switch between consoles for certain advanced actions on the EDR. This would further reinforce the unified platform philosophy and improve operational efficiency in managed security environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows me to manage the entire technology infrastructure in a centralized and simple way, integrating key functions such as monitoring, remote access, patching, backups, and ticketing into a single platform, which significantly reduces operational load and the time spent on repetitive tasks. In my use case, this translates into greater visibility and control of the systems, a faster response to incidents, and the ability to scale the management of multiple environments without proportionally increasing the team's effort, while also maintaining integration with advanced security solutions like SentinelOne or CrowdStrike without compromising a mature security approach.

Helpdesk Technician NinjaOne Review

  • January 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is the amount of detail provided in the RMM system. I can get a lot of info at a glance, which is a great advantage in our hybrid workplace. The NinjaOne Remote feature is also great for these situations. The features within it allow me to do anything I need even without physical access to the machine. The ticketing system is also easy to use and navigate. It helps a lot with keeping tasks streamlined. The status feature on each ticket is especially helpful for organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see the ability to start integrating some AI into the ticketing system. I thing there is some great opportunity for automation there. We currently use Copilot, and I think it would boost the ROI for both NinjaOne and Copilot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the problem of tracking support requests and maintaining all of our devices. Having all of this information in one place speeds up our processes and allows us to provide better support to our users. We don't need to spend time keeping track of multiple streams of information, because it is all in one place.

Solid Single Pane of Glass with Easy Agent Deployment and Useful Patch Management

  • January 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is solid and provides a true single pane of glass. Patch management is especially useful, and the agent is also very easy to deploy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticketing system feels a bit basic, and support is limited on mobile and on non-Windows platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It supports remote and hybrid employees. Immutable backups help guard against ransomware. It also includes endpoint patching and integrates with SentinalOne.
